We were in 506 twin terrace room. At first they wanted to give us 501 and you had to step high through a window structure - too hard for us. 506 was a bit noisy from chairs from above into the night. No place for luggage to remain open. HOWEVER, the view of the Pyramids sitting outside on our terrace made everything worth it. Breakfast was great. So glad I stayed here.

I was at first skeptical but I booked anyways and I’m so glad that I did! For starters they provide transportation to and from the airport for only $50. The staff was very kind, helpful & funny! They made our stay very comfortable and convenient. Major shoutout to Abdo for guiding us through the city to go eat and shopping, he waited on us at every location, very patient, sweet, and honest. Only thing I have to criticize is the indoor pool, although it’s beautiful.. the water was a bit dirty, other than that.. everything was literally perfect and the pictures do NO justice! You can follow my tiktok @heysexilexi because I’ll be uploading a video based on this hotel alone with realistic pictures.

The shower in my room wouldn't drain, so I had to take military showers to keep from flooding the floor. The indoor pool was clean and operating but the larger outdoor pool in the courtyard that our room faced was not being cleaned or even having the filtration running because the water level was about 5 inches below the skimmer baskets. There were small piles of sand accumulated on the bottom of the pool and it had a film on the surface that looked like it was made of dead mosquitoes and dust. It also had a greenish tint to it. We were there for 2 weeks and we must have been leaving just as the busier season was ready to kick in because the day before we left, they were vacuuming the pool and the sand on the bottom was gone.

Fabulous host, couldn’t do more for his guests. Very clean and spacious room. Restaurant for breakfast was fabulous with direct view of the pyramids. Abdul arranged for a driver to transfer & collect us to GEM and arranged a sunset camel ride with practically an impromptu private photo shoot!! All in short notice. Restaurant also serves a great lunch and dinner menu, just a flight of stairs from your room.

We were a family of four staying in the family room. Plenty of space with a king bed and two singles in two separate bedrooms. The room was very clean and had two fridges and safes. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Indoor pool was nice and the rooftop bar had amazing views of the pyramids as well as fantastic food for breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay here again.
