The property was amazing. The rooms are large and feature a full kitchenette complete with fridge and stove top. They have laundry facilities for the guest, a fitness center and even supply a small laundry basket in the rooms. The beds are comfortable. There is no pool and the staff at night was not very friendly or inviting. They were not unpleasant but lacked a welcoming charm that the building portrayed. There was no free breakfast but there was coffee in the lobby. The water pressure in the shower was lacking. But all in all it was a pleasant stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient kitchen area with full refrigerator, stove top and microwave for extended stay. No frills hotel keeps price right. Bring a small coffee pot with you as breakfast is not provided. I will stay there again on my next visit to the area.

Stay far far away from this hotel. Overall zero stars! The elevator is a death trap! The manager at the front desk told us not to be “alarmed” but it should have been shut down as not operational. I hope no one gets hurt before they call to have it fixed. There was no hot water. The water pressure was so low that you could barely wash your hands. Stains on the pillows. The refrigerator did not work. The headboard was abused by some type of animal. Based on the size of the claw scratches, I’m guessing a cat or a small dog. At some time during the night, the front desk shuts down and a rolling door comes down and locks. There is a handwritten note with a phone number to call if you need something. Just sleep in your car if this hotel is your only choice.

Really clean hotel and the the nice woman working the front was extremely friendly. My only critique would be, no pool or ice machines. I would recommend asking for the third floor. I was on the bottom amd whoever was above me kept death stomping the floor all night long.

Walked in and there is a sign that said help yourself to coffee I asked for a cup and they said no coffee is available. I inquired as to the location of the ice machines and they said we don't have ice. Went to the vending machine to get a pack of crackers for $1. Then got charged $2.25. no frills bare Bones but I guess you get what you pay for these days. Staff is completely lackadaisical no greeting no hello no goodbye

Staff was either great or terrible. Jeniah is great. A mid-to-late 20s dark-skinned black guy told me they had no mail box and couldn’t send out a letter for me. THEN HE HAD TO GET AN AMAZON PACKAGE DELIVERED TO THEIR MAILBOX. Initially he couldn’t find the package and I told him the instructions from the delivery person said it went into the mailbox, which is where he found it. Hilarious. They say that they will clean the hotel room every two weeks, but I stayed there for three weeks and they never cleaned it or changed towels or bedsheets. The gym is two rusted 10 and 15 pound dumbbells. And a couple pieces of really crappy cardio machines. There is a stove top with two burners and a microwave and a full-size fridge, but they don’t give you anything to cook with on the stove. Don’t drink the coffee.

The room wasn’t clean , it had a baby bottle from the previous guess , the bed you could see somebody were there before and on top when we went to the bathroom somebody poop an didn’t flush the toilet .

There were a lot of roaches in the first room they put us in, as well as mold, and the blinds would not shut. The second room was a little better until the next morning when I turned on the shower to get rust water. You get what you pay for I guess...

Avoid this hotel. The room was spacious, but absolutely stunk. There were no curtains on the windows and we were in a room near the light post. The blinds did nothing to help with all the light coming into the room and combined with the proximity to the highway, sleep was challenging at best. When we woke up, we were greeted to four roaches crawling on our belongings. We were going to report it to the front desk, but it was unmanned at 7am when we ran out of the hotel. Never again, there is a reason the rates are so cheap.

Bugs and roaches beds, head hair, and dirty. Looks like they hadn’t changed the sheets. The sinks and bathtub was filthy. Somebody’s hair in the sink on the floor and in the bathtub had to go get bug and roach spray. They were crawling all over the place the walls, the floors. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

Hatdly any water pressure in the room. It trickled out of the shower and the toilet wouldn't flush. The ac wasnt working either. We asked to change rooms and their wasnt any available. So, we were able to cancel the rest of the reservation and find another hotel.

It was a good stay a while place “maybe” But the night we went air conditioned was bad we end up in another room that end up getting cold hours later in the second room and at that time I wasn’t about to request a 3rd one… Beds were hard as rock.. Good thing.. the fridge, microwave and amenities were good. But for just one night that you want a comfortable bed, good air conditioning ((this is Florida)) and good night sleep… it was BAD.

Slightly below average property. Not much in the way of aesthetics, extremely basic. Check in was unnecessarily slow, and the manager sat in the office despite there being a line. Our room was as benign as possible, and the bed (they only have queens) had a creaky metal frame. Walls were thin, we could hear talking next door and, let’s just say, rhythmic bed movement above. The shower floor creaked as though it might crack, and the walls weren’t clean. If all you need is a bed for the night and no frills then this will work, otherwise I’d say keep looking.

Had to wait over an hour to check in as no one was at the front desk - after checking in going to our room there was roaches every where. I still havent heard back from the company regarding a refund as they did nothing to help settle us into a new room.

Bad service, rude staff, smelly and dirty hotel… we were in town for a soccer tournament and the whole team booked this hotel in advance as it was the closest to the field. Checking in was at 3:00 pm and we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 pm and to our surprise none of the 9 rooms booked were available. We would have to wait for the rooms to be cleaned!! The front office lady was so rude to everyone saying we would have to wait and not giving us an estimate of how long it would take for the rooms to be ready. Nine tired families with young children after playing 2 games in the tournament just wanting to rest… but the lady didn’t seem to care. Some families left but some stayed because there were no more hotels available in the city. We stayed and waited for over 1 hour for the room to be “cleaned”. The hotel and the room were stinky, the floor was dirty, hairs in the bathtub, the paint on the wall was peeling… this hotel doesn't deserve to have any stars. I will never stay at a Woodsprings again.

Johnny was an excellent host and really made the stay enjoyable. Very accommodating when my baggage was lost and I was in need of the essentials. Johnny was extremely friendly and outgoing and would make anyone’s stay here amazing.

Just not at all what we were expecting for our one night stay in Bradenton. Two towels, no hand towels. Limited toiletries. Shaun and Chelsea were both very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. Chelsea let us see the room before we finished the check-in process. Shaun was nice enough to print us a menu to a nearby breakfast spot next to Publix. They were so nice that we felt right at home. I highly recommend staying at WoodSpring Suites in Bradenton. 10/10

Absolutely no soap in the room or shampoo. Couldn’t wash my hands. Staff member walked into our room at 6:30 this morning and said housekeeping as he stood in our room. Checked out and went to our car and there was a drug sale right next to where our car was out in public in the morning.

Stayed here for one night. Room was averagely clean however I noted some inconsistencies such as hair in the bathroom and stains on the chair. The bed was not comfortable, very firm. I did not get a good nights rest. Staff was attentive. The property in general was clean. Publix is nearby. There’s a sink, fridge and microwave in the mini kitchen area. I wouldn’t recommend for long term stay but good for a night or two.

Not clean at all, room smelled bad. Lots of foreign hair on linens and towels. Pest control people entering my room spraying chemicals while I’m in the room. People hanging around the parking lot walking around cars. Did not feel very safe.

The property was amazing. The rooms are large and feature a full kitchenette complete with fridge and stove top. They have laundry facilities for the guest, a fitness center and even supply a small laundry basket in the rooms. The beds are comfortable. There is no pool and the staff at night was not very friendly or inviting. They were not unpleasant but lacked a welcoming charm that the building portrayed. There was no free breakfast but there was coffee in the lobby. The water pressure in the shower was lacking. But all in all it was a pleasant stay

Fast and friendly check in, clean room, nice shower, range of TV stations, kitchenette. Would be nice to have a few paper towels by the sink and maybe some tissues. Extremely loud crowd in the room above - jumping shouting and banging furniture around - but that’s the guests not the staff’s fault!

Really clean hotel and the the nice woman working the front was extremely friendly. My only critique would be, no pool or ice machines. I would recommend asking for the third floor. I was on the bottom amd whoever was above me kept death stomping the floor all night long.

Walked in and there is a sign that said help yourself to coffee I asked for a cup and they said no coffee is available. I inquired as to the location of the ice machines and they said we don't have ice. Went to the vending machine to get a pack of crackers for $1. Then got charged $2.25. no frills bare Bones but I guess you get what you pay for these days. Staff is completely lackadaisical no greeting no hello no goodbye

Weight machines were all inoperable, they say on the website room service every other day never got one in four days. Ran out of toilet paper and never got it refilled. Had to go to the store to buy my own. Staff hours are terrible. Nobody there in the morning before seven. Not a good hotel for a business person to go to.
