Very convenient location, easy parking, loved the back of the hotel—very woodsy, loved all the fire pits and seating outside. We also loved the lobby.

This was hands-down one of our all-time favorite hotel stays. The amenities are wonderful - the pool stocked with noodles and floaties, the soaking tubs along the peaceful stream out back, the community room stocked with games, breakfast each morning, cookies at night, coffee bar, etc. The rooms are among the very cleanest of any hotel we’ve stayed at, and the property so well cared far. Rob and Maliah at the front desk are a dream team, so warm and friendly! They truly made our stay the best - we were sad to leave and felt like we were saying goodbye to family. We would come back to Branson JUST to stay at this property! It was truly the highlight of our trip!

The motel is refurbished in a retro vibe. Lobby and exterior are decorated cool with amenities such as soaker tubs and fire pits. Staff is responsive and friendly. The pool is cute but small and easily over run by kids. Same with the hot tubs. Dog friendly which is a plus for us. Located close to attractions but far away to be quiet. The room is close quarters but had the necessities. Overall a good value.

Nice place, but the front desk girl was not very nice. They need to advertise not handicap accessibly unless I paid extra money for a 1st floor room. Also, no elevator so if it’s on 2nd or 3rd floor plan on carrying your luggage up the stairs!

Loved the soaking tubs, heated pool with poolside bar and fire pits. Having some music in the lobby on Saturday night was added bonus!

Back side of motel was very cool with over head light strings, private hot tubes, and fire pits along stream. One of the most unique hotels weve stayed at.

Got a local beer on draft while checking in and a seasonal latte while checking out! Hotel is super cute and the pool, hot tub, and fire pits are so inviting! I have no desire to stay anywhere else when going to Branson.

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby didn’t feel like a hotel lobby, but rather an inviting space to spend time with family over a cup of hot cocoa/coffee. The surrounding amenities were nice too with the heated pool, hot tubs, and abundance of fire pit areas. The only things we didn’t like were the quality of the mattresses and that you could hear everything going on outside of our room as if it was in our room.

Our room had flooded the day before we stayed in it and so it was still damp. When I asked if we could be moved they were full. They didn’t tell us it had flooded until the next night when we were woken up by maintenance to check the unit and he said, “it flooded inside the room yesterday so I just need to check it real quick”. Everything in the room felt wet which I thought was gross but maybe other people wouldn’t mind. We had a one queen bed room and I would not recommend these, they are tiny (like NYC on a budget sized and cost about the same amount so I was expecting something a lot nicer in Branson for that cost!). Our room was also really dark. It is an old hotel that got painted and that really sums it up. The prices on the pool cabana and fire pits are super high for what you get. The pictures make it look a lot more spacious. We joked that it was like the photographer for SHEIN took the pictures and made it all look a lot better quality than what you actually get, ha. Oh, and we got the “free daily housekeeping” add on and it made us laugh out loud. They did bring fresh towels and pulled the blanket up on the bed but they didn’t make the bed or clean anything.

Our room was SO SO damp.... The floor was damp, the sheets and blankets were damp and the room reeked of mildew. All our clothes and things for damp and smelled like mildew. The odor progressively got worse over the 3 days we were there and by the day we left I could hardly stand to walk into the room.

The room was very clean and my kids loved the bunk beds above the queen beds.

We had to retrieve something from be hide the tv cabinet. There is a large space from wall. There was an assortment of trash and items other than ours there as well. I also killed two spiders in the room. The room with the bunk beds is pretty small and dark.

It was just okay. There were two dead spiders in the room that seemed to have been there for awhile and the bath wasn’t cleaned. We did elect for the housekeeping services but only the trash was changed each day. The lady at the front was pleasant and friendly when we interacted.

The property was spotless and so much to do. The room was clean, the staff was amazing!! The property had so many fun family things to do outside as well as inside and off the beaten path which is VERY nice. I love that the property is very family friendly. The continental breakfast is very good and a lot of choices. We highly recommend this property!!!

I NEVER provide reviews however I feel like this may be helpful to some. This place is filthy. Air conditioners in the room are full of dust. The room is full of dust and the carpet on the floor is black and stained and has never been cleaned. Floor is filthy and others hair everywhere. The “breakfast” …a joke. No place to even sit so we just left to have breakfast elsewhere. I can keep going but I think you get the idea… stay away.

My room was extremely clean and well-appointed. Last night after getting back from a meeting, I sat at the bar and worked while enjoying local beers on draft — all were great selections. This morning I enjoyed sitting by the creek while attending to emails. Notably, of all the complimentary hotel coffee I’ve EVER had, the Ozarker is presently in the pole position. It was delicious coffee. Also, high praise to whoever selected all the light fixtures throughout the facility. Just really well done. If I come back to Branson, whether for work or fun, this will be the spot.

We had stayed here in December 2023 and had a great experience so we booked again for Spring Break 2024.This time we found a stain on a comforter and hair on the sheets, bathroom counter, sink & toilet.We couldn't switch rooms as they were fully booked so we bought Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom ourselves.Front desk brought clean sheets & comforter upon request.One of the fire pits by the pool was not functioning.Breakfast is more grab-and-go than continental.This place has the potential to be very neat but they need to address some details.

And we also rode the Alpine Coaster just down the street, which was fun. Very inviting and attractive lobby with its own bar serving coffee and drinks. Nice pool and hot tubs overlooking a creek running through the back of the property. We stayed here because it was dog friendly, and out mutt enjoyed taking dips in the Creek to cool off. Only complaint was the size of the rooms. They are pretty small and could be a little bit cleaner. But would definitely come back.

Awesome place, but it is a motel. You hear all footsteps, it’s hard to get the room completely dark, and the mattresses are terrible. Otherwise the property and amenities anre awesome.

The room I was in was very nicely decorated but very small, barely fitting a queen-sized bed. I stayed as a single person but I think a couple would have trouble. There are a lot of outside spaces though to spend time in. The facility has 3 floors and no elevator. You can pay extra to get a first-floor room.

On a good note it was clean and the staff was great. However, the rooms were really small compared to normal chain hotels and there was no drawers or closet to put your things in and no chair, desk or table to sit at. The curtain didnt go all the way down, the bath tub was beside the bed and the firepits were all jammed together in a group setting.

Trendy but small rooms.

The room was very small, dimly lit and one lamp didn’t work. It was noisy outside our room and from the room above ours. Very few power outlets for charging phones, etc., Had prearranged bottle of champagne but when checking in clerk was unaware. Received text early this morning waking us up asking what time we were checking out. Would not recommend and will not return- don’t know how families with kids make ut in such tiny rooms. Poor value for the costs.

Pros: The aesthetic of the motel is beautiful. It nails the modern retro vibe. The coffee was delicious and the lobby was so cozy. Cons: The rooms are super small. So much so that my husband and I couldn’t walk past each other in the room. There’s little space in front of the bed and the bed fills the room. It was also extremely loud outside and the exterior wall seemed paper thin. There were kids running up and down the walkway outside until 11 pm and our bed actually shook while they ran in front of our room. Overall: This is probably the cutest property in Branson but I think the logistics outweighed the aesthetic.

The Ozarker Lounge had a nice, cozy atmosphere. Our room was a bit small and kinda musty. It was noisy, but it died down by midnight. Staff was very friendly.

I paid for the stay in full at booking and then they charged it again after checkout and never even gave me a folio when I checked out in person to see that they were doing that. The front desk is also their bar and coffee shop so it’s very disorganized and only one person works it. At check in, their computer system still showed our room being dirty so she moved us to another room. The day I went to check out, the woman just took my keys and didn’t give me a receipt or anything. They are too busy using one computer to run the front desk, coffee shop/bar. The room had a terrible smell like mildew or something. The bathroom needs cleaned better. The grout in the shower is getting moldy looking when this place is very recently remodeled. The bathroom lighting is too dim for doing makeup. There is not a full length mirror in the room. There are no drawers to unpack clothes from your suitcase if you like to do that for a longer stay. The breakfast is just muffins and pastries so gluten free/celiacs beware.

The front desk staff was very rude. I will not stay at this place again. Customer service was the worst I’ve experienced in quite a long time.

I have to say my family and I took a trip from Texas to Branson. An we decided to power through the day before check in. We arrived 6hrs before check in. An guess what they checked us in at 7am. Kindest staff I ever Had.

Upon check in the staff was to busy making drinking and etc at the bar to help with check in and any questions we had. We checked out the next morning and the lady was to busy again that morning doing the same things to listen to my concerns about our room and all the noise and cold air coming in under the door cause you could see outside under the door cause the gap was huge the air was blowing underneath.

Got in way earlier than expected and they accommodated us fairly quickly, which was great!

I absolutely loved my stay at The Ozarker Lodge. The staff was friendly, it was clean and beautiful, and the atmosphere was amazing!

To start off, the property and the grounds are very nice. The back of the hotel near the creek and pool areas are very nice and well done. The rooms are a bit small for a family of 4 but it was not terrible. The outlet situation is a bit difficult since there aren't many options around the bed for phones and other devices. This is a place I would have brought my family back to any time we would have visited. The part that changed my mind...We had already paid for our trip before we visited. When we arrived, I provided my card for incidentals and any other charges to the room on Tuesday evening. Wednesday evening we noticed there were two charges totaling 565 dollars had been charged by the hotel. We called Thursday morning and the person working said that it was done in error and the charge would drop off at 3am the next day. Friday morning came around and the charges were still there. I talked to the staff at the desk and I was told they couldn't do anything about it and I would need to speak to a manager. Friday afternoon we spoke with the manager and we were told that the authorization of the charges had been removed. Sunday morning on 3/24/2024 after we have returned home, the charges are still there. We had to contact our bank to start an investigation with them to see if we could get the charges removed that way. The facility offered no apology, no real reason why two different charges had been made, and they offered no solution to our problem. Will not be back.

They have a simple breakfast- cereals, muffins, bagels, etc which is perfect for days you don’t want to rush out to grab breakfast. The soaking tubs and heated pool are awesome features. We enjoyed cocktails and a charcuterie board one night as well. The one thing we noticed that could streamline things a little, is that most of the time there was only one employee at the front desk managing the bar, coffee, and everything guest related- so there was a wait quite a few times. Overall- we can’t wait to come back again and bring family and friends.

Got to the hotel around 10p with my wife and 2yr old, only to find out that they didn't have our reservation or a room for us. The front desk clerk kinda strung us along for well over an hour trying to figure something out, only to find that nothing could be done. At this point it's after midnight and there's not a room available anywhere in branson, so we had to drive 45min back to Springfield so we could sleep in a not-so-great hotel (not awesome putting a 2yr old to bed at 2am). This changed our whole trip plan because we'd planned on taking the little guy to the pool for the morning and then meeting family at SDC in the afternoon. Instead we had to drive back to branson and find another hotel and thank God for Marriott and Willow Ridge. Branson needs more corporate hotels...the family-owned properties don't give a damn about you as a customer...

The staff were very friendly. Especially Marshall, Terry and Laney!

Loved the atmosphere that was created at this hotel. Staying there is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Branson. Would love to return in the fall.

What a cool place to stay! Every detail is thought of and on brand. We enjoyed the pastries in the free breakfast from 6-10. We also loved the grounds like playing in the creek, listening to the music by the fire pits (staff will make and extinguish them for you), letting the kids play on the natural playground and tunnel, and the lobby with tons of board games and other goodies. The location is easy enough to get to anywhere in 8-15 minutes. The rooms all have a mini fridge and you can use the microwave in the lobby breakfast area as needed. We never heard another guest once we were in our rooms. 10:10 will be back! PS the mountain coaster nearby next door was also fantastic.

Property is in a good location to all attractions in Branson.

Nicely located close to town activities, but far enough for quiet

The Ozarker Lodge was perfectly located away from the chaos, but close enough for comfort. The rooms were clean, a little small for a family of 5 with teens, but everyone slept comfortably! We could have used a couple more outlets for everyone’s gadgets. The pool was well loved with the deep end at 7ft. The music and movie nights were great poolside adds! It left you wanting more by the end of your stay! There’s nothing better than finishing out a busy day of exploration to sit poolside with a drink in the warm glow of the lights.

Quiet get away with close access to the strip so that it is easy to get to activities.

The Ozarker Lodge is a truly charming getaway that combines cozy comfort with thoughtful touches. We were especially impressed by the amazing breakfast each morning fresh, delicious, and perfect to start the day. The coffee selection in the lobby was also a standout, offering a variety of quality brews that coffee lovers will appreciate. In the evening, we enjoyed relaxing with a cocktail and sampling local beers, which added a fun and relaxing vibe to our stay. One of the highlights was the hot tub beside the creek it was serene, scenic, and incredibly relaxing. This place strikes a great balance between being family-friendly and romantic. We visited for our anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary champagne. The Ozarker Lodge is warm, welcoming, and memorable we can’t wait to come back.

Staff was very friendly, rooms and grounds very clean. Price was ok but not great for what you get. Same price point gets free breakfast most other places in the area. Very limited options at the snack bar area. They do give a $5 credit per person per night for snack bar. Coffee, latte's and tea are available for around that price & a scone of some type and a cinnamon roll for $6.

Breakfast sucks

Terrible breakfast rooms were over prices we rented a suite that wasn’t a suite.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lots of attention to detail in decor. However the breakfast situation was very disappointing. It was advertised as a free breakfast. But actually was a daily 5$ credit per person that could be applied to their little limited menu. The dry microwave breakfast burrito was awful and we didn't eat there again. One of our priorities was an included breakfast and we felt the "free breakfast" was misleading.

Property is very noisy when it comes to being right along a main road. When they stated they provide breakfast- it was more of a cold breakfast selection. Cereal, muffins, bread/bagles, fruit or yogurt. There was some over-night oats, but didn’t taste good.

we really enjoyed Ann's warm welcome - it was late and we enjoyed sitting at the Bar hearing all about the lodge and lcoal area. We also was very pleased with Ali prior to our arrival as well as morning breakfast and check out. Great property - comfortable beds! Your property lists FREE BREAKFAST on EXPEDIA - that was not the case, except $5 credit for a coffee. That was disapointing.

The room was small without a closet, but very clean and comfortable for the price. The creek view was nice with the fire pits and the pool area was nice and clean. No frills. The staff were very nice and the breakfast offered the basics and was well stocked.

DARLING hotel!!!! Great location. Clean. Lobby is such a unique and eclectic design. Complimentary continental breakfast appreciated. Fabulous coffee. Staff was so nice. Room was clean. Pool and soaking tubs were wonderful. Pretty creek running by them along with fire pits as well. Towels could be thicker and a bit more lighting in the rooms. More outlets would be nice but not the end of the world. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
