The hotel sold the rooms to other guests actually when the 4 persons arrived the hotel told them that they had already sold their rooms and they cannot remove the new guests which was terrible

Qué puedo decir de la estancia si no me recibieron en ese hotel diciendo que no forman parte de la aplicación de hoteles ni respetando el hecho que yo ya hubiera pagado ellos argumentan que el hotel cambió de dueño y que no pueden seguir aceptando clientes o huéspedes que provengan de la aplicación
