Wife was bitten by bed bugs. Paid 2 nights reimbursed only for one even though we moved out after 2 hours in the room.Expedia was no help, talk to robot chat. Expedia did nothing. I negotiated to get at least one night reimbursed. Beware,place was not bad but pay a bit more for peace of mind.

The owner provided sufficient information about the accommodation and then moved us to the basement during our stay. The photos do not correspond to reality. The communication from the owner was very unpleasant.

このホテルの最大の問題はエクスペディアに表示される位置と実際の宿泊場所が異なる点です。当日の宿泊予約でしたので非常に驚きました。タクシーで20分くらいの場所だったように記憶しています。その他の交通手段を検討する余裕はありませんでしたが、たぶんタクシー以外ないと思います。私は身軽な一人旅だったので事なきを得ましたが、荷物が多い場合などは注意が必要です。宿泊施設自体には価格相応で不満はありません。ショートメッセージでの宿泊先担当者とのやりとりも迅速で親切でした。
