Es ist etwas irreführend, wen man bei der buchung mit Parkplatz und Frühstück bucht und alles vorauszahlt, dann bei der Ankunft nochmals knapp 50 Euro zahlen muss für Parkplatz und Frühstück.

Quick over-night stay. Air conditioner wasn't working very well. Room was small but functional. Clean and well maintained. Breaskfast was typical of the area. Very good with lots of options. Booked the stay in March and parking was advertized as free. They have since changed and we had the pay to park.

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Sehr saubere und grosse Zimmer mit viel Licht dank grosser Fenster (die sich öffnen lassen). Betten sehr bequem! Im Vorfeld hatten wir wegen späteren Check-in angefragt und (eigentlich) geklärt; später wurden wir dann nochmals angerufen. Auch auf der Webseite teilweise widersprüchliche Angaben.. da könnte man mal einfach schreiben, das durch Check-in Automat ein 24h Check-in möglich ist.. Parkplatz kostet 8 Euro extra - man kann aber an der Strasse parken.

The room was neat and clean and modern. The front desk officer was very helpful and gave us tips about what one could do in Villach. Also he was kind enough to offer to me and my wife coffee. There was enough parking spots of the hotel. The property was well maintained and very close from the centre of the town. Love to come back again and stay at the hotel. Thanks Parvinder and sumeet

Freundliches Personal, recht gutes Frühstück. Die Altstadt ist Fussläufig zu erreichen. Was mir allerdings Sodbrennen bereitet, plötzlich 8€ Parkgebühr. Wenn das bei allen B&B Hotels eingeführt wird, es gibt genug alternativen liebe Betreiber. Im Land des Mutterkonzerns Frankreich kostenlos, in Österreich 8€. Ohne mich in Zukunft.

The staff here are incredible! Warm and friendly and eager to offer assistance. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The shower was the best of anyplace we stayed during our 3 week trip in Europe. Parking is free which is always a bonus and location is across the street from a grocery store and convenient to highway access and to walking into town. Wonderful stay!

Prima Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp Richtung Kroatien. Leider ist der hoteleigene Parkplatz seit diesem Jahr nicht mehr kostenfrei aber mit 8 €/Nacht immer noch günstig.

This basic hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side so best for short stays. Safe off-street parking and a very good buffet breakfast in the European style. Easy on-off from the highway makes it a good stopover. Nearby Cafe Instant is a good choice for a meal and a 4 minute walk away. Lidl market directly across from hotel also.

Zimmer war dreckig, in den Ecken Staub und im Bad Haare! Weiterhin waren Hunde in unserem Stockwerk und die haben in der Nacht immer wieder laut gebellt. Habe nichts gegen Hunde, aber dass geht nicht. Im großen und Ganzen für eine Durchreise Okay, wie in unserem Fall.

Das Hotel entsprach den Erwartungen. Es ist gut fußläufig vom Bahnhof aus erreichbar. Supermärkte und eine Tankstelle sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, so dass jederzeit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben sind. Zimmer und Bad waren gut und sauber und das Bett bequem. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen. Abzüge gibt´s für den geflickten Fön und die tägliche Reinigung schien mir eher spartanisch zu erfolgen. Bett wurde gemacht, aber das Bad sah abends immernoch so aus, wie morgens nach dem Duschen. Gestört hat mich das keinesfalls, aber ich kenne es anders.

Zum Glück hat der Self Check In nicht funktioniert, so dass noch Personal da war. Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, die Dame von der Rezeption ist dann noch schnell eingesprungen und hat das Zimmer gereinigt. Gerade wenn ab bestimmten Zeiten ein Selfservice Check in angestrebt ist, sollte sicher gestellt sein, dass die Zimmer gereinigt sind, benutzte Betten und Handtücher im Bad sind kein erfreulicher Anblick.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Hotel ist leicht erreichbar mit dem Auto auch zur Fuss ca. 800 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber Anblick aus dem Fenster sehr schön.

Für eine Unterkunft dieser Kategorie sehr sauber und neuwertig. CheckIn mit dem Automaten unproblematisch. Das Personal hat auf Nachfrage direkt zurückgerufen und die bestehenden Fragen geklärt. Leider gibt es auf dem Hotelparkplatz keine Ladestation für E-Autos. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist wenig attraktiv. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ordentlich und sauber, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zugänglich. Meine kleinen Beschwerden sind die durchgelegene Matratze auf dem großen Bett und eine kleine Empfehlung, wie in einigen anderen Hotels, ein Begrüßungsgetränk im Zimmer (Wasser) und ein kleiner tragbarer Wasserkocher mit der Möglichkeit, Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten. Dann wäre die Bewertung von unserer Seite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Aus den oben genannten Gründen vergeben wir ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, mit ein wenig Raum für Verbesserungen und Änderungen, die ich oben erwähnt habe. Είναι σχετικά καινούργιο και πολύ καθαρό. Προσφέρει άνετο δωρεάν parking. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο σε ότι χρειαστείς. Βρίσκεται μόνο 10΄ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Villach. Τα δωμάτια είναι φρέσκα με ωραία χρώματα για να ξεκουραστείς. Το γνωρίζεις από πριν ότι είναι σχετικά μικρά όπως σε όλα τα ξενοδοχεία της αλυσίδας B&B. Επίσης στο δωμάτιο δεν υπάρχει ψυγείο. Για λίγες διανυκτερεύσεις είναι ότι χρειάζεσαι για έναν βασικό ύπνο . Μέχρι εκεί, όλα καλά και τακτοποιημένα. Το πρωινό (8,50 euro + φόρους = 10,50 euro/άτομο) δυστυχώς απογοητευτικό... όπως σε όλη την B&B Hotels...

Hotel excelente, a experiência foi ótima do início ao final. Tudo foi muito agradável. O quarto é padrão B&B, pequeno mais funcional, tem tudo. Ótimas camas e bem silencioso, o que garante ótimas noites de sono. Os funcionários são muito gentis e educados, em especial, a Cristina da recepção, sempre com um sorriso no rosto e muito prestativa. Foi uma ótima opção em Villach.

Hotel excelente, a experiência foi ótima do início ao final. Tudo foi muito agradável. O quarto é padrão B&B, pequeno mais funcional, tem tudo. Ótimas camas e bem silencioso, o que garante ótimas noites de sono. Os funcionários são muito gentis e educados, em especial, a Cristina da recepção, sempre com um sorriso no rosto e muito prestativa. Foi uma ótima opção em Villach.

The room was neat and clean and modern. The front desk officer was very helpful and gave us tips about what one could do in Villach. Also he was kind enough to offer to me and my wife coffee. There was enough parking spots of the hotel. The property was well maintained and very close from the centre of the town. Love to come back again and stay at the hotel. Thanks Parvinder and sumeet

The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person.

The staff here are incredible! Warm and friendly and eager to offer assistance. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The shower was the best of anyplace we stayed during our 3 week trip in Europe. Parking is free which is always a bonus and location is across the street from a grocery store and convenient to highway access and to walking into town. Wonderful stay!

Rezeption war beim Empfang sehr genervt und zum Teil unfreundlich. Lag wahrscheinlich an dem hohen Aufkommen da die European Bike week stattfand. Somit waren auch sehr viele Biker im Haus. Lage ist gut, man ist schnell auf der Autobahn und im Zentrum, Tankstellen ums Eck, Lidl und Billa in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, Betten nicht gemacht :-(

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Hotel ist leicht erreichbar mit dem Auto auch zur Fuss ca. 800 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber Anblick aus dem Fenster sehr schön.

This basic hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side so best for short stays. Safe off-street parking and a very good buffet breakfast in the European style. Easy on-off from the highway makes it a good stopover. Nearby Cafe Instant is a good choice for a meal and a 4 minute walk away. Lidl market directly across from hotel also.

Freundlicher Empfang, Parkplätze vor der Tür und eine gute Lage. Vom Hotel aus ist man in ca. 10 min in der Stadt bzw. am Bahnhof. Fairer Preis für ein gutes Frühstück. Einziger Minuspunkt, ist die Grösse des Frühstückraumes. Wenn wir bei mir 2 Busse vor der Tür stehen, dann herrscht Chaos, weil viel zu wenig Platz da ist.

Quick over-night stay. Air conditioner wasn't working very well. Room was small but functional. Clean and well maintained. Breaskfast was typical of the area. Very good with lots of options. Booked the stay in March and parking was advertized as free. They have since changed and we had the pay to park.
