Great place to stay with large, clean rooms. The pool was fun for the kids, but I wish it stayed open longer. They do offer a unique parking experience but be aware that only the small cars will fit in the garage. Overall, a great place to stay with many dining options within easy walking distance. We would stay here again!

One stop for everything. They have pools and hot tubs. Saunas and massage rooms. They even have childcare facilities and daycare. On arrival we were greeted with a drink and warm welcome. On departure, we were given a tube of specialty salt from the area. Super happy about the place.

Das Zimmer war sauber, bequem und geräumig, der Poolbereich ist einfach toll. Parken (selbst das kurze Anhalten zum Ausladen) ist ein großes Problem. Die vorhandene Tiefgarage ist schnell voll und sehr eng für moderne Autos. Das Personal gibt dazu nur spärlich und teilweise falsch Auskunft und wird auf Nachfragen unhöflich. Lobend erwähnen möchte ich aber die Dame, die den Pool betreut. Sie hat mir sehr schnell und lieb aus einer misslichen Lage geholfen.

Very outdated and in need of renovations. Nice atmosphere and staff, nicely situated in the town centre. Nice pool upstairs with a hot tub on the roof terrace :) Breakfast was OK too. Note: the parking situation isn't great, the garage is SMALL and crowded with an elevator for the car! Very claustrophobic.

I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible.

Tolles Hotel und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wellness Bereich ist TOP! im 4OG Indoor Pool und Sauna Landschaft. Das Schwimmbad ist en KIDS Paradise- was uns nicht soo gefallen hat- da wir eher Ruhe wollten. Die Ruhe haben wir in der Sauna Landschaft. Wunderschönes Seefeld - Schlitteln am Leutasch und ausflug zur Zugspitze

Gute Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal und großem Frühstücksbüffet. Leider war das Zimmer jedoch für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht gut gereinigt. Im Bad lagen mehrere fremde Haare, selbst im frischen Handtuch waren diese zu finden. Ebenfalls am Bett sowie im Bad waren Flecken. Dies darf nicht sein, schon gar nicht bei der Preisklasse. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel empfehlen.

Wir wurden überaus freundlich im Kaltschmidt empfangen, die Mitarbeiter scheinen wirklich Freude an ihrer Arbeit zu haben. Der Check-In läuft unkompliziert und man wird mit allen nötigen Informationen gefüttert. Das erste Zimmer, welches wir beziehen sollten, war noch nicht gereinigt. Nach Aufsuchen der Rezeption wurde uns direkt und problemlos ein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses war sauber und komfortabel! Direkt nebenan befinden sich zwei Supermärkte und auch ein großer Parkplatz, welcher gegen eine Kaution für die Parkkarte kostenlos genutzt werden kann.

It was ok. Clearly I missed it being a family hotel when booking. Whole hotel was overrun by unsupervised and wild children with no regard for other travellers. Spa area closed early at 8pm, exactly when I got home from a busy day sightseeing and after dinner - and would have loved a spa and swim. Laundry grately appreciated as not many European hotels have them. Although difficult to get change for machines - hotel not willing to provide change and the machines are absolutely filthy and mouldy inside.

Fint hotel midt i sentrum av Seefeld. Praktisk og kort avstand til togstasjon og rett ved spisesteder og uteplasser. Hyggelig hotel med et bra bassengområde som er inkludert i overnatting prisen. Rommet hadde utsikt mot sentrums gatene og virket å være renovert, spesielt badet var veldig fint

Alles super, sehr zentral, toller Spa-Bereich, leckeres Essen, schönes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Das einzig nicht so ideale war das WLAN, da ist man ständig rausgeflogen und das neu anmelden hat teilweise sehr lange gedauert. Also ideal zum Digital Detox 😉 Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

The rooms are very dated and you hear everyone walking in the corridors, talking in their rooms and everytime someone turns the water on you can hear that too! The rooms are not very soundproof. No conditioner/body lotion. I am very surprised this is a 4 star hotel to be honest, it feels like 3. The other KALTSCHMID HOTELS such as Alpenpark and Alpenlove have a lot better standard!

Beautiful hotel such lovely kind and friendly staff. When I arrived Marko on reception made me feel very welcome. I had a single room which was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast fantastic and very welcoming and friendly staff. Hope very much to return as so good.

Personalet som jobber under frokost serveringen var frekke og ufordragelige mot oss to morgener på rad. Da vi tok dette opp med personalet i resepsjonen så brydde de seg ikke. Værste service jeg har opplevd på et hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber, bequem und geräumig, der Poolbereich ist einfach toll. Parken (selbst das kurze Anhalten zum Ausladen) ist ein großes Problem. Die vorhandene Tiefgarage ist schnell voll und sehr eng für moderne Autos. Das Personal gibt dazu nur spärlich und teilweise falsch Auskunft und wird auf Nachfragen unhöflich. Lobend erwähnen möchte ich aber die Dame, die den Pool betreut. Sie hat mir sehr schnell und lieb aus einer misslichen Lage geholfen.

We had a fantastic stay here, service 1st class all round, food excellent (we were half board), free afternoon cakes were absolutely delicious, sauna suite brilliant. Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you.

Innsjekking tok svært lang tid, og selv om booking var gjort via appen, så måtte alle detaljer legges inn om alle gjestene på rommet. I annonsen står det bar i spa området, men disse var svært tamme og lite forfriskende. Stilig med bar i bassenget, men dårlig kvalitet. I resepsjonen telles det kontanter kontinuerlig fremfor øynene på alle gjestene. Parkeringen var svært trang, og gjestene måtte assistere hverandre for å komme seg inn og ut.

Beautiful hotel such lovely kind and friendly staff. When I arrived Marko on reception made me feel very welcome. I had a single room which was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast fantastic and very welcoming and friendly staff. Hope very much to return as so good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Das Kaltschmid. The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. The Seefeld area is scenic with lots going on. The breakfast at the hotel was the best we have had in our European trip thus far. The choices were plentiful and the food was very tasty. They even had an egg bar, where you could order eggs or omelettes to your preference. The place had a lot of character.

Das Einzelzimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon und war ausreichend groß und gepflegt gewesen. Das Buffet am Morgen war sehr lecker gewesen und vom Abendessen Menu Schwärme ich jetzt noch. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich angelegt und auch über Pool und Sauna Das Hotel liegt nur 300m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Also für Bahnreisende eine super Anbindung.

This Hotel has been revamp from the 7o's they have done a great job, the Loby and rooms all transformed as new. The staff were excellent. The Hotel is a bit disjointed but easy to find. close to railway station. The European restaurant was fantastic food. The bed was comfortable.

Loved our stay at this precious hotel right in the heart of the town. Not much parking on site but parking 5 mins away was readily available. Staff were super and the charm of the place combined with the great meals and location made this a 5 star visit for us!

Excellent staff and a very warm welcome. This hotel has a wonderful family vacation atmosphere and the attached restaurant is outstanding. The pool area is also a nice touch. To top it off the hotel is surrounded by shops and dining options in the pedestrian zone. You can’t go wrong booking here. Excellent value

It was a very good stay and I highly recomend it! On the evening we was a bit hungry and the man in the lobbybar orderd fries to us and went and got it for us! Very superservice minded guy! We want to come back to this place, we were there only one night but we fell in love with this hotel!!
