The girls in the reception were super nice, friendly and helpful. The problem was with the guy who worked overnight the date of my check out, extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. He hardly paid attention to my questions because he was more concerned in playing video games in his phone. He also made jokes on how well he spoke English and Spanish and he didn't, because he didn't know whst I was asking him. He was not at the desk upon my check out from the hotel, he was outside the hotel smoking, so I and my driver had to wait for him to bring my breakfast box. One of the worst things in this hotel was that I could not sleep at all, my room was underneath the cafeteria/restaurant the constant loud noise of moving furniture started early in the morning around 6 am to 9 am and in the evening there was a party with music until midnight or more and then the moving of furniture and cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant unyil 3 am. Horrible!

The room was filled with light, with amazing pyramid views. Everything was comfortable and new. I loved it and hope to come again.

Great location for visiting the Giza pyramids and the Great Egyptian Museum. The terrace restaurant has great views of the pyramids. The shower water pressure was amazingly strong. The hotel has a small heated indoor swimming pool. The room was adequate, no frills but very clean and quiet.

Staff was friendly but with limited English. Helped arrange the airport transfer and used WhatsApp so that was helpful. Great view from the room of the pyramids. Breakfast was fine upstairs on the rooftop. Dinners were excellent (extra charge and reasonable cost). Room was OK with enough room for two. Shower got the whole room wet so that was somewhat challenging. Small fridge was convenient as was the small safe.

This hotel had a lot of positives - the rooms were very nice and the complex itself is very nice. It also had a few negatives that prevented it from getting 5 stars, the big one being that the location isn't very good. It's safe and everything, but there's nothing around you at all - no restaurants, no stores, nothing. So when you're in the hotel you're kind of trapped there with nothing to do. The restaurant with the hotel was OK, but the free included breakfast was bare minimum (bread and yogurt), almost forcing you to pay for something that fills your hunger. So while this place is OK, there are many better options in Giza you could choose instead.
