We stayed with kids for three days. This hotel is a bit away from Haram. Shuttle has a schedule unlike other hotels frequently pick/drop. Staff is cooperative. Sahoor was good and served the purpose. Room are quite and bit warm, so if you r traveling in summer, plz make sure the AC is working. Within same or less amount u may find better alternatives near haram at walking distance.

Everything was amazing at Season Star hotel. The warm welcome from Mr Aly Youssef and all the team was exceptional. They offered a lot of help whenever asked for. The room is quite spacious for a solo traveler. The breakfast was a great quality open buffet with a variety of different dishes. The shuttle bus follows an accurate schedule for going and coming back from Haram. Overall, my stay was excellent and I would love to come back here again for my next visit to Madinah.

One of the best hotels ive stayed in Just abit far from the Haram due to all the construction works takes around 20mins on the free shuttle service - other than that the hotel is amazing

This place was so comfortable everyone whom worked here was really really kind and helpful. I loved the customer service rooms was very clean and big I had a 3 bed in a room .. very very nice . They have breakfast buffet which changed daily of breakfast selections and also There’s a McDonald’s across a street that I saw which was nice . They have a shuttle that goes to prophets mosque like every 30 min or so. Great place to stay !

Had a great time at Season Star, the staff was amazing and friendly. The amenities were great such as the breakfast. Our room was clean. Only suggestion would be to increase the frequency of the shuttle, due to construction it takes longer to get to/from the masjid and it would be helpful if the shuttle ran more often

Its a lovely hotel, rooms are very clean,spacious and comfortable. Staff members are all very good. Breakfast was good too althoughbmore option for hot drinks would have been nice. The quality of food was great too.

The hotel was fine. The room was nice (though there was mold in the shower). The phone also didn’t work so I was not able to call down for room service. When I checked in, front desk staff didn’t speak English, but there was a bellhop who was able to speak. He was super helpful.

I stayed for one night. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good. But more importantly, when the staff discovered an envelope with money in it after I checked out, the manager (Ali) contacted me and came himself to the airport to deliver the money. All staff members are excellent specially Abdullah at the front desk. He is amazing, helpful, always great’s people with wide smile. Also the hotel manager is very nice and treats his guest like a family. Thanks so much for everything.

I stayed for one night. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good. The hotel was nice and clean and provided shuttle service to and from the Haram. Their breakfast buffet had plenty of options as well. Staff was nice and friendly as well. The hotel isn't too far from Masjid-Nabawi but due to road closure, getting to the masjid and back was a hassle as taxi would have to take a long detour.
