Isolated incident but they did a security update which locked out a lot of rooms for hours. I feel like they should have had a way into the rooms other then just through electric.

The most important hotel information was HIDDEN within "QR" codes. Hotel Information was NOT available if you don't possess a 'smart' phone... e.g. Simple things like a microwave oven and ice had to be requested from the front desk.
