1 Bed 'City View' room booked on 14th floor. *Simple check-in with pleasant staff. *Room and bathroom very clean. *Only negative - nowhere to hang bathroom foot-towel, despite sufficient room available on wall to install additional towel-rack. **Amazing 360 degree views of Melbourne from the property's roof-top lounge on the 24th floor. **Property also has a gym. **Neighbourhood construction stated at 7am.

A few things - it’s not clear as to where the entrance to the hotel is. Especially arriving late at night. Parking along the side of the road was horrible, especially when I just needed to check in and organise things. I wasn’t told what floor my room was on, so took pot luck and lucky I was right. Parking underground had poor signage to where the lifts were located. Had to call reception to find them. Then it’s not stated clearly what levels have car park access so spent 10minutes trying to figure out which level I parked on. Upon entering the room, it had clearly not been cleaned properly. The stove and oven door had grease splatters, floor felt dirty, stains on the rug. Bathroom sink needs a decent clean and scrub. Then the bed - the bedhead was literally hanging off the wall. I notified straight away - so I’m hoping I don’t get charged for damage! Pillows had seen better days and stains… bedroom had no bedside lamps which makes it hard to find yourself in a dark environment once main lights are off (this is just an observation). Overall, I probably won’t be in a hurry to recommend this complex to stay at if I had anyone ask.

Property is located on small dead end road in semi industrial area, street parking non-existent. Entry to building requires fob. Fob is provided at check-in. To get into building to be able to check-in you must stand at door until someone else enters/exits. No signage indoor or out directing you to reception. Front desk clerks would benefit from dome training. Property carpark situation is to be seen to be believed, 45° ramps at entry/exit, haphazard parking in bays amongst building tennants. Seems like this accommodation was accidentally established rather than planned.

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was great, enough space and conveniences. The parking was good value and easy to get in and out, safe and secure too. Good Vietnamese restaurant below and really good access to more places just a short walk away.

We had 7th floor and train noise wasn’t an issue, paid for inside parking which was a bit pricy at $15/day. Roof top was nice escape and view - no access to the bbq up there unfortunately for hotel guests. Room was great and roomy, kitchen was in need of some additional pots. Laundry was in room and soap provided, not sure they worked the best but happy to have them. Suite needed some minor sprucing up but we were very happy.

Fire alarm went off during our stay at 3 AM. Elevators were quite slow, arriving at the property is a mess because there is construction and too many cars parked along the side of the road and then it dead ends.

Brand new apartment complex in Footscray. Property was great. A couple of points: - Internet/Wifi was on and off. At check-in it was mentioned that building internet is still being tested; but still disappointing that it was working reliably. - Car parking in surrounding areas is very very difficult. If you need parking; pay for the building parking

Horrific experience. Urine all over the apartment!!! Disgusting stench. Food stains Dirt everywhere. Scheduled deep clean , constituted one cleaner for 11 mins. After complaining, was moved to another apartment with no hot water. Was given bs story about how we would get hot water due to being high in the building. Cancelled our 30 day stay after a thoroughly stressful week. Management totally incompetent, blatent lies and unwillingness to cooperate. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! its a health hazard.

What a terrible hotel experience! I wanted to have my booking refunded after 10 minutes of looking at just how filthy and broken the room was! The street is a nightmare if you're driving but at least they have plenty of underground parking. The process to collect the key is a bit of a hassle though as there's no reserved parking out front, so people are constantly double and triple parking just to duck inside and collect or return keys. The room was just absolutely filthy. Comfortably the most disgusting hotel experience I've ever had. Dust, dirt, holes in walls, marks everywhere, cobwebs all over the balcony, mould or dirt in the grout in the bathroom and shower, marks all over the couch and chairs and I don't want to know what was on the bathroom door it was filthy! The bed felt like it had been pulled off the street after 15 years in the rain. Thankfully the sheets were clean which is the only reason I stayed. I took probably 30 photos of the endless philth. I don't know how it's so bad as the building is less than 4 years old. Will never return not even if they paid me.

Clean, easy check-in and check-out. Only thing is that as the train tracks are geographically very close, you can hear it throughout the night and the wifi is absolutely horrible (speed test return 2mb/1.5mb download/upload). Other than that the place is convenient & all amenities worked as expected. Overall 4.5/5 for my experience.

The window in our room was open and broken when we got there so it wouldn’t close. We got into our room late and it was cold. So I turned the heater on. After 5 minutes of the heater being on the smoke alarm went off. It went off for 11 minutes straight. I couldn’t get them to turn off. I tried and tried to call receptions after hour number with no luck. The next day I reported it to reception who had the window fixed. But the fact you can’t use the heater without the smoke alarm going off is concerning. Would be a cold winter.

We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment on the 19th floor which gave us stunning views towards the bay and the western suburbs. The room had all that was needed for an o/night stay. The room was lovely and clean, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. One drawback was that only one of the bedrooms had double glazed windows that cut down on the noise . The other room had single glass windows and there were overnight works going on at ground level that were extremely loud and disrupted my nights sleep.

I called ahead to organize after hours check in. The process all seemed easy enough. when i arrived the pin code i was sent did not work, i tried several times with no luck, i then called the hotel number with no answer. Luckily i managed to sneak in behind another person that had a key card so i could talk to someone at reception. She said that sometimes the pins don't update. Lucky i arrived earlier than expected or else i would of been stranded outside the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice and plenty of space.

Good place to stay. But bear in mind: they are building across the street atm. Check in took too much time. We had to wait 45min. Apartment is very good! Parking is perfect for 10,- but you need to park at the street before checking in. And there’s lack of space, especially if you had to wait 45min to check in. Other than that a very good night and we’ll equipped kitchen.

Brand new property with mix of rental & residential units. The room was clean, bed was super comfortable. Amenities were very good - the addition of wifi will be great when it becomes available. Parking was very convenient, secure and reasonably priced - Although the numbers are out of order. Get clear instructions to your parking spot! Footscray is a great area with easy access to transport, excellent restaurants and fresh produce.

Lovely hotel and surrounding just a little further east of Melbourne CBD. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming as this was our first time staying in Melbourne we didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable at all! Will definitely love to come back sometime.

A short train ride into the city and easy walking distance to the train station. Lots of fresh food at the markets nearby and the accommodation was spacious, clean and quiet. Construction work in the streets nearby was not a noise issue at all. Would have liked a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a clothes dryer for convenience but managed without both.

"I stayed in this apartment for one week and while it was decent in terms of space/layout, there were some notable drawbacks. The biggest issue was the proximity to the railway - the constant sound of trains passing by day and night was a bit much to handle. Additionally, the surrounding area doesn't feel very safe at night, and I wouldn't recommend walking around after dark. If you're looking for a quieter and safer location, you might want to consider other options."

We had great time. The location was perfect for our needs and we will be back. The unit was clean and comfortable. The pre booked parking worked well. Easy access to Footscray railway station, trams if you want head to HighPoint, shopping Centre and buses stops are nearby. Plenty of food options nearby with fresh food from the Footscray Market, supermarkets are not far, plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooftop area is available for access. Great views to the CBD and over the docks, across Footscray and Flemington. The room windows and doors are double glazed but you can still hear the trains, not really noticeable but just be aware.

Pleasant enough but the door was hard to open, had to almost shoulder it full body to open it. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel as well and not many options for breakfast so we went into town instead. Overall we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately returned home with covid which may have been caught via the train not the hotel.

Stains on the carpet. Only one bar of soap. Tea & coffee in cutlery draw, not displayed on kitchen bench. Handle on bathroom basin tap came off in hand. No bin in bathroom. Couches looked dirty. No clothes dryer. No likeable restaurants nearby. Restaurant downstairs was lovely though.
