Hotel Citrine, Palo Alto, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

They only offer vallet parking and its a one way street. Trying to find parking near by was a nightmare its on a busy road. Although the hotel was very nice i wont be staying again

Great stay. Restaurant was wonderful. Valet parking was not as smooth as it could be but overall we enjoyed this hotel. The 2 queen room only had room for 1 stuffed chair but room was beautiful.

Conveniently placed with excellent facilities

Beautiful hotel, super comfy beds and pillows. My only complaint was how long it took to get our car from valet.

The hotel was very nice but our room had no microwave , we did complimentary water and the pool was heated but a little disappointing because it was so SMALL and it’s only 4ft so not many people can be inside at the same time.

We borrowed their bikes and rode around Palo.Alto and it was great fun

Everything was a pleasure. We arrived and were immediately greeted by the valet staff helped with our luggage. Checking in was immediate and we were at our room in record time. We also dined at the restaurant, staff was excellent, food was excellent. Overall our stay was beyond expectations. We highly recommend this property to everyone in need of a great place to stay. We were in town to see a concert at Shoreline Amphitheater, ease of access because of how close the property is.

Cute, boutique style, friendly staff and great restaurant. Only con is valet parking only or you can park on the street which is hit or miss.

Absolutely BRUTAL - stayed there in September for a football game. Rented a car for one day to see the Golden Gate Bridge. Was to return the car the following day on our way to football gave our keys to the front desk after parking in valet. The hotel gave our keys to the valet driver and the driver moved our car to the parking lot. The following morning we used their app to request our car. We then went outside and waited for the car. We asked the valet three times about our vehicle and we’re told to be patient. Almost 40 minutes passed before we were told they lost our car keys! We were then told to take an Uber and they would reimburse us for the extra day of the rental We paid almost $90 for an Uber and went on our way. Over an hour late for the game by this point The following day we texted the valet manager to ask if the keys were located - we received no response - we called the front desk who stated they still couldn’t find them and that they would have the valet manager call. Almost 2 hours later we finally heard from him and he was no help - he told us to call the rental company and deal with them. He said everytime they lose keys they just tow the vehicle and that they would pay for the new key and any additional charges We spent over 2 hours on the phone with enterprise arranging a tow truck and paying the extra charges It has been over a month and he just dodges our calls to be reimbursed the $900 in extra charges. Horrible company

Great staff, food and amenities. Pool is more like a tiny “plunge” but other than that it was a great property.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. The bed was cozy and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. I would love to stay here again on my next trip.

Hotel room’s first impression was the delightful but not overwhelming fragrance you smell as soon as you enter. The two queen beds, linens, pillows were very comfortable. Room faced a busy road but room remained quiet. Bought dinner from the hotel’s restaurant. The $24 burger’s taste met my wife’s expectations but she said it was a little small. My half roasted chicken was a little bit overcooked but tasty. Second night, bought dinner again from the hotel’s restaurant. The $64 steak met my wife’s expectations. It was tender, juicy and cooked medium rare as we ordered. I asked for steak sauce but was told they did not have any for our $64 steak. One of the restaurant servers commented “most people” don’t ask for steak sauce. They finally found an almost empty bottle of the famous brand of steak sauce for us. I gave the kitchen staff another chance to cook me another half roasted chicken with a comment to the server about the previous night’s overcooked chicken. Thankfully, the roasted half chicken was cooked satisfactorily this time around.

Room had only one small drawer for storage; valet was pricey with no self-parking available; and general area offered few amenities.

Room way too hot! Couldn’t get it cooler and have seen lots of compliments about this same issue. Not good

It was a beautiful hotel, staff was friendly, the room was a good size, tastefully decorated and I so loved the green doors! The room was very clean and the bathroom was clean and specious. We wish that it had a little more space to put our clothes away and I had to ask for a suite case stand, and that worked okay. The stand was not in the room. However it wasn’t a big deal. I called for stand and extra blanket and it took very little time to receive my request. Oh and the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. We had wonderful nights rest. I highly recommend it!! I’m

Very noisy hotel with people screaming in the middle of the night for two nights in a row! Not acceptable.

Very friendly staff

This place was fine, but for the money, I expected more. Primary complaints: 1) The pool looks huge in photos, but it\'s not. 2) We were in an adjoining room and we could hear the conversations of the occupants next to us. We had to move (which was easy and handled well by the staff) 3) No one ever answers the front desk, but they will call back. However, it\'s a little shocking when they call back and say "What\'s up, Katie?"

My check-in was not the best and the lady who checked my kids and I just wasn't friendly. I wasn't given any information about the hotel (gym, pool hours, restaurant info) even though I shared it was my first time at this particular location. I am so used to the warm friendly greeting I get from other hotels that fall under the Marriott umbrella. Even though my check-in was lackluster I would still recommend staying there. It's a clean, beautiful, boutique hotel conveniently located in Palo Alto.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone we came in contact with were super helpful and kind. They made our stay very special!

Awesome check in service easy and memorable

Spent two night at this hotel for a business trip and WOW! This facility is beautiful and the check-in process was seamless. Even my Uber driver had positive comments about this place. I would recommend Hotel Citrine to anyone looking for a luxurious but affordable hotel option.

This hotel is so beautiful and modern and comfortable! My daughter and I stayed here for a concert . They valet your car and when you want to use they have an online link to ask to bring it upfront for you. It’s so cool and the valet drives are so kind and helpful. I’m definitely doing back. It’s only 4 miles from the shoreline amphitheater.

the property is in excellent, new condition - the beds are incredibly comfortable and the food and waitstaff at the restaurant were terrific. not really in the heart of everything, which was what we wanted for this trip so it was perfect for us

Service was exceptional and the property bikes were so convenient to explore the area. Restaurant on site was great service and quick!
