Overall we had a great stay here, loved the location (Even with the morning train). Wasn't able to use the rear parking as the other occupant used the whole thing, but we didn't have too much issue street parking right in front (tho it stays pretty packed). Wish there was a little more common area seating, but it would definitely be on our list of places to stay next time we are in town.

We stayed here this past weekend for a race in Savannah and had a good overall experience. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable with fresh linens, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials like pots, pans, a coffee maker, filters, and even creamer. The location was also a big plus—close to Forsyth Park and within reach of great dining and coffee spots. The main thing to note is that the home is smaller than expected for a group of six. The living room doesn’t have enough seating for everyone to comfortably gather, and there isn’t a proper dining table—only a small table with two chairs—so it was difficult for all of us to sit and eat together, especially since we had planned a pre-race dinner at the house. The bedrooms also don’t have dressers, only closets with hangers, which made it a bit challenging to unpack. As mentioned in the listing, the train does pass early in the morning (around 6 a.m.) and is quite loud. The neighborhood felt generally safe, but at times a bit uneasy for walking, especially if it were a smaller group.Overall, this is a clean, well-located place and worked well for our trip, but it may be better suited for smaller groups or those not planning to spend much time dining or gathering inside.

The only feedback I would give is being specific about the dedicated parking for a compact car only. Also, it is near train tracks and can be very loud. Otherwise, everything was great!

This house was walkable to things in the area we wanted to do, Graveface Records and Two Tides Brewery. It was also 1/2 block from the bus stop for the free bus to go to River Street. This upstairs unit was warm in the afternoon, a common problem in the south. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

The house is so cute and easy to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Small complaints, no shower caddy in the one shower, the balcony needed chairs and the front door was very difficult to open. We would absolutely stay here again and even loved the train!
