Dunes d'Or Ocean Club

The staff were extremely friendly and service was good but varied on different days. Food was fine but if you were in the later half of the service, you'd end up with cold roast vegetables and dishes that u would otherwise enjoy hot. There was no air-conditioning in our room. Last night it was too hot and without the aircon, it was a very restless sleep. The only thing that was top notch was the staff, very friendly and welcoming.

The pool , the night time fun atmosphere ( Dj , karaoke..) were fun .. but make sure when the hotel reception is too crawded to get the room that you paid for .. the staff were under pressure i guess .. after the the day wait we got a room that is different than what we expected and paid for .. i had to stay in until next day i walked to the reception who seem very annoyed by me asking for a better room than the one i got , i had reasons that we were in the bottom floor and we got attecked by ants and also the shower floor wasn't even and the water got to the room .. any way , i had to show the ants picture to the staff to take me seriously, especially we have a 5 months baby .. I'm not saying that the staff were rude, they are just not organized, which ruined my first day stay .. not coming back.

It's was nice hotel to stay with family only one problem food is not as good should have options for other people as well

The hotel is great walking distance from the beach. Staff is nice and accommodating

Cet hôtel est idéalement placé sur la baie d Agadir, la piscine est grande et agréable. Par contre l hôtel n est pas entretenu, les chambres sont sales humides et moisies, le service moyen, il n y a pas de baby sitting ou garderie, pas de snack à l hôtel. Leur buffet est pas génial, le personnel pas formé. Les matelas sont sales et taches. L aire de jeux pr enfants est sale et rouillée, la sale de sport c est pareil, le wifi est saturé tout le temps. Vraiment je ne recommande pas cet établissement sauf si vous avez un super prix défiant tte concurrence. Il nécessite des travaux et de l entretien.
