Large comfortable rooms, loved the happy hour and breakfast area

Nice place. Close enough to Broadway to not be exactly on Broadway. Downside was breakfast wasn’t great. It wasn’t replenished as it should have been. Went down at 8 when it opened at 7 and everything was gone. The shuttle that was offered seemed to be only one guy. And wasn’t able to bring you at the time you needed.

Hotel is modern with nice rooms. Hot breakfast is served daily and a nice happy hour in the afternoon. The staff, especially the shuttle drives (Maurice and Nakia) were awesome. I would highly recommend. It is a bit out of the way so the shuttle was a great bonus.

We had a great time- just a little disappointed that it said pool/ spa and there was not a hottub

Loved it… but wished it were closer to Broadway! We went for CMA Fest and there is no shuttle that goes to Broadway or Nissan so we had to do Ubers everyday … other than that I loved our stay at Staybridge Suites! Wish we had used the outside area more just didn’t have time… would definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet, great breakfast and nice staff.

Our stay was great. Check in was quick and easy. Parking garage was nice, safe, and easily accessible. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. We could hear the people above us, but I believe they were just being very loud. Overall our stay was nice and would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice suite. Had a few hiccups with housekeeping and the pool was temporarily closed. Parking is NOT free. $32 per night charge.

It was like walking into the mid to upper 70s. It stunk and needed remodeling badly. The couch had three large cuts in it. You can see holes in the curtain.

It’s a great hotel. Our room however - the bathroom door trim on the inside looked like some one urinated on it and it wasn’t cleaned. The shower floor looked dirty…black mold in various spots near the drain

Recently stayed for 10 nights. The room was ok however could have been cleaner. There were bugs in our room (ants and earwigs). My main complaint would be housekeeping. On checkin we were provided with hotel info that states “light housekeeping” would be done mon-fri. We checked in on a Monday and had housekeeping Tuesday morning however no one was back in our room for the rest of the week. When I questioned the front desk they just said “this is a true extended stay and housekeeping is once a week”. I did not care about the bed being made or changed but every day I would have to go to the front desk to ask for new towels, toilet paper and when asked if I could have new garbage bags as ours were all over flowing they said they had none to offer me. Strangely enough we then had house keeping Monday Tuesday and Wednesday before checking out on Thursday. We paid a significant amount for a stay which I know may have been because of increase prices for CMA fest week however I did expect better service. In saying that all of the staff I encountered did seem very friendly.

Highly recommend this hotel! Staff was extremely friendly, room was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable. We especially loved the walk-in shower with heavy duty sliding glass doors, adjustable shower head and ledge. The room included full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The kitchen was fully stocked w/ everything you’d need to cook a quick meal. Freezer included an ice maker! Large tv conveniently located, pull out sofa is huge and comfy. The free breakfast offers one of the largest selections we’ve ever had and everything was fresh and had a great flavor! 5 min drive to music row! 20 min drive to Grand Ole Opry! All in all this is a 10 outta 10 stay!!

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was beautiful, spacious, and the beds incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and I really enjoyed the singing gentleman who served the breakfast options. I would look forward to another stay here.

The hotel was nice. Staff were very friendly as well. Only problem was it looked (and felt) like the shower floor hadn't been cleaned in a long time and it was very grimy. I let them know and they were very willing to clean it up (even though it wasn't a very good job). Overall good experience here.

Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were so comfortable I had a hard time getting out of it every morning. Wasn’t overly excited about the breakfast but found out the waffle machine had messed up. Overall will most definitely stay here again

This was the perfect location for my family. We were traveling with two elderly grandmas and needed a suite with at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This location had what we needed and it was perfect for us and them.

Spacious and beautiful room, BUT, there is no way to stop or adjust the thermostat! It was so loud, all throughout the night. When I called the guest services, I was told it is controlled by IHG and it cannot be changed and they knew about the problems since there were other complaints in the past. Also, it would have been nice to have a bar in the shower where one can hold themselves so they don’t slip. The breakfast was very basic, but ok.

Easy check in after $32 in parking for the night. The room was tiny, very far from the elevator, wouldn’t cool down and dirty. Nasty stains on the carpet (see pictures), the pullout bed was full of crumbs and sometime around midnight the ice maker for whatever reason decided to make the worst buzzer sound and wake everyone up. It was like a game ending buzzer in a stadium or something. So uncomfortable and nasty. Breakfast was incomplete for some reason. They had all the toppings for breakfast burritos out but nothing else. Just waffles, bagels, bread and cold sausage. This did not live up to the reviews we read when we booked. We didn’t get any rest and we continued on our road trip exhausted. Will never stay here again.

This is our favorite place to stay in Nashville. It’s quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are really comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious with some options for just about everyone, and it’s easy to downtown and easy to the highway. Thanks Staybridge!

Very comfortable beds, cold AC with nice white noise, great water pressure with three setting shower head. The kitchen was nice and they allow pets apparently. Breakfast was nice for this level of accommodation. Perfect for a week long visit.

The staff here was amazing. There was an unusual amount of guests checking in at the same time, but the 2 staff members behind the desk handled it quickly while also treating each one personably and not rushing them. Our room was great. Everything seemed clean. The gentlemen working the breakfast bar was very entertaining. He sang loudly and danced which created a fun atmosphere. My only complaint was that parking on-site was extra. I may have missed this when booking the room, but the $30+ extra charge was a surprise. Overall, this was an excellent stay.

The hotel was fine but nothing special. The front desk was a colossal disaster. We rented a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch and listed 6 people staying in the room, so we were going to make use of the pull out. The pull out mattress was ridiculously bad and had no pillows or blankets and there were none to be found in the room. When we went to get pillows and blankets from the front desk (that should have been provided in the room for the pull out), we were told that they don't have any "extra" pillows. Mind you that there were zero pillows in the room for the pull out, so these were not "extra". The desk worker said they might have a blanket but he couldn't get it because he didn't have a key for the storage room and we'd have to wait for the man who did. This man was busy getting rooms ready for guests (with reserved rooms) who arrived at 11pm and were told their rooms hadn't been made available yet. We waited for 30 minutes in the lobby alongside the weary travelers waiting to have their rooms made available and nobody ever brought our blanket over nor did they offer to bring one up to our room. We gave up and went upstairs. This place is utterly RIDICULOUS, especially for $500 per night. I would avoid this place unless it was the last hotel available in Nashville. Management clearly has no idea what they're doing and the staff seemed clueless. The only bright side was the breakfast. It was good and the food service staff were great.

My grandson got sick in the lobby and they made my wife clean it up. We had to take him to emergency room and did not get back to hotel til 3am and asked for late checkout but were told no. We had requested a crib to be put in our room and were told it would be put in the room and when it wasnt, we called down and were told we would not be receiving due to it being broke and 4 others were ahead of us. When I checked in i saw the list of people that requested a crib, my name was 3rd on the list. To park in the garage cost 32 dollars, very limited parking at best and I think I got a contact high from the smell of all the weed in the garage. The room was nice but not to happy of how we were treated when grandson got sick and the smell of weed when got out of the car.

The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and went above and beyond and helped us find new places to try. We will definitely be staying here for all our trips.

Dealing with the people in reservations was terrible. They charged my card four hours before I arrived. Them blames it on hotels.com. I had to then call hotels and get them to find the answer. Then I had to call the hotel again. Ugh. All unnecessary. The First Lady at the hotel was awful to talk to

Stay was fine until the surprise parking fee that we were never told about. Would have even been fine if they would have mentioned the fee when we checked in and they charged the hold for the "incidentals." Called to inquire and was advised by the receiptionst that its on their website. I told her we booked through Expedia and that was not on our reservation info. She argued then said she would get me to the manager but she disconnected.

We stayed there over spring break a month ago, paid through Expedia. Four days after we checked out we had 2 charges from the hotel, not Expedia. Called to get it resolved and they told me the charges were supposed to go to Expedia, not my card. They apologized and told me they had initiated refunds for both. One refund has been posted. I’ve called multiple times a week for the last few weeks about the second charge and the manager refuses to call me back. I filed a complaint with guest services and still nothing. Now I’m seeing other reviews complaining of similar experiences.

Very comfortable . Convenient location to Belmont and Vanderbilt.

This was a very nice, clean hotel in a quiet and safe area in midtown. Parking was super easy and this was a good location near Centennial medical center for surgery the next day.

The stay was good. I was disappointed I had to pay for the parking. The hotel is far away from the center city and there is no way you can walk so I had to pay twice for parking. In the hotel and then again in the center city. You would be better off staying in the city and just paying for hotel once !

Friendly staff and the room was very clean. It was nice to be so close to downtown but it was just far enough away that it was peaceful with no traffic around hotel. Most importantly the shower was very hot and had great water pressure!

For an out of the way hotel, this hotel is a good option. A rather long but doable walk to Broadway and very convenient to Centennial Park.

The complimentary breakfast was absolutely awful. It was cold, the oatmeal was one big glob. On my last visit there the breakfast was really good.

The one and only complaint was the quality of breakfast. Hot breakfast only consisted of biscuits/gravy and eggs. Just wish there was sausage/bacon. Everything else about our stay was great.

This place was normal. I expected more since it was pricey. I do not have a receipt! Still. Parking was $32.00 per car. Buffet was NOT a full buffet. It was continental with powdered eggs.

Hotel was immaculate, beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with quality toiletries, kitchen was clean and had all the needed basics. Staff was friendly, helpful and the bartender Trish was so sweet and friendly! Conveniently located and quick 10min Uber from Broadway but far enough away from so it was quiet and peaceful to sleep. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

When we first got there, we were given a room that already had people in it. No big deal. Easily fixed. Only complaint was breakfast. Ran out of eggs and fresh fruit an hour before breakfast was over. On other days, eggs were always cold. Leah at the bar was marvelous!

Good location-easy to get to Lower Broadway (drive…don’t walk)-easy access to other Nashville area attractions-Great amenities (breakfast and social hour are great additions) -an extra special shout to breakfast attendant Kevin. Truly an asset to the property!
