The airport shuttle was very easy to use. I wish the website had provided instructions on the need to call and where to meet it in a confirmation email. The Tampa airport does not have great signage and was not easy to navigate so info from the hotel would have been appreciated after a long travel day. Beds were VERY comfortable. Hotel is close to the airport, but I never heard any of the planes that I could see flying overhead.

Awesome property close to the airport great dining options. Very friendly staff. Only problem issue I have is the $10 per night parking. Think it’s excessive and there are 4 other hotels in walking distance that don’t charge. This needs to be evaluated.

Liked the seating and fire tables around the pool for cool nights. Bartenders were very nice. Breakfast selection and quality was very good. Rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job.

This is a very nice and quiet hotel. I love it. Nevertheless, parking fee was WAIVED because i am a DISABLED VETERAN prior to booking. When i got there, front staff members told that it was a mistake and i was charged for PARKING. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was great and staff members are very nice.

The pool and pool area was clean and a pleasure to use. The breakfast stood out better than many Tampa hotels and the bar and menu in the evening a pleasure. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. even the cleaning staff on the 3rd floor were professional and helpful.

When we had first got into our room I went to use the toilet and it had "potty" that wasn't flushed in the bowl which means they didn't clean the toilet. The carpet in the rooms was filthy and had several large stains. The fold out couch had dirty bedding in it; filled with what I assume was dog hair and a couple of old raisins (at least I hope they were raisins). Not nearly as nice as the photos make it look.

The hotel was very clean. The room itself was fantastic. Modern, full kitchen thoughtfully designed into small space, bed was very comfortable. Lots of outlets and convenient charging locations. Free breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts at a hotel I’ve had. Lots of healthy options, fruit was really fresh, eggs were fluffy, hash browns delicious, they even had my favorite sourdough bread, oatmeal…it was great. Very impressed, would stay here again. Cons were that the dining and bar were limited hours. But there is a world of beer restaurant walking distance.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. In spite of the close proximity to the airport, you could not hear outside noise. My top priority is quiet and I had no problem sleeping. The breakfast was far better than most hotels offer as complimentary. My only complaint was the slamming doors, but that is a reflection of the rude neighboring guest, not the hotel. You can't fault the hotel for inconsiderate guests! I rarely say this, but I would definitely stay at Hyatt House in the future.

Anthony at the front desk was so kind. He changed the floor my room was on because there was a soccer team of young children on that floor and he knew I wanted some rest. The care he took to listen and speak to me meant a lot and I am so grateful for that. Please let him know I sincerely appreciate it. The room was perfect. I wish I stayed here for the whole duration of my trip. What a cool room! Very clean, and such awesome amenities! I didn't even get to sleep in the bed because the couch was so inviting! Thank you for giving me a safe place to sleep. I sincerely mean that.

The staff was awesome and helpful. My flight was the next day and when I asked about where the rental car drop off was, they told me where was at and offered to pick me up so I could save some money by dropping it off the day prior. Save me 150 bucks.

Checks all the boxes for an overnight stay near the airport. Shuttle to airport Altho it only goes every half hour. Bed and pillows very comfortable, big room with all amenities for a great price. Nice shower, etc. Nice outdoor pool and seating area, bar and restaurant inside were buzzing. It’s in a cluster of hotels less than 5 minutes from the huge International Plaza Mall. Worth the stay.

Everything was good and I’m good order the room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good too. Was in town for a couple night and the host at the door were great all three of the ones I saw. Would definitely come back. Also it’s not too close or too far from downtown to enjoy.

Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for the Chris Brown concert. The hotel was everything. Great location with high end restaurants, mall, and stadium near by. Very clean property with wonderful staff. I would stay here again.

This place is great! Clean, friendly, great bar food and drinks! Kid friendly. There’s a parking fee- I didn’t see that when I was booking. Breakfast is standard buffet with fruit/groans/pastries/eggs/sausage/potatoes. No waffles, but they had pancakes.

i liked the hotel. It was clean and the staff for the most part was very friendly..the bartender left something to be desired. i felt as if i was inconveniencing her when i asked row put an order in ..and then she disappeared when i came to the bar to ask for napkins and plates for my food..she brought me my order in a take out container..was i supposed to take the hint? That was the only negative part of my stay.

Check in went smooth. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good and a lot of variety. Area around hotel felt safe and was quiet. Area is not very walkable to get to most eating places. Only negative about my stay was I took a seat the bar and the bar tender never acknowledged my presence so I left. I do recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

people were very nice. breakfast was good. and rooms were clean and updated. didn’t care for the bartender at all..not friendly and gave the impression we were bothering her..other patrons made the same comments to me as well..menu was very limited and there is not much to choose from in the area.
