The property is very new and very clean. The two bathrooms are nicely done. The upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, the downstairs bathroom is a tub shower combination. The floor on the lower level, with the downstairs bathroom, bedroom, laundry, building hallway access and a desk area has a finished concrete floor, which is very nice. The main floor is laminate, with an area rug. We found the beds to be very comfortable, with firm mattresses. There were no windows in the downstairs bedroom. The kitchen seems well equipped, with an electric kettle and small coffee maker and dishwasher. There is an amenities basket with coffee, tea and whitener. During our stay, we needed to provide our own Kleenex and laundry soap. There were paper towels in the kitchen, no dishcloths. There is a large parking lot, with ample free parking. The location is fabulous. There’s a highly rated bakery cafe steps away, across the street. There’s affordable eating options and shops within a short walk up the block. There is a $500 damage deposit. We simply took pictures of areas of concern during our check in and sent them to Corrine. She acknowledged that her cleaners had made note of those areas. I would suggest doing an inspection on check in to ensure that both parties are in agreement with the condition of the property. We would be happy to stay here again.

The suites themselves are amazing and modern however the outside looks like it’s empty and there is absolutely no signage. There could be a little something done for sitting or even a fence put around for extra security and privacy.

Advertise as "VERY CLEAN" but this place is filthy dirty, from stains on bed sheets, couches, poorly maintained, dust at every corner, washroom fixtures not scrubbed, spider web on light fixtures, expensive for this motel grade hotel. Highly not recommended, go spend your money in a proper hotel.

Enjoyed this location. Stayed here for a week while I was away for training. Was nice to not just have to look at 4 walls of a hotel room especially when being gone for a week. Having your own full kitchen and laundry definitely a plus. 2 full bathrooms, 1 with tub and the other standup shower. It’s a home away from home with the modern cozy industrial feel. Close to downtown, mall, and other areas. Great location, would and have recommend to others. I will definitely be booking another stay in the future

Did not provide access code to get into room and would not pick up phome when I tried to call them. The next day when I got ahold of them, they where rude. They blamed Hotels, telling us that they got the wrong contact information for us. Hotels.com is not better. They will not refund the money for the money.

Second time staying here… love the units, so clean and modern. Only issue I had was gaining access. I had to contact after check-in time to receive the code to the door.
