Nice hotel with a great location. We were there to check out the Christmas Market and the walk was short. Underground parking was a plus (extra fee), but spots are limited. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is spotless. They held our luggage so we could go find the parking which was about a block away. The rooms are very clean and plenty of room for all our suitcases. Breakfast was wonderful. Great area.

Unser Zimmer war proper, gut und pfiffig eingerichtet, die Rezeptionisten waren freundlich, alles in Allem: prima Optimieren könnte man: Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen, deitlich darauf hinweisen, dass das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone liegt und nicht unter seiner Adresse angesteuert werden kann. Uns hätte das einige Zeit und Nerven erspart.

Was pleasantly surprised - for a budget friendly hotel this place was more than good. The room was large for our family of 4. Beds comfortable and outside noise with windows open was limited. Parking was available for 15 euros but was very hard to find at back of hotel - and involved an elevator for car. Great restaurants around - highly recommend the Japanese across the lights

B&B Aachen is what you'd expect for the price point. The bed could have been comfier but the room was spacious and clean. The only area in which I felt cleanliness suffered was the shower which blocked a little because of hair not having been removed. B&B have a good environmental message about towels, but they exchanged mine twice despite me hanging them up. They do offer bottle recycling. The breakfast had a reasonable variety with a nice selection of cheeses, bread, fruits and cereal. Despite the small grumbles I was happy with my stay. The staff were super friendly, always with a smile on their faces and all able to converse in English.

Die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum lässt deutlich Raum zur Verbesserung, die Tische wurden selten abgewischt. Ebenso wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt. In den Zimmern gibt es nur wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, man muss aus dem Koffer leben. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad ebenso okay. Das Personal zum größten Teil sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super zentral, das Parkhaus am Hotel äußerst praktisch.

Perfect location, less than 5 min walk to the cathedral and shopping areas and walking distance to the thermal bath. I appreciated the clean sheets and blackout curtains. Facility was well maintained and spotless. Very quiet during the night even though it seemed liked it was very booked. Very spacious as well.

Gute Unterkunft und nur wenige Minuten Fußweg bis zum Marktplatz. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Im Zimmer war leider kein Schrank, sondern nur ein kleines Regal um einige Sachen abzulegen. Deshalb muss das meiste im Koffer bleiben. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit, den Koffer auf einem kleinen Gestell zum Ein- und Auspacken abzulegen.Mehr Stauraum (z. B. Schrank) wäre notwendig.

Das Hotel, der Service, das Essen und die Umgebung waren sehr gut. Im Vergleich zu andren Hotels gab es allerdings wenig Stauraum im Zimmer (einen Schrank zumindest) für das Gepäck bzw. die Kleidung, die man dabei hatte. Schrecklich. Zwei Wochen zuvor im Doppelzimmer mit zwei großen Matratzen, diesmal Einzelzimmer mit einer Matratze, aber die hat nur 80 cm Breite und ist in die Ecke gequetscht. Auf den Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer ging man diesmal nicht ein. Schade.

Difficult to check in as B&B is moving to self checkin an it requires reservation number from their system and on confirmation only Hotels.com was given, besides great place to visit the old city.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und das Zimmer war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Hotel liegt nah genug am Bushof dran (ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg), sodass es verkehrsgünstig angebunden ist. Dadurch, dass es sich etwas westlich des Bushofs befindet, ist es weit genug (und in der richtigen Richtung) weg, sodass man vom Problemviertel Bushof nichts mitbekommt. Einziges Manko: Im Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) gabs nur einen Hocker als Sitzmöglichkeit. Aufgrund der fehlenden Rückenlehne gab es keine Möglichkeit, sich wirklich entspannt hinzusetzen.

I didn't appreciate being extorted for 15 euros to check in 3 hours early after a red-eye international flight when room was already prepared. Property is conveniently located along pedestrian retail street and easy walking distance to tourist attractions like Dome, but prudes should be aware that red-light district is literally around the corner.

Estás a 2 cuadras de la Catedral de Aquisgran. Debes estacionarte a unas 2 cuadras del hotel en la estación central de trasporte de la ciudad. La habitación esta muy chica pero cumple con lo necesario. Tienes muchas opciones para cenar porque esta lleno de restaurantes por la zona. Ojo, si llegas por carro puede ser algo confuso dar con el hotel porque está sobre una calle peatonal.

Unschlagbar ist, dass das Hotel im Stadtzentrum liegt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig. Einchecken war problemlos, allerdings ist der Fahrstuhl nahezu täglich defekt, blöd mit Krücken in den 5. Stock zu kommen. Klimaanlagen sind nicht optimal, da es keine weiteren Heizungen gibt, Handtücher also nicht trocknen. Das Frühstück, was für €12,90 geboten wird, ist schon dreist: geringe Auswahl, lange Schlangen vorm Buffet, undurchdachter Aufbau, lieber ausserhalb frühstücken. Alles in allem: kann man machen, gibt aber bessere Hotels

Uno de sus empleados que NO me quizo dar su nombre nos negó el servicio de desayuno buffet a las 9:45am, cuando en la información del hotel dice que es hasta las 10am. Fue tremendamente abusivo. Lo pueden validar en sus cámaras: 18.06, 9:45am.
