Luksushotel i tilknytning til indkøbscenter med mange spisesteder. Pænt og rent værelse. Pool med flot udsigt. God internetforbindelse. Jeg brugte det til et Teams møde, og både lyd og billede gik fint igennem. Eneste beklagelse er, at løbebåndet i fitnesscentret pludselig stoppede mens jeg løb - direkte fra 12km/t til nul. Der skete ikke noget, men den ville ikke starte igen bagefter, og så var dagens træning slut.

All EXCELLENT. Except it has ants & bugs infected. I changed room multiple times, all the same. I told staff at the registration, they have major problem, and they must set programs to spray and inspect frequently, and more thoroughly cleaning process of rooms until this problem is addressed, and beyond..

Very good, modern accommodation in Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat). Located on the main road, with a pedestrian bridge that leads over to the older part of the city. The room was clean and modern, with great views over the city. The staff throughout the entire hotel were friendly and helpful. And the hotel is directly connected to the Terminal 21 mall, giving a wide range of choices for dining and shopping.

Truly excellent, allow me to say why I’ve awarded this grade. I arrived in my hire car from bangkok to be greeted by the hotel concierge. He directed me to a nearby multi storey car park. There another member of staff had been notified in advance and directed me to a reserved parking space. (Lovely) bags taken and escorted to check in . This was completed quickly and efficiently. This hotel is spotless and the staff cannot do anymore. Room and bathroom spotless. Internet strong and stable. Thee usb ports in the room to charge your electronics. Breakfast buffet substantial. Swimming pool and gym great. Adjacent shopping centre has everything you will need including a food court. They vast majority of us work 45/50 weeks of the year. If you find yourself in Nakhon Ratchasima book this hotel I cannot imagine any reasonable person finding any fault whatsoever with this hotel. At checkout I guarantee you will agree with my review. Congratulations to all staff who made my 7 day stay extremely enjoyable.

I really loved this hotel, I had an amazing experience! The staff are always willing to assist whenever and wherever possible, modern and very luxurious bedrooms all located next to the Terminal21 shopping center, I loved that they also had USB charging ports next to the beds themselves and an inclusive coffee machine in the lobby area for the guests, the view of the city was spectacular from both the bedroom and the pool area, the breakfast selection was varied and very delicious, catering for all tastes! I highly recommend this Centrepoint hotel and I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Nakhon Ratchasima. Thanks Jonathan :)

I had a stay of over 20 days and one thing I found annoying and a concern was the lack of drawers in the room. There was the normal 6 or so hangers but there was only one drawer! Looking at the room photos you can see two smaller drawers, but those are filled with cups, tea and coffee etc. One pretty large drawer, but that ended up being our "dirty clothes hamper" So we ended up living out of our suitcases, my large one on the floor, for our entire stay. One cabinet area had the room safe, but the safe opened on the bottom making it no help for clothing storage. One other cabinet on the top of the shelves present was too high for my wife to use.

Had to wait over 20-minutes, while room was prepared, even though we arrived well after the 2 PM check in time. Asked front desk to call for taxi for 5PM, but when we arrived in the lobby at 4:58 PM then the front desk called for a taxi. The shampoo, body gel and hand soap dispensers work fine - however the body lotion dispenser works very poorly (had the same issue during the last stay a month ago). The bellhop and parking attendant were very pleasant and helpful and the housekeeping staff do a great job cleaning the room. Most of the reception personnel were welcoming and cheerful. Please cook the bacon fully at the breakfast buffet, I wasn’t sure the bacon was edible as it looked almost raw (recommend crispy bacon or at least the option to order crispy bacon). The made to order egg station is lovely, as are the fresh juices and local Thai dishes.

Great rooms. Wonderful hotel. The only problem I had was the breakfast. There was lots to choose from. But, except for the cooked eggs, everything was cold. ie, sausage, bacon, fried potatoes.
