The whole bathroom and toilet was all wet, the room didn’t have the amenities as promised. I had to ask for my key 2 times cause it was not provided. The “city view” I paid for was a wall. I moved to another hotel and was not refunded even after sending Expedia a video of all the flor and wet toilet.

It is 1star hotel. If they could provide a heater for really cold temperature it will be great. For 1 star hotel, it is good in its rank.
