Liked that dogs were allowed. Disliked that there was no enforcement of dog owner’s responsibility in cleaning up after their dogs. Hotel guests allowed loud music at night, upper level sounded like heard of elephants, need better sound barriers. Too close to freeway. Didn’t like that you had to “buy” additional items. What’s the point of an efficiency if cookware dishes and utensils are not included, same with wifi access. Even using cell service was spotty.

Nice staff and mostly clean room, though bedspread had obvious large urine stain (old) on it. Doesn’t matter though - that’s the first thing that comes off anywhere I stay! NO amenities, not even kleenex tissues in the room. Small kitchenette, including a stovetop, but zero tableware or cooking utensils. Highway noise was very loud and walls are thin so we heard next room’s TV whenever it was on. All that being said, the property was clean and the bathroom was spotless, the most important to me.

The beds are very tall, so I had to get a stool to help me get on top because I’m rather short. They are memory foam beds. The manager was amazing, she helped unload my car and helped us get things to our room as my husband had just had surgery and I have a bad back. The only drawback is that there were no machines at all.

The floors were disgusting, literally we had to wear our shoes and wipe feet on towels to get in bed. Felt unsafe as no staff on site after 10 pm. Service was great at check in. No coffee, no blow dryers, no ice …. A few amenities goes a long way.

Friendly desk staff upon arrival, clean room, easily accessible amenities (fitness, laundry, etc). Only downside was the a/c units stopped working halfway through my stay, but it was bearable. Nice place which fit my needs quite well!

Would have been amazing to get more towels and more pillows without a fee. And if you wanted to use the kitchenette you had to pay rental fee for using any pans, cups, plates or cutlery

The room smelt of cigarettes so badly to the point it made my son and mother very ill. It was very uncomfortable. The floor was so dirty our socks turned brown. I will say the one staff member I did encounter was beyond friendly and nice.

Room was in good condition, however front desk is not monitored all night. So people can come in an out all night whether they are staying or not. Lobby smelled like weed and when we needed to check in, and called for someone on lobby phone, came dressed in ragged clothing. Boyfriend went outside for a smoke and felt uncomfortable, almost unsafe.

This place was filthy. The first room we were put in had long black dog hair all over the floor. Since we arrived so late, I felt bad about wanting to complain, but the next morning we were so congested i had no choice. The room they moved me to didn't have any dog hair.... but was possibly dirtier than the first. I literally went out and bought a broom and swiffer style mop and wet pads and spent an hour mopping the floor. 12 pads later and they were still coming up brown. We left early and still got charged for our entire stay. I wish i could give it zero stars. My advice is if you want to attempt to sleep here- bring cleaning supplies, you'll need them.

Find hair on bed and pillows. Request a new room. The front desk won’t change the room for me. And not willing to replace the pillows also. Bad attitude and charged my card twice

This is the best hotel Big screen TV kitchen huge bed huge shower you can watch Netflix you get free WIFi you get everything you want…. If I am ever in the area this is where I will go for staying… clean bed clean room… everything is clean staff is super nice…. Price is not expensive…. I just wish I had more time there

Hotel was clean. Quite much noise from other rooms. I-75 is next to it so it's not a quiet place, lots of noise from traffic. Power outage on the morning of last day was a bit of inconvenience. Had to go to Starbucks to charge my phone and to use internet.

Initially I was checked into the wrong room. They did put me in the correct room the next day when I brought it up. On going to the new room it did not look like they cleaned the floors and there was food from a previous stay in the fridge. In the 4 weeks that I stayed, I found 2 dead bugs in the room, there was no room service, and the AC broke down after the 1st week. I mentioned the AC to the front desk the day after, and followed up after a week, but nothing was ever done. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately I could not recommend this place for an extended stay.

My room wasn’t the best in terms of cleanliness but I didn’t expect it to be honestly. What made the trip terrible was having no AC for two days and never being notified by staff that the AC was down. After the first night of no AC I went and spoke to the staff and she stated that they are working on it. I explained how no one notified me that the AC was down. It would have been great to know that in advance.

Rude staff. Extremely poor customer service when checking in. This hotel has a very unclear (not stated) policy for their definition of an 'adult' (which apparently is 21 but not found documented anywhere in the reservation process). We made a reservation and paid in full for 4 nights for my 19-year-old adult daughter. When checking in she was denied check in with very rude front desk staff. The hotel also refused to give us a refund for the stay that we were unable to use. This is extremely poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed and will never stay at this or any other 'choice hotels' property in the future. Shame on you for not taking care of your customers! I will be sharing this story with everyone I know.

Very reasonable, but as always, my biggest recommendation is buyer beware just know what you’re getting into. There’s no front desk service after 6 PM on Saturday or Sunday night which is ridiculous. After hr. Phone after 10pm # was not available when we tried 45 min straight..So we couldn’t get back into our room until 9am the next day.

Cathy, one of the managers, was caring and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed and had a comfortable stay! I was staying here as one of my sisters was in a hospital and Cathy always asked how I was doing and how my sister was doing! Just a really nice, supportive touch!

Lobby was closed at arrival. Had to call a number to have someone check me in. Employee was there in less than 2 mins. There was a weird smell in the hallway on both the 1st and 2nd floors. 1st floor smelled of marijuanna. 2nd floor smell was as if someone burned something cooking. Room had a slight odor. I ended up going to Target to grab some lysol air freshener. Desk clerk forgot to return my id, but brought it up to the room around midnight. Check out person in the lobby was friendly and efficient.

No one at desk when we arrived 7:30 in evening. No one at desk when we left 10 am had to call 500 number on where to put key. Should have a drop box for when someone is not around as i felt uncomfortable to just leave it there.

The front desk lady is not so kind. She was friendly at check in but when she called the room to say that I needed to come to the front desk because there was a discrepancy with the room, but couldn’t tell me why she got extremely rude and started yelling at me and hung up the phone. When I got down to the front desk she still had an attitude while I was trying to understand what was going on and she kept yelling at me. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. I asked for her name and she said it doesn’t matter and continues to shut the gate in my face and yelled you won’t get a refund. I think she was on some drugs. My friend and I didn’t feel safe so we didn’t stay the night. We had to find another hotel that felt safe and clean. I’m so disappointed. I’m used to professionalism when I go to hotels. I will never go back
