The house was perfect for our party of 10- plenty of room to gather, sleep, and eat! Close to beaches and an adorable town. Even in the snow we enjoyed the property! Lloyd was super responsive and very helpful. We would recommend and definitely stay here again!

The house fit all 8 of us comfortably. Great location to walk to downtown Hyannis for dinner. Lloyd was an excellent host who responded to anything we needed throughout our stay.

The house was very conveniently located to town center, and a great place for the young adults in our family to hang out in the evenings.

It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children, ages 2 to 8 And a crib was great! So happy the Master suite was downstairs as I can't do stairs. We all got around the dining table. The rest of family loved walking to beach, restaurants, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. There were 11 adults/teens across 3 families. Easy access to the beach and downtown. It really was perfect! I would stay again in a heartbeat.
