It’s hard to describe how wonderful this hotel is. Although not inexpensive, not ridiculous either ….. and the nicest hotel experience we’ve ever had. The room (deluxe double room) was magical with a shower that was worth the whole price of the room….. best location in the entire city, rooftop lounge area with a view like a postcard. Staff was perfection (Alberto & Walid)….. nothing but perfection 😃

Excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful and the entire staff was so helpful. The rooftop was a beautiful place for drinks. The front desk was wonderful in suggesting places to go, tours, and restaurants. The hotel was in a fabulous location. We were so pleased that we stayed here!

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but sort-of royal. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. Whole-heartedly recommend.

One of the finest properties we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. The staff, the hotel, lounge and restaurant are all top notch - the view of the Cathedral square is spectacular from the roof top patio. Truly an absolutely delightful hotel- we will be back!

A truly 5-star experience located right in the heart of historic Valencia. It started even before we arrived with a call asking about our arrival plans and offering to arrange for our transfer. The hotel features a great bar, scenic views from the rooftop that the bar serves as well, and delicious à la carte breakfast. You will find lots of tasteful decor details and the staff is there to cater for your every need.

Beautiful Hotel in an excellence location. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Kudos to Ivan. WE had breakfast in the restaurant and it was really good. the views at the Terrace were magnificent .

The room was very clean, the staff were very courteous and friendly. The amenities were more than adequate. The hotel building is very attractive and well located in the centre of Valencia near to many of the tourist highlights. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, good choice of food and excellent staff. All in all a memorable experience.

I've been fortunate to travel quite a bit and have stayed in some lovely hotels but MYR Palacio Vallier was easily one of my favorites. Every detail was exquisitely appointed with elegance and class. The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. And the graciousness of my hostess, Valerie, was top-notch. Valencia is a lovely city but I would return to stay at MYR Palacio Vallier alone.

The room was spotless, as was the bathroom. The hotel's staff was friendly and welcoming. And the hotel's location was ideal. The hotel's design and decor were superb. I can't wait to come back and stay again. This was a wonderful 30th anniversary trip to Spain.

AC requires an upgrade, lighting in room could be more adaptive. We were upgraded to a junior suite, very elegant room however the bathroom was very small. Breakfast is frighteningly expensive and not worth the money ! Staff very courteous and helpful

We stayed for 2 nights, our room was on the first floor and this turned out into a situation in which we could hear what was happening at the reception at all times, even waking us up at 7am when we wanted to have a late sleep. We brought up this issue (since we hoped for good rest) right after check in, again the next day and at check out, but more or less it was ignored. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel if your room is on the first floor, especially if silence is something you value. Otherwise everything else was good.

We had a lovely stay. Perfect location in the old town. Professional friendly staff and we were welcomed with cava and a personalised note for my husband's birthday. Our room was on the first floor and narrow (106). Because it was on the side of the building and very close to another, it was very dark. But the rooms are stylish, beautifully decorated and immaculate. We would recommend but upgrade to a larger room if possible

Lovely tasteful redevelopment of an old Palace mansion in the centre of town. The major letdown was uneven service from the front desk - at times robust and abrupt responses to innocent requests such as additional water or a late checkout ("No, no, no!") rather than a more professional and polite way of handling requests. More of a 3* than a 5* hotel from a service standpoint. Breakfast was good with friendly service, apart from the manager who seemed to share the abrupt style of the front desk.

The check-in was smooth, and our suite was clean, gorgeous, and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could need. The staff were incredibly pleasant, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay, even going above and beyond to secure reservations for us when we couldn’t manage to on our own. We were celebrating a birthday, and without any prompt, they surprised us with a cake delivered right to our room (a truly thoughtful gesture). When it came time to leave early, they even arranged to have our car brought around before regular hours. Every detail of our stay was handled with care, making the entire experience exceptional.

We had the pleasure of staying at MYR Palacio Vallier during our trip to Valencia, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is a gem. It is elegantly restored, beautifully designed, and full of historic charm. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the bedding to the artful decor and cleanliness. We reserved the junior suite and the room was both spacious and serene. It was the perfect retreat after exploring the city. The location couldn't be better. It's situated right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by stunning architecture, restaurants, and just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Yet somehow, it still felt quiet and peaceful inside, like a true sanctuary. The only slight disappointment was when the front desk made a dinner reservation for us, unfortunately, the confirmation details weren’t fully relayed to the restaurant. As a result, our reservation was listed as incomplete, and we weren’t able to sit at an outdoor table as we’d requested. Thankfully, the restaurant found a way to accommodate us indoors, which we appreciated since they were fully booked. Even with that hiccup, our experience at Palacio Vallier was outstanding. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something memorable and first-class.

Das Hotel war für mich einfach die schönste Möglichkeit Valencia kennen zu lernen! Ein gediedenes, traumhaft schönes Gebäude direkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Es hat wirklich 5 Sterne verdient, auch wegen der außergewöhnich freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück und besonders das Abendessen im Restaurant "La Perfumeria" war grandios.
