great experience overall. friendly staff. good breakfast options. well maintained pool. clean premises throughout. unexpected ev charging, only wish there was more so ev owners didn't have to race back to get the one and only charger (1 tesla and one ccs non tesla charger). will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is relative new and well maintained. If you enjoy a walk it isn't that fall to the lake. It's easy to get to but you really need a car to go for dinner. I was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance, I wasn't made aware of that in advance.

High ceiling for ground level rooms. We usually prefer rooms on higher floors. However, we found the ground level room feels very comfortable due to the high celling. The hotel has both a swimming pool and a hot tub although it was not indicated to have a hot tub. Breakfast and all day coffee are great.

Dirty/Dusty, full breakfast during the weekend...half breakfast during the week and the fruit was bad. The pool heater was shut off for the weekend and turned back on for the week. The room doors are extremely heavy and slammed shut really quickly hurting my girlfriend's 11-year-old daughter several times. We were supposed to get two queen-sized beds but we ended up with two doubles...2 full-grown adults sharing a double bed with double linen makes for an uncomfortable sleep. We basically paid Marriott prices for a Motel 6 experience. We will never stay here again & will never recommend the place either.

We had a king room, spacious and comfortable, very current decor style. Huge walk-in shower that I loved. We stayed off-weekend and found the hotel to be very quiet. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Highly recommend.

The beds was so soft it can make your back or neck hurt I would like to see if could be option for more firm mattress or at least have something in between and breakfast would be nice to have every other day rotation between bacon and sausage

Having stayed at this facility before, it was our choice for a return visit to Penticton. A walk-in shower room was requested due to mobility issues. Unfortunately the shower was more a hazard than a help. The shower curtain was not long enough to prevent water splashing out. There was no dry place to step out of shower. Definitely a safety risk In a 6 day stay, we had 2 visits from housekeeping. Requests made at the desk for extra towels needed a reminder later in the day. Also requests for toilet paper and Kleenex were made. Unfortunately Room 122 has a waste pipe running in the wall next to the bed. It was disturbing to hear running gushing water at all hours. We appreciated the availability of parking and felt the area was safe.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was enjoyable. I would have given more stars, but we were on the road side of the building, and it was a bit noisy from time to time, that and the airplanes flying over in the morning, but that is apparently the way it it is in Penticton from a local.

Building was quite new. Rooms were nice and soundproof. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent. Staff were all very nice. Location was further away from the main strip so it was much quieter. Only issue we had was that the wifi wasnt great. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again

The manager never spoke a word to us in 7 days. Look was very misserable. Made us very uncomfortable. the cook was the same way. For the price. Just terrible unfriendly male staff. We were treated like we were nothing. Not 1 maid service even when requested. Never will book this place again.

We really loved the room that we stayed in. The room was clean and the bathroom was a good size. The walk in shower was great. The service was fantastic. There was a minor issue with the shower, I called the front desk and he was here to fix the issue within 15 minutes. Called house keeping and they came within an hour with towels.

We booked a king room but there wasn’t one available which was disappointing. However Omar at reception was so apologetic.. we were able to get treats (ice cream/chips/water/other food) for free. Although it was not what we booked - these things happen. Customer service was excellent! Would certainly my go back there.

We booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. We were travelling for medical reasons and the hot tub was important. We found out while checking in that the tub was down for maintenance. Why wasn't this updated on the website?! We were too tired and sore to look elsewhere so we stayed. Right away we ran a bath only to discover the plug in the tub didn't work. A kind cleaning lady gave us a rubber plug to use so at least we could use the tub. It just wasn't what we were expecting and honestly really disappointing. Please update website if facilities are not available

Had to change rooms (almost twice) due to issues that should have been caught by housekeeping (in the first room, the thermostat didn’t work and was too “hot” and, in the second, the breaker was shot and the power outlets didn’t work (took them all evening to get a key to the breaker room). Also the second room had a blood stain on the outside of the duvet cover! They gave me a bottle of wine as an apology but still doesn’t change the facts and my review needs to reflect that for the benefits of other future guests. Also of note, when I arrived the front desk guy was yelling at a guest on the phone and then complaining to his coworkers after about the situation - in front of me! (not a great first impression). Overall seems very poorly managed.

Good location for access to the convention centre and arena. 2-3 minute drive to the beach. New and clean hotel. Good breakfast selection, both hot and cold items. The staff was very helpful

Great, clean hotel near beach, downtown and wineries. Breakfast ends rather early for those on vacation…9am?!?! It would have been nice if coffee, muffins and yogurt were still available until 10-11am.

The hotel room was excellent. Pool is small. The breakfast was horrible and I mean horrible. The waffle line took over a half hour. The sausages were barely cooked so they were mealy and grey in color. No toast just bagels. Juice machine did not work. I understand all these hot foods come in a bag and they require just to be reheated but considering I paid 300 a night the breakfast should had been much better.
