The hotel couldn't make keys for guests. Someone had to take you to yor room. The front desk employees were rude.

New and clean. When we got here, they were having problems with their card key system and were unable to issue us keys. An employee had to take us up to let us in to our room. It wasn't until noon the next day before they corrected the problem and issued us a key. We also heard childrens footsteps above our room which went on late into the night. We asked a manager if we would get compensated in some way for these inconveniences. They said they would get back to us, but they never did.

Few minute drive to downtown. Plenty of parking. King size bed had a firm, supportive mattress. Kitchen area stocked with utensils and glasses. Nice shower. Can walk to Publix for snacks/drinks. Short drive to Tybee Island. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! My only complaint is that they have an extra $200 charge that’s pending that I have to wait for it to be released. That part was not explained and I didn’t like that. The hotel itself and staff was lovely. The breakfast was great, room was clean, the pool is not heated, but our kids still enjoyed it. Elevators were fine (I’m not sure why some complained about them). I would stay here again.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, and very polite. The amenities were A+. Especially the complimentary breakfast. Indoor pool was a bit too cold and should be heated however it was clean and good to have. I’ve already told my family and friends about this property.

This was not our original reservation. We were relocated here by Expedia because the original hotel did not have WiFi available. We got here and found out the pool was out of service, which was sad but we needed WiFi more so we let it go. Our first room, the door didn’t lock, so then was transferred to another room. I’m not sure if this is typical but it was just a bad day for us in general… 2hours later, we were still trying to check in any hotel with the amenities we wanted so we can go out and enjoy Savannah. Staff here is ok. I wouldn’t say they’re extremely welcoming but they’re not too too friendly. Our room couldn’t lock, and felt more like it was a hassle for front desk than for us. The original hotel had an even worse staff so I guess maybe it’s the area. Who knows but we’re fine…didn’t let it ruin our stay. We keep it moving! The room itself is amazing. It’s roomy and had extra space to do work, kitchenette, and the huge fridge was not expected. And the pool is indoor, even though we didn’t have a chance to use it. It’s good to know for winter time and We would definitely come back to stay again!

The hotel was very nice. After booking and reading reviews i was alittle concerned but it turned out good! The breakfast wasnt bad. Normal hotel breakfast foods. To find the office you go thru the parking garage to the elevator then to the 1st floor. It may have been inconvenient to some but you had to use your room key to go to any other floor. I liked that because it kept just anyone from being in the hotel. The only issue id say they have is towels. We had a room for 6 and only had 4 in the room. When we asked for more they always kept saying they had to wash some. We finally got some after asking a few times. We would stay again if in the area.

The room was not clean. There was a lot of black and pink mold in the bathroom and I am very allergic to mold (and so are my little emotional support animals that were traveling with me). Also, I thought they would refund the charge on my credit card since I had documented ESA animals and they did not damaged or had any “accidents” in the room.

The rooms were filthy. The first room the bedspread was visibly dirty dozens of gray marks. The second room was worse. It smelled really bad like sewage. Th bathroom shower head had mold, and the fitted sheets were stained. Felt gross to be there but was so tired of driving the whole day we ended up staying for a few hours to rest. At that price point I would expect a clean room that didn’t smell like sewage and peanuts.

The floors seem thin and we were disturbed multiple times and at midnight till about 1:30 in the morning by people banging around in the room above us. They have a 10 PM quiet policy but when I called the front desk to report the issue and violation they didn’t appear to do anything about it because it went on for an hour and a half. So if you’re going to stay there, you might want to stay on the top floor.

Room was tidy and comfortable. Remote to the TV was missing important buttons. Couldn’t use it. The blinds wouldn’t go down. They were stuck in the upward position. Was not fun to have light in the window all night.

Amazing all round experience, the lady in the front desk. Tall African American lady was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was massive, clean and has everything you could need. 10 dollar taxi to Down Town. Loved it.

The stay was nice and safe. Only issues with our stay was the noise at night during bedtime. Also, the bed made noise(squeaking) when getting in bed from one side. Other than these two issues, the service, staff, breakfast and everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and spacious rooms, the beds were also exceptionally comfortable. What really set this property apart however, was the staff, specifically the front desk attendant who got us checked in. She went above and beyond during a stressful evening for our family. When we needed to extend our stay several days, we remained here because of how positive of an experience that first night was.

Hotel was basically clean though the run out of towels. They only clean rooms every other day. The hotel is not soundproof. Noise come right through the walls. TV playing loudly at four in the morning, doors slamming, Loud cleaning crew early in the morning. Dogs barking at night. This more or less an extended stay hotel. Will not stay at any Home2 again.

Power was out in sections of Savannh, Georgia. NO effort was made to contact us to tell us they had no power for 2 days! Their phones didnt work. It would have expected more from a Hilton facility.

Hilton should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property. First assigned room had broken garbage disposal with food in it. They moved us to another room because there was no one there to fix it. Next room both kitchen and bathroom faucets ready to fall out. Floors and carpets were so filthy I put a towel on the floor by my bed so I didn't have to set my feet on the carpeting before putting my shoes on to go to the bathroom. Beds awful!!!! Check in clerk was absolutely unfriendly. We would never stay at another Home 2!

The property is located in a very unsecured location and very unsafe for the location. I would definitely recommend finding a different hotel. The bed was dirty, and I couldn’t take it anymore I went to complain at the front desk about bedbugs and NO ONE came to the front desk for over 20 minutes… so I finally called and still no one answered the phone that was ringing right at the front desk. I ended up leaving the hotel at 3am

Convenient location close to a grocery store and restaurants. Not in downtown Savannah but very easy to get in and out of the area. The staff is awesome and not only willing to help but going the extra mile to make sure you are getting everything you need.

Bathroom smelled like a urinal throughout my entire stay. Hairs in bottom of shower when I arrived and bathroom floor was not clean. Mattress was not comfortable and pillows were lumpy. Stained couch. Bags of trash sat out near elevators. At check-in, I was not told that I had to swipe my room key to operate the elevator so I ended up having to ride it a couple times before a fellow guest took pity and helped me. Called room service late one night (about 1am) to ask about breakfast and nobody ever answered. Wish breakfast was available beyond 10am so I didn’t have to get up early on my vacation just to get food in time.

The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Only issue I had was the breakfast. The food was old, I say this because the eggs hard boiled or as an omelet was hard and tasteless. No bacon or sausage unless you got it on an English muffin or bagel already made. Waffles were good but you had to make it. Other than breakfast, the stay was good.
