El Hotel no es un mal lugar, sin embargo hay muchas cosas por considerar. Una noche nos dejaron sin agua caliente, los cuartos tiene mucha humedad. Su internet es deficiente y en 4 días solo sirvió una hora. Las fotos no coinciden con las habitaciones. Funcional SI, pero tiene mucho por mejorar. El día de nuestra llegada, la recepción quedó abandonada, sin boiler encendido, sin gas, buscando quien nos ayudara, aunque amablemente un señor nos intentó ayudar, no había a quien acudir. No nos dieron controles de televisión (pero nunca funcionaron) la alberca sin mantenimiento, nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto. Lo peor es que las fotos no coincidan entre lo que ofrecen y lo que entregan.

En la fotografías se veía muy bonito el hotel. Pero a la hora de ver el cuarto, paredes despintadas, el espejo manchado, el ventilador sonaba mucho, arañas en el cuarto y palomillas; no tenía mosquiteros. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la fuente con ranas muertas, la alberca estaba cerrada, el desayuno continental solo de 9:00am a 10:00am y si uno quería desayunar huevo o algo más había que avisar con un día de anticipación. Le falta mucho mantenimiento ! pero también hay que admitir que las sabanas, cuarto y baños muy limpios.

Communication with the office staff was difficult, and accessing the family rooms required either climbing stairs or taking a slippery, rocky path. There was no reception support available to help with our luggage. The pool also didn’t appear to be in use. The property itself is charming and maintains its original character, but that means there’s no air conditioning and no modern amenities. TV never worked and due to the humidity and ceilings having holes, bugs were visible in the room. The room was surrounded by vegetation. Excellent room service when it came to cleaning. Wifi was not stabled, and we had no electricity for a day (keep in mind this is a small town), but wanted to mention it.

En toda mi estancia no tuvimos servico de internet, el.baño a la entrada sucio, la picina sucia con insectos, se hiba el agua contantemente, sin agua caliente, las mismas sabanas las 4 noches, la cocina estana sucia llena de telarañas, gym sucio, canchas sucias, no me gusto la estancia

El hotel es limpio, acogedor, tranquilo y seguro. En medio de la vegetación de la montaña justo a la entrada de Cuetzalan. Ropa de cama, instalaciones y áreas limpias, gracias por hacer mi estancia placentera después de 1 día de trabajo!

Las habitaciones que ofrecen en la página de Expedia se ven muy diferentes a la que nos ofrecieron. Están en mal estado, huelen demasiado a humedad. Los sanitarios deteriorados, las paredes sucias y manchadas por la humedad, las camas muy duras y las toallas mal lavadas. No llega el Internet a las habitaciones, no hay señal de televisión. Los espejos ya se ven muy viejos, y lo peor de todo es que no tuvimos agua caliente hasta que la fuimos a exigir. Espero que realmente mejoren porque no somos los únicos que no regresaremos a ese hotel.

I appreciated my stay at Oyo hotel with very nice staff and clean room. The little green space behind is refreshing. Breakfast limited but they can support your request. Just at 10-15mn by walking to center of village. Little inconvenience could be some noise from the road if loudly. Overall good for price paid

Hice reserva pagada con Expedia por una habitacion doble estandar, y al llegar al hotel me dieron uma habitación sencilla con cama matrimonial, y les dije, y les mostré von el celular lo que habia pagado y reservado, que era una habitación doble estandar, y me dijeron que ya no tenian habitaciones dobles, que esa habitación sencilla era lo unico que tenían, que si la queriamos agarrar bueno, y si no, que podiamos buscar otro hotel. Y tuvimos que irnos a buscar otro hotel que nos salió mas caro y que era mucho mejor. Es la primera vez que me pasa eso con Expedia, y voy a enviarles mi queja a ellos de manera independiente.
Hice reserva pagada con Expedia por una habitacion doble estandar, y al llegar al hotel me dieron uma habitación sencilla con cama matrimonial, y les dije, y les mostré von el celular lo que habia pagado y reservado, que era una habitación doble estandar, y me dijeron que ya no tenian habitaciones dobles, que esa habitación sencilla era lo unico que tenían, que si la queriamos agarrar bueno, y si no, que podiamos buscar otro hotel. Y tuvimos que irnos a buscar otro hotel que nos salió mas caro y que era mucho mejor. Es la primera vez que me pasa eso con Expedia, y voy a enviarles mi queja a ellos de manera independiente.

Para empezar cuando llegue, no habia nadie atendiendo tuvimos que esperar como 10 mins, no habia toallas, no tenian agua para tomar incluso fui a recepcion y tampoco tenian agua, tuve que caminar a una tienda para conseguir, no lo recomiendo

Communication with the office staff was difficult, and accessing the family rooms required either climbing stairs or taking a slippery, rocky path. There was no reception support available to help with our luggage. The pool also didn’t appear to be in use. The property itself is charming and maintains its original character, but that means there’s no air conditioning and no modern amenities. TV never worked and due to the humidity and ceilings having holes, bugs were visible in the room. The room was surrounded by vegetation. Excellent room service when it came to cleaning. Wifi was not stabled, and we had no electricity for a day (keep in mind this is a small town), but wanted to mention it.

Muy mala la atención, en ocaciones no había gente en la recepción, no habia agua en la habitación tuvimos que pedir que la suministraran, en la regadera del baño las paredes no estaban del todo limpias, ofrecen un desayuno que no es desayuno solo pan de caja y cafe y no hay otra cosa, pudiendo la propiedad en si esta bonita, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, por el precio que manejan espera un mejor servicio.

La habitación que me destinaron no tienen nada que ver con las fotos con las cuales se promocionan. El hotel no quedaba cerca del centro de la ciudad que visité, tal como lo describían en la página. Ese mismo día que llegué al hotel tuve que buscar otro en mejores condiciones para instalarme. Que mal que engañen a la gente de esa forma.

I appreciated my stay at Oyo hotel with very nice staff and clean room. The little green space behind is refreshing. Breakfast limited but they can support your request. Llegue una hora después del check in y me dijeron qué mis habitaciones no estaban listas, ademas de que no tenian internet. El desayuno "continental" es publicidad engañosa en la recepcion tienen un letrero de que solo es jugo, cafe y pan. Decidi no quedarme ya que para mi era indispensable contar con internet y asi me hicieron el cargo de las 3 habitaciones por que le puesieron "no show" siendo que yo si llegue pero ellosnmo podiam brindarme los servicios que ofrecen

Hola! Falta de personal capacitado para proporcionar información turística y servicio en el hotel. La habitación en general en buen estado con los inconvenientes de que en el baño se inundaba cuando se bañaba uno y tenía goteras en el lavabo y w.c. y olores a humedad. No se cumplió con lo promocionado que era los desayunos continentales incluidos. Falta de conectividad de wi fi. Falta de personal en la recepción ya que se mantenía cerrada la misma. Pero en general el hotel está bonito, tiene áreas verdes cómodas y se puede tener un buen momento de esparcimiento! Saludos!!

En la fotografías se veía muy bonito el hotel. Pero a la hora de ver el cuarto, paredes despintadas, el espejo manchado, el ventilador sonaba mucho, arañas en el cuarto y palomillas; no tenía mosquiteros. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la fuente con ranas muertas, la alberca estaba cerrada, el desayuno continental solo de 9:00am a 10:00am y si uno quería desayunar huevo o algo más había que avisar con un día de anticipación. Le falta mucho mantenimiento ! pero también hay que admitir que las sabanas, cuarto y baños muy limpios.

Personal en Recepcion de 9 a 17:30 hrs solamente, no hay clima y el ventilador de techo no servia bien, un día no hubo agua caliente, el internet funcionó solo un día y mal. Falta mantenimiento en varias áreas .No hay tel en la habitación para comunicarse a recepción . No hay Restaurant. Solo una señora prepara chilaquiles con huevo y frijoles no hay para escoger otro alimento y cómo lo prepara en otro edificio lo lleva medio frío.
