no aceptan efectivo y en la reservación por Expiedia no lo decia. Esto fue un gran problema para mi en la planificacion de las vacaciones. Ademas me pidieron una identificación oficial para entregar el contrl del aire acondicionado y no se la regresaron ami esposa en el check out creando otro gran problema. Ademas tenin una obra super ruidosa y no se podia descansar en el cuerto durante el dia

Esta muy bien ubicada a unos metros de la playa , algunas habitaciones tienen vista al mar y balcón con hamaca con el caso de la nuestra, afuera hay mucha variedad de restaurantes tiendas etc , la habitación muy cómoda con mosquiteros en las puertas y aire acondicionado, hay una cafetera disponible en la habitación, el baño muy bien, tiene caja fuerte, la atención muy bien y la limpieza también, dentro de las instalaciones hay un restaurante y bar súper bello con vista al mar, comentarios adicionales, se escucha mucho el oleaje del mar , en nuestro caso si nos gusta pero habra quienes no especialmente en la noche, y la entrada es a pie en pendiente

En mi experiencia si requieres ir a descansar no lo recomiendo ya que las camas son muy incómodas y el ruido de la calle es bastante hasta la madrugada el acceso al estacionamiento es muy malo ya que no tienes tu lugar si llegas a salir ya no encuentras lugar la gente del hotel siempre parece que están molestos o enojados la verdad me llevo muy mala experiencia del hotel parece que te hacen el favor

Reserved the total view room which was amazing, 100 stairs up. Sketchy stairs and ramps! Good food, nice folks. Fun international vibe. Perfect beach location. Could not book direct on their web site, Hotels.com made it easy. They don't have quite the long list of rules sent before check in, thankfully

Helpful staff, very clean rooms - no beach towels offered so take one or buy one from the amazing vendors on Rinconcito street. Si many vegan options here! Yeah! AC in room was great too! We took the walking trail by the light yard in beach to see the sunset at Punta Cometa - amazing!!!!!

Hi, unfortunately we got a room (Zen 4) that smelled awful as there was mold in the bathroom. I actually think we might have risked our health. I don't think they should rent this room. In addition it was next to construction site of two new rooms, which did not make the stay nicer.

Room had no curtains with bright lights from street shining in…. was in unsafe location for children, smelled Moldy and was right beside septic, very smelly. I would not recommend this hotel for the price they charge.

Buena ubicación y lugar tranquilo pero lo que no me gustó fue que el agua de la regadera y el lavamanos era salada, por que el jabón no hizo mucha espuma y en general sentí que no me había aseado bien. El colchón de la cama era duro y rígido, y me dieron una habitación sin vista al mar o al menos con la mejor vista. El recipiente de la cafetera estaba sucio, y para media hora antes de mi salida ya se había desactivado mi llave de la habitación, por lo que tuve que bajar otra vez para que me la activaran. Tampoco me gustó que aunque la posada diga que la entrada es hasta las 3 pm, me hayan hecho esperar 3 horas para darme la habitación, recomendaría que a la hora de llegada de un huésped se le sea entregada la habitación.

Ya me había hospedado en el 2018, aunque el lugar mejoró, siento que algunas secciones de áreas comunes estaban demasiado sucias o descuidadas, como baños, estancias, el mismo restaurante.

The walls had stains on them. The shower water pressure was not strong enough to take sand off our bodies. There was a leak in the bathroom sink. The coffee maxhine & cups were dirty also.

Unfortunately, I had reserved a quiet room. But first of all there was building work done within the property which had noise all day. And at night it was very noisy with music bands. It was defenetly not a stay for a person that will like to rest!

The posada has comfortable beds and it was very clean. The only problem we had was the wifi because we couldn’t access it from our room. We had to go to the lobby to be able to have a stable connection. It’s a good place to stay if u do not care for the wifi.

El lugar esta increible, justo enseguida de la playa, del área de restaurante puedes bajar a la playa. El internet es bastante bueno, el cuarto es muy limpio, la calle es callada ya que no entran carros o motos y de noche se puede escuchar el mar. La señora que recibe y Javier fueron muy amables. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. El único "pero" es que las chicas que atienden en el desayuno fueron bastante groseras, lo que hacía algo sencillo como pedir azúcar incómodo.

La posada está bien, pero el personal es demasiado ineficiente y maleducados. Hay dos chicas en la recepción que se negaron a ayudarnos con más toallas a pesar de que se los pedimos amablemente. En general, el personal de la posada (de recepción y de limpieza) son muy maleducadas. La posada necesita mantenimiento urgentemente ya que tiene una buena ubicación.
La posada está bien, pero el personal es demasiado ineficiente y maleducados. Hay dos chicas en la recepción que se negaron a ayudarnos con más toallas a pesar de que se los pedimos amablemente. Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos mi familia y yo ahí. Han habido servicios que han mejorado como el agua caliente, sin insectos/hormigas dentro de la habitación, etc; aunque también han habido algunas deficiencias como la calidad del internet (cuando se les informó a recepción no se dio seguimiento hasta que nos apoyó el guardia en "resetaear" el módem). También notificamos falta de hamaca y mal funcionamiento de la caja fuerte, hasta que comentamos que queríamos hablar con el encargado o supervisor para solicitar descuento por falta de los servicios fue que actuaron de inmediato en resolver las faltas. Aun así considero que es una muy buena opción con respecto a precio/ubicación y servicios, es de tener paciencia como en todo Mazunte ya que el ritmo de vida es más lento y tranquilo.

This place is fantastic. Right on the beach -- the location can't be beat. The restaurant has the best view in town. The wifi isn't reliable but mostly works. If you need to work from your room, I recommend getting a local sim card and using a hot spot. That's what I did for some zoom meetings. The rooms are cleaned five times a week, and the towels and sheets are changed often -- which was great. The staff is super friendly, as well as the other guests. There could be noise from the bars on the street at night and some mild construction noise during the day. I highly recommend the place!

Unfortunately, I had reserved a quiet room. But first of all there was building work done within the property which had noise all day. And at night it was very noisy with music bands. It was defenetly not a stay for a person that will like to rest!

Esta muy bien ubicada a unos metros de la playa , algunas habitaciones tienen vista al mar y balcón con hamaca con el caso de la nuestra, afuera hay mucha variedad de restaurantes tiendas etc , la habitación muy cómoda con mosquiteros en las puertas y aire acondicionado, hay una cafetera disponible en la habitación, el baño muy bien, tiene caja fuerte, la atención muy bien y la limpieza también, dentro de las instalaciones hay un restaurante y bar súper bello con vista al mar, comentarios adicionales, se escucha mucho el oleaje del mar , en nuestro caso si nos gusta pero habra quienes no especialmente en la noche, y la entrada es a pie en pendiente

Habitación para 3 personas, todo excelente, servicios siempre funcionando, baño privado, a/c y el estilo del hotel muy adhoc al destino pero muy cómodo y con lo necesario. Lo mejor es la ubicación en la calle principal de Mazunte y a lado de la playa.

El lugar esta increible, justo enseguida de la playa, del área de restaurante puedes bajar a la playa. El internet es bastante bueno, el cuarto es muy limpio, la calle es callada ya que no entran carros o motos y de noche se puede escuchar el mar. La señora que recibe y Javier fueron muy amables. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. El único "pero" es que las chicas que atienden en el desayuno fueron bastante groseras, lo que hacía algo sencillo como pedir azúcar incómodo.
El lugar esta increible, justo enseguida de la playa, del área de restaurante puedes bajar a la playa. El internet es bastante bueno, el cuarto es muy limpio, la calle es callada ya que no entran carros o motos y de noche se puede escuchar el mar. La señora que recibe y Javier fueron muy amables. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. El único "pero" es que las chicas que atienden en el desayuno fueron bastante groseras, lo que hacía algo sencillo como pedir azúcar incómodo.

The room was in good condition, and the staff was courteous. It was a very convenient location to the beach and the town of Mazunte. Room had a balcony with a pleasant view to enjoy the hotel's coffee and to enjoy the birds in the trees and see people on the street. It was Mardi Gras, so we enjoyed a lot of live music at the beginning of the week coming from the restaurants (My elderly mom had a different opinion after 10 PM). The rooms had a significant number of surfaces to arrange belongings. Strangely, however, only a couple of hooks on a mirror and no closets or wardrobes for hanging clothing, nor drawers. I know that bed bugs are a big problem everywhere now, so perhaps this is a strategy to enable thorough cleaning after guests depart? Beds on the hard side. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Room was simple, large and clean. Loved the view from the deck. Bed very hard, as well as the pillows. We stayed 2 nights and the house keeper did not clean the room, not sure if housekeeping is only on certain days or not. Great location to the beach, restaurants & shops. You have to climb steps and go up/down slopes which can be challenging especially if you have mobility concerns. Staff were very helpful & friendly. We did enjoy our stay.
