Property overall was nice. The room was very clean but the bed was very lumpy. The mattress needs replacing. Also, it would be nice if they told you about the parking fee at checkin and the designated smoking areas.

Stayed here many times and always enjoyed the stay. Property is great, pool is excellent and always quiet. The only reason I have given 4 stars is this time we were charged for self parking, 15 dollars a night, which I had no idea about until after the stay. I have never been charged this before and let's be honest, it's a complete scam. Not even Disney do this at their hotels anymore and this property is small and out of the way with way more parking spaces than would ever be required for the number of units. There is no justification for this whatsoever and I have stayed in many hotels in the area that do not charge this. The ones that do this are in very busy areas right on the coast, unlike this property. I hope they change this silly tactic.

This hotel, or at least the staff, is beyond shady and dishonest. To start, when booking, it stated nothing about having to pay for parking and was vaguely written as "on-site parking" vs. just being honest and stating parking is not free. Next, during our entire week's stay, there was construction on the roof of the villa we were assigned. When I questioned this, there was no effort to move us to other rooms, just a pitiful excuse that the roof work was unplanned! Management needs to seek out retraining its staff or possibly termination; the lack of customer service is disgraceful to the Marriott standards. Until some kind of resolution is made, I cannot and will not recommend this hotel.

The spacious villa-style property had everything you needed, very accommodating staff, beautiful, clean pool with grills, screened in porch, in room laundry, secure parking, and more. Would definitely recommend staying there again.

It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay, we were to able to go out shopping and eat whenever we wanted and it was very close. We used the pool and the children's park, everything was very clean and organized, we would stay there again.

So, I get there after 10 pm, exhausted. Wake up at 6 am. Went to use the restroom and it was clogged. You can picture how disgusting it got all over the floor! Had to get out of the room for couple of hours until they get it back in order, still was not working the best but, gladly, I was able to hold my needs until I got out of there. We only spent 2 nights. Very upset and disappointed.

Excellent accommodations! 2 bedroom condo was amazing, with a porch, a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower! Clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. LOVED IT!

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The idea of having a small kitchen plus a washer and dryer makes staying for longer periods of time such a breeze. The ONLY thing I would say that the hotel could have an opportunity to work on would be the door between actual rooms. You can hear everything that is said or done. So if you have loud people staying in the room next to yours it can sometimes feel really annoying if you just want some peace and quiet.

This is a lovely property to stay with your family. The pool is magnificent and clean. The front desk staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are a little dated, but I was told that they will be updating soon. The Queen sized bed/ room is a bit small for two, but workable. If you can, get the King. We will be back.

A/C did NOT work, electricity is BAD, laundry did NOT work. I tried to do laundry, the laundry machine did DEMAGE my clothes and I had to take wet clothes with me. The employees were very accommodating, they even did offer free pizza, because the A/C did not work. Very nice people, but totally mismanaged from property owners/executive management.

Paper thin walls where we could hear total conversations in the next room. Bed mattress was old, creaking, and sagging causing restless nights and back pain. Bathroom was small and confining. Reception was warm when we arrived. The grounds surrounding the building was attractive. Parking was safe and easy. Local dining and shopping was fine.

Upon arrival my family and I was verbally greeted by a male employee at the front desk. There was a supervisor on duty who didn’t acknowledge our presence. When the employee asked for her assistance with our booking she yelled at him. We booked a room with a balcony, however we didn’t get the room that was advertised. There wasn’t a balcony. Additionally, there was construction on the roof which created an unsafe and chaotic environment. Unfortunately, that will be the last time I book there. The lack of professionalism and empathy for my family who travel from out of state to vacation there was egregious.

Our stay at Sheraton PGA, was delightful and restful. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The grounds were well kept. I’m looking forward to spending more time at PGA. I is definitely a destination location for anyone who enjoys quality and great amenities.

This is a lovely property to stay with your family. The pool is magnificent and clean. The front desk staff are kind and helpful. We stayed here for two separate short stays. On our first stay we checked in and our neighbor was having a very loud get together with a wedding party after quiet hours. The front desk asked them to quiet down and the party did not comply. The desk called again and let them know further action would be taken if they don't quiet down and after that we had no further issues. Management was incredibly accommodating and helpful with various requests such as extra towels or blankets. Staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will absolutely stay here again on future visits.

The place is very nice and the staff is pleasant. I did not appreciate being misled by staff. I only reserved the room because on the phone I was told I could check in 3 hours early so I spent 3x's the amount to stay at the Sheraton. Upon getting there I was told the room just needed to get the Manager's approval for cleaning the room. Then they said there was another issue and that was the delay. Either way they could have called me and not wasted my time and gas.

We always stop-over here between Miami and Orlando. Love the two-bedroom villas. Always clean, great pool area, very quiet on site, which is ideal, but with many restaurants and supermarkets within very close proximity.

Excellent place to stay! Whenever I visit this area I stay in this resort. I stayed almost 5 weeks and it was terrific. Full-size kitchen, laundry machine, and dryer are in every unit. Walmart, publix, and restaurants are just 2 min drive distance from the resort.
