Great hotel in convenient and quiet location. Walk into town in two minutes. Lovely rooms which were comfortable and big. Separate toilet to bathroom. Lovely and kind staff. Great value for money.

We chose this hotel because we know Mercures variety for breakfast. We thought that being Christmas, it would be awesome! Couldn't be more wrong!! Very little choices for breakfast, product quality very poor Room without amenities: no water, shower cap nor cream or conditioner. Overall, no relation price-value

The staffs were rude and unhelpful, we paid rooms with breakfast but the staffs said our rooms did not have breakfast included. We showed them our reservation form which clearly states that we have free breakfast included but they didn’t bother at all. Even the agent from hotels.com can’t get them to do anything and have to refund us for the breakfast fee after our stay.
