The pool runs out of towels daily. There is never anywhere to sit at the pool because all seats are taken. The door sqeeeks all night long in the wind. The staff is amazing! The hotel is very clean. The food here is excellent. The location is very good.

A estadia foi excelente...boa piscina, bar molhado...cadeiras e guarda-sol disponíveis...show. A ressalva é sobre o banheiro, que não fica na área interna do quarto, o que o deixa muito quente...ainda, essa área tem conexão com os banheiros vizinhos (na parte de cima, para circular o ar). Demos azar de pegar um vizinho fumante, que não respeitou a proibição e fumou no banheiro, fazendo com que a fumaça invadisse nosso quarto. Após avisarmos a recepção, o problema foi resolvido.

The pool bar and main pool itself closed too early in my opinion. It’s a bit over priced for the overall property condition and amenities although there doesn’t seem to be too many options for legit Hotels on Gilli T as most are hostels and guest houses. I liked how they have their own private beach that is reverend for their guests. Drinks are definitely over priced. Location is pretty amazing as it is close enough to the main pier and just far away enough from the main party strip so that you can retreat back to a quite environment when you want to! Property grounds are well manicured

Hotel com vista do mar linda no cafe da manha que é a la carte , no andar superior e cafe muito bom. Hotel com arquitetura diferente, porem a piscina nao tem vista mar. Quarto e banheiro normal. Para um resort mar ,falta locao corporal pos banho. Tem aluguel de bike mas na rua consegue pela metade do preço.

The resort was excellent; however, more grass coverage would have cooled the surroundings better than white sand. We also, would have liked the pool spa and waterfall to keep going rather than being switched off. The food was absolutely fantastic, and view form the restaurant breathtaking.

Dejligt hotel og skøn placering til havet. Fantastisk restaurant og dejlig morgenmad. Det skønneste personale i restaurant. Smilende og imødekommende, bla wendi men også mange af de andre. Rengøring på værelset var jævn, men der trænger til at de går lidt i hjørnerne - bla badeværelsets døren og andre steder - værelsets gulvet var ikke særligt rent - fejet, men ikke vasket så grundigt. Sengene var Ok og skøn terrasse. Poolen var lækker og vedligeholdt. Hotellets Placering også perfekt, hvis man ikke ønsker at bo midt i partyområdet. Roligt og stille.

Overpriced for what it was. Circa £140 a night and it was like a motel room. We had a lumbung room, it was their last room available and was the furthest away from the resort. It was quiet but the room is not worth the money. It lacked basic amenities ie dressing gown, poor quality linen, the bedsheets didn’t even fit the bed and you could see the stained mattress which was off putting, poor quality bedding (like rags!), housekeeping not great, left frayed towels one day and no shower gel. Duvet was awful, def seen better days. Decor is like a motel room. No where to hang anything either. Breakfast is average, had to ask for things like toast. Staff no where near as friendly as other parts of Indonesia. Pool area and beach areas are nice and it is close to the main strip. Prob the best hotel there but nowhere near worth the money. If the room was nicer with nicer bedding and towels, dressing gown etc, it would’ve been better.

Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Food at the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced. Our sea view room had a lovely outlook. Comfortable beds. Good air con. Large bar fridge which kept items cold. Only negatives were lots of noise from the road and bars late at night. This might be reduced if staying in one of the rooms back from the road. Our daughters room had a bad smell from the bathroom. Ours was ok though. This seems to be common in this area. Wi-Fi was patchy but generally ok. Would definitely stay here again.

I was at the pool after the bar had closed, so I took a beach towel to my room, planning to return it in the morning when the bar reopened. However, the staff knocked on my door at 9:30 PM asking me to return it. Why at that hour, when I was about to go to bed? Couldn’t they have waited until the morning during room cleaning or when the bar opened? What was the rush? 2. The Wi-Fi would connect for about five seconds and then disconnect repeatedly. I eventually gave up and had to use my own data to access the internet. I was surprised by this it’s 2025, so I didn’t expect such an issue. 3. The shower drain didn’t work properly. It was very slow, and every time I showered, water pooled around my feet and ankles, leaving them covered in bubbles. Also, the bathroom was not soundproof I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, which made it feel less private. 4. I don’t know if I was just being paranoid with everything going on, but I got my first case of Bali belly at this hotel. I’m not sure where I caught it, but after three weeks in Bali, this was the place where it finally happened, which made me a bit uneasy given the issues above. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, so I don’t blame them. I’m sure these problems are due to hotel management rather than the staff themselves.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, tasty restaurant. I appreciated the luggage service, both for the transport to the room and for storage on the last day. The room, however, was too small and outdated: the door barely locked after two turns of the key, and the bathroom handle kept coming off, we had to call for assistance. The price was excessive considering the room size and, above all, the poor maintenance. A major negative point: on the hotel’s beach there is an activity rental desk (for masks, bikes, electric scooters) run by a local who behaves rudely and disrespectfully towards tourists who are not interested in his services. He mixes understandable English words with insults in Balinese (which I was able to catch after a while). A disgrace for the hotel and for whoever allows him to work there! Security also needs improvement: once I climbed over to reach my room faster without passing through reception, and no one noticed anything, it could have been anyone.

This hotel was beautiful. We had an ocean view room which did not disappoint. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and always happy and helpful nothing was too much for them. The hotel is a short walk from the port but in the heat isnt necessary an easy one with lots of luggage (we refuse to use the horse and cart) the breakfast is lovely, lots of food and all tastes good. highly recommend this hotel. We’d definitely be back.

The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it. The really enjoyed our breakfast every day and also being able to either choose the beach or pool area to lounge at and be served drinks/food from the resort. It is a great location real close to main town center area which was really convention for dinner and going out at night.

Deuxième séjours au Pearl of trawangan cette fois ci nous y avons séjournés 16 nuits autant dire que nous l’avons appréciés tout à été parfait petit déjeuner copieux et complet la plage impeccable sauf quand il y a du vent le plagiste vient replier les parasols ⛱️ par sécurité la piscine excellente le restaurant très bien le Pearl est très bien situé sur l’île au calme et proche des restaurants et bars enfin j’y reviendrai sûrement une troisième fois

This property is definitely one of the nicer ones on Gili. The staff is very kind and helpful. You can walk anywhere you’ll want to go within 10 mins. It’s close to the main port, but not too close so it’s a little more quiet in the night.

The hotel itself was good. Great infrastructure, good swimming pool, and nice looks. Despite all the good first impression, the hotel breakfast was really disappointing. Not having a buffet is understandable in these areas, but allow guests to have a proper breakfast, not one that seems to be served in a backpacker hotel.
