Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, despite us not speaking Korean. They let us check in early and kept our bags the day of checkout at no charge. It’s very walkable, close to a couple subway stops and lots of restaurants, shops and coffee. Hotel is on the site of a park, so although it’s in a more industrial area, the view is nice. Rooms were big and a washing machine is in the room.

２つの駅から徒歩圏内にあり、各都市へのアクセスが良い。東大門市場や明洞まで歩くと少し遠いため電車での移動がオススメ。１階にセブンイレブンがあるのも◎。シャワートイレユニットも空間が広く気にならない。部屋全体も日本の同等のホテルよりも断然広く、５泊６日して心地よく過ごせた。滞在中の掃除は断ったが毎日タオルの交換と１人あたり500mlのペットボトルの水を届けてくれ、ゴミもドアの前のカゴに置いておくと持って行ってくれる。掃除スタッフがとても親切。フロント不在時のチェックインの方法の事前情報が少なく不安になり何度も国際電話で問い合わせたが、ホテルに到着すると分かりやすく説明が書いてあり問題なく入室できた。また次回韓国に滞在する際は是非お世話になりたい。

The room was simply dirty. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty, thought they didn't change the sheets after customers checked out. Toilet was blocked and a lady came with suction stick and fixed. The shower was also blocked with hairs from previous customers. One thing that I liked this premise was that the convenience store is located on the ground floor. I will not recommend this premise at all. Just try others

初日チェックインしてから部屋のベッドに座ると、白い砂みたいなのがシーツの上にいっぱいこぼれていて、気持ち悪かったです。バスタオル、バスマットは無く不便でした。2泊の滞在でしたが2日目掃除に入ってくれてるはずがお風呂、トイレも髪の毛が落ちており掃除されていませんでした。夜にベットの下から小さい虫が出てきたのには気持ち悪かったです。立地は近くに市場もありそんなに不便さは感じなかったですがもう泊まることはないです。

504号室に宿泊しました。家族旅行にとても良い宿泊先でした。フロントスタッフの対応にもとても満足。客室に冷蔵庫、冷凍庫もとても大きいサイズ洗濯機がある、洗剤はフロントで購入客室の床清掃なし、ゴミとタオルとベッドシーツ交換のみ湯船なし、シャワーのみ明洞と近い、仁川国際空港に行くバス停も近いおすすめします!!

2024.11.19〜3泊しました。立地はどの駅からも10分弱ですが、荷物を持って移動を考えると不便ですが、どこかへ行くには、色々な路線が利用できるので便利でした。部屋は、毎日清掃を依頼しましたが、髪の毛が落ちているのは当たり前、交換したタオルの間には複数本の髪の毛も当たり前でした。値段を考えたら、タオルがあるだけまともですが、大きなバスタオルはありません。フロントスタッフはとても丁寧で、日本語のできるスタッフもいますが、できないスタッフの場合は、韓国語か英語が必要です。予約の際に、たまたま広い部屋しか残っていなかったので、1人で広い部屋を利用できたのは、とても快適でした。次回もまた利用したいですが、清掃面で改善してほしいですね。

地下鉄の駅と駅のあいだなので地下鉄だと少し不便ですがバスだと全然良い距離にありました。徒歩圏内で東大門、広蔵市場もいけるし、洗濯機や冷蔵庫もあるしとても快適でした。不満点をあげるならwi-fiがパスワードがなくて不安だったのとテレビの番組が多くてチャンネル表があれば良かったなと思いました。ゴミの分別も不便ですがそれでコストを下げてるのであればしょうがないかなと思います。トータルではとても満足いく滞在でした。

my brother and i were there for 5 days. super easy check in process, we couldn’t show up during their front desk hours so they were kind enough to have written instructions and took key upon our arrival. the room was nothing too fancy but it was cozy and good enough for 2 people. will have to say the towels they provide barely fit around an average thigh so pack an extra towel if needed! other than that, everything was pretty good! 5 min walk to bus stop and subway stations. approx 20 mins bus to myeongdong! would definitely stay here again when we come back!

部屋は広く、快適でした。ただ、フロントが08：30～22：30しか人がいないため、早朝や深夜のトラブル対応は心配です。ホテルの場所も大通り沿いではなく、脇道を入ったところにあり、一見見過ごすところでした。 1階にセブンイレブンがあるのは良かったです。一番苦労したのは、食事場所で、近くに食事をとれる場所が少なく、食堂探しに苦労しました。仁川空港行きのシャトルバス乗り場が徒歩５分の所にあり、始発だったため混雑せずに乗れましたが、途中何か所も寄ってトランクケースを積み込むため、朝04：30の始発に乗りましたが、第２ターミナルに着いたのは、18：00と90分かかりました。朝早い便を利用する方は、タクシーの方が安心です。

トリプルで予約したら4ベッドの部屋で広々使えました。駅もバス停も許容範囲で徒歩で行けます。バスルームの仕切りがありましたが、気をつけないとトイレ側に水が行きます。下にはコンビニがあって便利です。夜中ホテル周辺は真っ暗なのでひとりだと危ないかも。チェックイン前の荷物預けが8時半からだったので、早朝に到着し、時間潰すのが大変でした。

I had a spacious quiet room. The area was safe. Dining areas close enough to hotel. 7 eleven and coffee shop downstairs was very convenient. One very weird thing was they didn't have bath towels. I got issued 5 hand towels which got replaced each day for my 4 day visit. The bed was rock hard but I think that may be normal for the location. Neverthe less I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others.
