Tranquilo pero no estoy conforme me pensaré para reservar nuevamente ahí no servía la tarjeta de acceso nos tenían que abrir cada vez que salimos y entramos no había papel me tocó pedir para el precio no me gusto la habitación simplemente decepcionada 😔

No me gustó que no hubiera elevador ya que estábamos en el 4to piso y el primer día no tuvimos agua caliente. Fuera de eso todo muy bien. Personal muy amable.

My stay was good I would rate it a 8.5 out of 10. I love the modern look and how everything is safe and just on the outside of the city center. You have a little cafe outside of the hotel and a convenience store around the corner. They have a gated parking lot which is guarded 24/7. A couple of things that really didn’t make this stay a 10 were the beds they were extremely uncomfortable I kept tossing and turning throughout the night. Another thing was the business behind or I don’t know where it was located honestly but it was extremely loud banging or concrete breaking. I know that has nothing to do with the hotel but just something to know for future guest. Overall it was a good stay I would come back here to stay again. I just hope they upgrade their beds. The hotel is probably the most modern of all in the city so if that is a determining factor for someone just know this is the best.

La llegada muy bien, nuestro cuarto listo antes de las tres. Salimos a una fiesta y llegamos ya tarde y cansados, no revise las camas antes de acostarnos….. error mío. En la mañana amanecí toda picada de CHINCHES. Plastas en todas las piernas. Luego revise la cama y había pelos negros que los nuestros no son, en puntos negros en las sábanas. La regadera está súper resbalosa y en el lavabo, otros pelos, largos negros. En el cuarto hay solo un lugar, en frente de la cama, para poder cargar los teléfonos. En domingo, la música y todo lo de afuera se escucha desde las 7:30am. Lo único bueno fue el mini split que funcionaba muy bien.

La habitación que me dieron al principio, está conectada con otra y no hay suficiente aislamiento entre ambas, lo cual genera mucho ruido, ya que se escucha directamente la TV. Finalmente me cambiaron de habitación, lo cual mejoró la situación.
