There was no water given at check in. We had to go back and ask. One big readin we study here is that we could leave our car here for free while we travelled. That is no longer the case. There is just a charge for leaving it. We will actively look for a different hotel next time.

Property is newer and has ample parking. Our room was relatively spacious with a vaulted ceiling. Waterslide has weird hours that aren't posted (that I could find) so the kids were disappointed they couldn't use the slide. It was the reason we booked. Pool was just ok.

Best hotel we stayed in a very long time. Clean rooms. The pool hot tub and slide was fun for the kids. Loves the complimentary breakfast and latte machine. Gym was excellent with lots of exercise equipment and a water fountain and towels to clean. 5 stars!!!

Having a family, Walmart was just a minute drive away. Very convenient. Parking isn’t the best, and can be congested. The tv we had in our room was stuck on one image but we could browse channels. If we switched channels, the image would remain. It wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Other than that, great experience. Kids loved the pool, its hours and the person in charge of the slide was gracious and let the slide stay open for longer for the kids.

Hotel not what it once was, I have stayed multiple times since it opened and it seems to be going downhill. To start nothing like being placed on a 8 minute hold with front desk to end up using another cellphone and get through quicker than your original that’s still playing crappy music. Pool was underwhelming,slide open 1hr per day? Nothing like taking kids swimming to see a maintenance sign on slide constantly. Jets in hot tub don’t work. Ran out of many items at included breakfast, (bagels,yogurt). Overall a shame to see newer hotel in one of the decent areas of PG deteriorating at such a rapid pace.

Check in time was supposed to be 4 pm, room wasn’t ready until after 5 pm. One other couple were waiting for their room to be cleaned as well when we arrived. Only one person on reception do it took quite awhile for customers to be processed (at least 5 of us waiting) Our Room had a very strong chemical odour when we went to it. We opened the window and turned on AC to see if that would help. Then went out for dinner and came back. Smell was still very strong and so I went to the front desk and explained the problem. A new Young lady at reception was very nice and she called someone who brought a large fan over. He could smell the odour as well. But that didn’t fix the problem. This young man ( very nice) then went & got a deodorizer. This spray plus fan finally seemed to help. By 8:15 the room was acceptable but with still a lingering smell. (No other room was offered to us.) I’m Not complaining about the staff as they are all very young , but someone in more senior mgmt needs to help train the younger staff in how to address problems like this and what they can do to make it better for customers .

The door was unlocked to our room as we arrived, there was still old food behind our bed from the precious guest(s), and there was a big clump of hair on the towel in the bathroom. This place is very nice and I would stay here again, but the cleanliness needs a step up. Overall 3/5.

I asked for someone to take a look at the wall air unit as the cold air was blowing inside our room at every hour of the day. No one showed up. It was freezing in the room even with heat on. You could see outside on some spots of air unit. When checking in- it looked as though the floors had not been washed - at all. Dirty and spills on floors

Hotel was clean. Only issue was that the heat only blew warm air if you turned it up 5 degrees and then it'd get hot and then you'd have to turn it down later, which meant getting out if bed. Annoying, but not a deal breaker for me.

Brand new hotel so everything nice and clean and fresh. Very nice breakfast provided too! Only negative was we had a room that had a shared door and you could hear the entire conversation of those in other room.

The hotel itself was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, it is the location that is the problem. The hotel is right beside Hwy 16 and a hill-so you listen to trucks and jake brakes at all hours day and night. My recommendation would be to ask for a room that does NOT face the highway. It may be quieter.

This seems like a new hotel. The room we had was massive with a king bed, sitting area, full kitchen and a queen loft bedroom. The room was spotlessly clean and very modern decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We were on the top floor and facing the highway, which is always busy with traffic, but did not disturb our sleep, overall very good place to stay.

Check in staff Geshua was not friendly. Hello w/no smile at your front desk is not very welcoming.She asked for ID & credit card - standard practice at a hotel, which I am aware - but before swiping a customer’s credit card, she should be telling the customer what she is doing. The room was paid for, she could at least communicate that she is just swiping the card for incidentals. She communicated nothing about room cleaning to us, although signage in the elevator said that like we were told at check in, rooms would be cleaned on the second night of your stay but if you needed anything before that to seek assistance. The property itself is nice. Lots of parking is available, the breakfast offers lots of options & a nice dining spot to enjoy it. We wanted to use the pool & slide but the slide being open just at certain times didn’t work with our schedule & we missed out on being able to use it. The room was clean when we arrived but there were only three towels to begin with, we are a family of four. If the room is not to be cleaned until the second night of a stay & there are two beds in the room, there should be four towels to start with. We were in need of those towels, a refill on toilet paper, & in-room coffee by the second night & had been looking forward to coming back to a room cleaned after a long day of shopping. Unfortunately nothing had been done. It is very inconvenient to have to search out everything in the evening. Check out with Geshua was also poor.

Was a good location, close to things. Check in was slow. Then they forgot my late check out, said they would add and didnt. Before and at just 11 am i had 2 people come and ask when i was leaving. We left just after 11 as it seemed noone knew what was going on and were eager to get us out. Was nice to have a pet!. BEAWARE! WATERSLIDE ONLY RUNS 3 HOURS A DAY. 9-10, 1-2 7-8. WHICH IS NOT LISTED. Very disappointing and not what we were expecting. It is also monitored which is fine but the person was very strict and dozing off not paying attention to the go light.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever tried to stay at. Over an hour straight of children yelling, stomping and screaming on my floor as well as the one above. Management has been called twice now. Over $200 a night. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Gym and room were great as usual. We arrived with a reservation including a pet, but instead of $20 the staff tried to charge $40 and give a non pet room. Seems to be an ongoing issue with reservations here. Manager made it right, staff seemed new so maybe that contributed.

The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast area is clean, open and airy. It would be nice if the gym was open to guests 24/7 instead of only 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The area is off the highway and has easy access to stores and fast food.

Excellent hotel. Fast check in, well laid out. Room is basically new with every amenity. Bed was like a dream! Lots of space overall and bathroom was equal to the rest of the room. Nice little pool and hot tub. Provided breakfast was excellent in a full size restaurant type setting. Had all the buffet items you would want from pancakes and bacon, to fruit and cereal and many types of juice and coffee. Overall excellent property

The hotel is very new and feels very clean and high end. Lots of extra details added to make it feel classy. Breakfast was amazing -- two types of omelets with sausages and hashbrowns, plus pancake station and lots of other choices. High end coffee/hot chocolate machine available 24/7 was a nice touch.
