The checkin staff was very courteous. The restaurant staff at the Collage was very friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The property is very attractive making use of the local topography really well, leading to a very calm and peaceful ambience

Stayed for a week in April 2024 to attend a wedding. From the time I arrived at the Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli, the service was outstanding. Staff were attentive, friendly, and did everything possible to make this stay enjoyable and memorable. The room was really great, very thoroughly cleaned every day During the week, I experienced both restaurants (Mrs Mage and Collage) and Hodd's bar, the Spa (for a Fusion massage), used the Hotel's Car/Driver service, and had a number of requests for various members of staff. The facilities are outstanding, but what really made the stay exceptional were the staff. Can't recommend highly enough!

I would give 5 stars to the entire staff. They made our stay wonderful. Everybody from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant made our stay comfortable and convenient...Kumar, Chetan, Raja, Deepa Singh, Vivek, Nishant, Phoolbati, Riya, Vedant, Teso Vivek and others. Again, thank you for making this a great stay for us.

Special mention about Chef D.Sudha, who was so professional and great service at Collage resturant. Entire staff was always smiling and serving at the property. Though room was tiny....enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Happy.....(: (:

The staff at the front desk as well as the restaurant seemed inefficient, could be due to new untrained staff. During my 1-2 day stay I have received multiple phone calls regarding several issues as if the reason I have come to Hyderabad is only to answer their calls. The phone in the room didn’t work. The restaurant was open after breakfast although the staff couldn’t provide prompt information, menu, food options for that particular time This is not per the standards we have witnessed earlier.

I travelled with a 80yr old and a 10 yr old. I found the staff extremely hospitable and that made my stay very memorable. There are plenty of dining options including room service which was super convenient. Their sightseeing packages were also convenient.

Started here before. The staff is always excellent. The one thing I didn’t like is they eliminated the hot buffet for breakfast. You can still get pastries, fruit, and cereal buffet style but if you want eggs or hash browns, you have to order from the server.

Room size is WAY TOO SMALL for the price we paid. Still can’t believe they charged us 18,000 for such tiny room. Whoever is in charge of the decision, we really want to know if s/he would pay that kind of amount for that room. Some serious introspection needed.
