Our stay was absolutely amazing. We were on our honeymoon and it could not have been more special. The rooms are so lovely and spacious and well designed. There is a lovely little area outside to enjoy drinks in the evening or your breakfast in the morning. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic. You are able to also use the pool of their sister hotel just across thé street. It is a few minute walk from lots of restaurants and bars you can walk to or even borrow a bike from the reception. We borrowed a bike every evening. They kept the beach very clean and removed the seaweed. The whole hotel is on the beach. Nothing like waking up in the morning and walking to breakfast with no shoes in soft sand.

Exquisite small boutique hotel. Outstanding service, beautiful rooms and grounds, wonderful food. The beach itself was also perfect. It’s located south of the noisy nightlife section of SoTu and across the street from Nu - an incredible Michelin restaurant. Highly recommend!

The service is impeccable, the property is located in a private area on the beach, and the rooms are beautifully designed to give you a tropical paradise experience. The staff and concierge will go above and beyond to accommodate your wants and needs and will address any issues immediately. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu is delicious and made with healthy and fresh ingredients. There are only 8 rooms, so the hotel is very private and intimate. Perfect for couples, if you’re traveling alone, or with one other person. The staff makes an effort to get to know every guest by name and even remember your preferences and trip itinerary. I will definitely come back to stay here or at the other properties under the same management if I’m in Tulum.

Nos hospedamos por un fin de semana en la encantada, la estancia fue de lo mejor, desde que llegamos, todo el staff super amable, desde la persona que nos ayudó con el equipaje, al hacer check in, todo super bien! Al llegar te reciben con una bebida de bienvenida (super rica por cierto), nuestro desayuno estaba incluido, puedes elegir de su menú y te lo llevan hasta tu habitación, limpieza de 10, el staff siempre dispuesto a darte recomendaciones de la zona, un día paseamos en bicicleta, las cuales se nos fueron prestadas en el hotel. Sin dudarlo volveriamos!

Absolutely perfect!! Great location on the beach, wonderful friendly people who attended to my every need with big smiles, and excellent accommodations (clean, comfortable and private suite. Don't look anywhere else; this is the only place to stay in Tulum!

My stay at Encantada Tulum was more than excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the soaps/shampoo smelled amazing! And the food/beach amenities were perfect. Would highly recommend, especially if someone is looking for a peaceful vacation.

From check in, to the friendly and helpful staff & concierges that always go above and beyond. I can’t recommend this beautiful property enough! It’s an 8 room property and private beach. The rooms have their own hammock outside (which I stayed in for hours), and the decor is serene and conducive to an amazing experience. I can’t wait to return and bring all my girl friends!

Excellent service and location. Love the fact it's a small resort with just a few rooms so very private plus adults only. The only negative was the private dinner for what I expected and what was given was way overpriced.

I didn't get a welcome drink and the shampoo and conditioner were not the greatest quality. However, the hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist.

I chose this place for a honeymoon as it promised a peaceful stay no TVs, etc. It was the WORST experience ever! Ruined my honeymoon, nonstop, loud music, and from sunrise till sunset, construction work next-door to the room you could hear saws drills, or hammering the entire day long. It should be noted on their website. This is going on so that people can choose whether or not to stay there had I known this I would’ve not had my honeymoon here, and cried myself to sleep three nights in a row. I would love to come and stay at the facility again assuming the construction is done, but because it was never relayed to us this is going on it RUINED our honeymoon. We have videos showing just how close the workers are, and how loud they are, and due to the fact, there was no TVs in the room because it was supposed to be a peaceful stay. We couldn’t even turn on the TV to drown out the noise. We went back-and-forth with the property about making it right in our opinion as they were deceptive by not sharing the construction nuisance next-door. bottom line is so far in my opinion they only care about the dollar because they have not tried to make it right with us. Thus I will leave my review so no other couples have to endure this nightmare. If and when they decide to make it right with us, I will gladly take my review down, but it should be noted for future guests that there was construction happening there. They had it in their power to inform the customer, but they chose not to

Our trip was amazing from the moment we step in Encantada we were shown around and the place is beautiful peaceful our villa was amazing the only thing in the garden area there is construction going on in the next resort and it can get pretty loud but the staff and the resort make up for it there amazing. We used whatsup and it was great they answer very quickly. We also stayed with Radhoo there sister resort and they organized everything for us taking our bags and getting our room ready while we enjoyed the day. Food was great and drinks as well. We even helped baby turtles to the beach amazing! Just perfect stay will be back!!! Thank you Encantada!

My stay at Encantada Tulum was more than excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the soaps/shampoo smelled amazing! And the food/beach amenities were perfect. Would highly recommend, especially if someone is looking for a peaceful vacation.

Amazing boutique property, lovely beach location. Restaurant onsite has great food. All the staff from the bellboys,valets, waiters were incredible, super friendly and helpful and would remember all our names. Isabel on the front desk was great with us and made us feel at home.

Our stay here was wonderful. The food was so good. The service was amazing, especially Paula and Isabel. They answered our many questions, took care to make sure we had food when we were out early in the morning and gave us great reccomendations. This place is so beautiful.I would highly recommend it

Nos hospedamos por un fin de semana en la encantada, la estancia fue de lo mejor, desde que llegamos, todo el staff super amable, desde la persona que nos ayudó con el equipaje, al hacer check in, todo super bien! Al llegar te reciben con una bebida de bienvenida (super rica por cierto), nuestro desayuno estaba incluido, puedes elegir de su menú y te lo llevan hasta tu habitación, limpieza de 10, el staff siempre dispuesto a darte recomendaciones de la zona, un día paseamos en bicicleta, las cuales se nos fueron prestadas en el hotel. Sin dudarlo volveriamos!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We were on our honeymoon and it could not have been more special. The rooms are so lovely and spacious and well designed. There is a lovely little area outside to enjoy drinks in the evening or your breakfast in the morning. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic. You are able to also use the pool of their sister hotel just across thé street. It is a few minute walk from lots of restaurants and bars you can walk to or even borrow a bike from the reception. We borrowed a bike every evening. They kept the beach very clean and removed the seaweed. The whole hotel is on the beach. Nothing like waking up in the morning and walking to breakfast with no shoes in soft sand.
