Friendly helpful staff . Room nit ready but we had arrived much earlier than check in time. Fantastic on site Tea room type place thats serves everthing . Very yummy . Great massage place just across the road . By the time we did all check in time . Room with pool access on 2nd floor great to just have a cool off or swim . Market close by and airport a short drive . Stayed there for the night prior to flight . Would stay again and next time longer to explore area . Hotel organised Taxi for 260 baht and as early flight provided breakfast box . Thoroughly recommend .

Fantastic value for money. I couldn't believe how incredible the rooms, location, and amenities were for how much I was paying. Super location near the airport and the Nai Yang beach.. if you like running, each morning there's a whole community of people taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Very family friendly area as well, and the night market right in the backyard was a huge bonus. Massage options right opposite the hotel (Dhara massage) were fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice chill vacation.. the only disadvantage might be that it's far from Phuket old town, and if that's important to you then probably best to pick a place closer to it.

Perfect getaway Very affordable pool access room and the food is excellent - just a few hundred meter to the beach - has a bike for you. Close to beautiful local temple and weekend flea market : very nice for a lazy relaxing holidays

A nice Hotel with wonderful rooms for good prices walking to the beautiful beach is only 5 minutes. They have free bikes. To the Airport only 5 Minutes by car. We love it.

I do not recommend this property if you are flying halfway around the road to see Phuket. There are beautiful resorts that are worth staying in. This one will take away from your valuable trip that you have planned for. The property is dirty, the staff were not representative of the kindness of Thailand that I was used to. The area around the property is filthy and smells like urine and filth, and the beach has trash all over it. I would recommend my research before settling in on this property. The pictures are not representative of what you will see when you arrive here. Read other reviews and other people have said the same thing that the pictures are very, very misleading.

I was not waw . The bathtub wasn't clean. They also requested to pay cash at the reception but they didn't say it on the website so I had to explain myself for over 20 minutes before they decided to accept my credit card. There is a nice pool and green passage. Breakfast was delicious especially the view from the pool while eating

Fint stort hotell ganska nära stranden. Fint poolområde med poolbar. Fin frukost. Vi hade ett rum som vette åt poolen och baksidan åt marknaden. På nätterna samlades områdets hundar på den tomma marknadsplatsen, och ylade och skällde 5 minuter varje timme hela natten. Jättestörande faktiskt.

Wir sind waren zum ersten Mal im Proud Phuket. Wir hatten ein angenehmes Wochenende dort verbracht. Das Deluxe Zimmer war in der obersten Etage und sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr geräumig. Einziger Negativpunkt war, dass unser Zimmer am 2. Tag nicht gemacht wurde. Einverstanden, wir waren etwas lange im Zimmer. Als wir das Hotel am frühen Nachmittag verliessen hatten wir uns extra an die Reception gewandt mit dem Hinweis, dass das Zimmer nun gemacht werden könne. Als wir am Abend zurückkehren, war das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Dies jedoch wie gesagt der einzige Negativpunkt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

The hotel refused to issue a receipt of the room charge even I paid to the hotel, as they said my booking was made via Expedia and they had to pay you commission. The receipt should be issued to the payer from the payee. Also they charged us mini bar consumption even I did not consumed anything. Very bad end of the stay. Will not come back.

Great location. I was upgraded to a pool access room which was amazing. The only negative was I wanted to book a taxi to a marina and the front desk quoted me an absorbent amount so I went across the street and booked a taxi for half the price.

I like it's very close to the airport. It's just to far from the city. The staff don't speak english to well. The man across the street taxi fares are cheaper then the hotel. Do not order the floating breakfast It's a waste of money.

Excellent place to stay, convenient for airport, 5-10 minutes drive. Also well located for Nai Yang beach which is beautiful, and numerous dining options around there. We.had pool access room, well worth the little extra if you like a swim.

I like it's very close to the airport. It's just to far from the city. The staff don't speak english to well. The man across the street taxi fares are cheaper then the hotel. Do not order the floating breakfast It's a waste of money.

This is a great hotel for the price value relationship. I had a pool access room and it was really nice. Bathroom was great breakfast was top notch. Staff was very friendly could not ask for more

We were surprised with this hotel. The reviews seemed like the hotel could be poor, however the room was spotless, mattress comfortable, hot water was consistently hot and air conditioning worked perfectly. There's a few eateries nearby as well. Our only minor complaint is the breakfast (450THB per person) was very expensive when considering the range of food provided. We had a look at the food and couldn't justify the cost. We ended up eating at the airport for 2/3 the price the hotel tried to charge. This place was a perfect overnight stay prior to an early flight. Would recommend. A Grab to the airport was 330 THB and took us 10 minutes.
