Didn't expect to have a great time here because I was staying with four friends in the supra room the night before our flight, but it was fabulous! The pool and rooftop bar were great, the room and property were clean, and the bathroom was super cute. The only downside is that it got a little noisy on the 2nd floor because it was a Friday night and a popular beach club (K Urban) is nearby, and the walls were a little thin.

Loved it! Very industrial but really cool and quirky repurposed hotel. The rooms had enough space/beds and didn’t have all the unnecessary filler. Coffee station on every floor, communal fridge, stove and microwave in lobby. Great cabana upstairs with bar, ping pong and pool. Great location on the dock close to city center and public transportation. It’s a 20 min walk or two train stops. Service was amazing. Only con for me was the low shower water pressure, but you can’t have it all i I guess! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The hotel is very simple, but VERY well decorated. We were very comfortable and it was easy to get to the main areas of Lisbon. The bar and pool on the roof were a great hangout space.

Great hotel, friendly staff nothing bad about the place other than the parking which is bad. Parking limited to 4h so you are stuck putting money in the meter. Otherwise can find 24h parking far away with walk. If you have no car place is amazing with great staff, quiet and clean facilities albeit no gym.

The Jam Lisbon is a fantastic hotel situated within a short walk to main square area of Lisbon centre. The hotel has excellent facilities including rooftop bar/terrace with a small pool for cooling off in. The rooms were excellent. Extremely clean with large shower. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to others when visiting the beautiful city of Lisbon.

A stunning hotel, with quirky features and really cool decor. The room was great and plenty spacious for 3 adults. The rooftop bar was a beautiful setting for pre dinner drinks. The bar staff were excellent, super friendly and nice to chat with. Just be aware, the pool is more of a plunge pool and can get super busy, we couldn’t get in most days. But still a very cool spot to enjoy the sunshine. Great location and a short taxi ride into the city or the harbour area. A fantastic stay and an awesome hotel.

If you have a car, the parking is really complicated. We had to use the parking meters to leave our car in front of the hotel. They do not have private parking. But the trotinettea are a blast!

Friendly staff, awesome location, just a Cool vibe at the hotel... I was playing ping pong, had a drink at the bar. The pool is not heated however no matter what they say... Can't stress enough the location felt safe... Loved it.

A great location with an urban industrial esthetic. We enjoyed the minimalist room and my daughter really loved the bunk beds with sliding privacy doors. The only thing to be weary of there are bugs, we did see a cockroach behind the bed/wall , so I just made sure we zipped everything closed at night. Will definitely stay again!

I immediately informed the staff, who moved my room and “treated” my luggage—clear signs they knew the issue was real. It was an infested room, ruined sleep, anxiety about bringing bugs home, and no accountability. My husband and I booked a last min trip to Lisbon and this hotel was great. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about best ways to get places and had recommended some places to eat. Hotel was quiet, with easy walking access to places and transit was right outside which made easy for getting around. No TV in room which is fine but if you have kids you are trying to distract while getting ready have an iPad. Wifi would drop and you had to forget that connection and rejoin net work. Our room had a queen bed and then bunk beds could easily accommodate 4 ppl. The lobby restrooms smelled like sewage.

Very nice hotel and unique looking. Super clean rooms and lobby, the pool area very nice except the pool water wasn’t clean. Would have been practical to have a mini fridge in the room otherwise it was excellent.

They were a couple of ants on one bed so we had to change rooms. After that, everything was OK. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and polite. They went the extra mile to get us coffee when the machine went out on our floor. The lights were very dim in the room.

It’s a nice hotel, pool and bar up on the roof area, ground floor has a dining area and bar. The room was spacious had a queen bed and a bunk bed. It’s got a unique vibe, staff is friendly. Close to multiple night clubs on either side, surprisingly the noise isn’t too much to deal with. The lobby has a kind of sewage smell, not sure if there is much the hotel can do about that.

We had a great stay, comfortable room for a family of four, pretty cool concept all around the hotel. I’d just wish they included an iron and coffee maker inside the room, though every floor has a common tea/coffee station. The pool is pretty small and it got very crowded during the day (during our stay), but if you’re looking to spend more time exploring the city this might not be much of a problem.

Hotel is quite new, beds are great and good service. However, it’s quite noisy and can get really hot. The airco is not really an airco and just blows average temperature wind. Elevators were quite small and smelled like a wet dog

A good location to grab a taxi and dart across the city, hotel is really good but the music in the corridors late night should be turned off and in the mornings. Can hear some of the noise from the road and house keeping are noisy in the morning. I loved everything apart from the noise.

O quarto eh muito bom! Banho bom! Não tem frigobar e nem tv no quarto. E como estávamos em 4 tinha beliche.o café da manhã eh excelente! As pessoas são muito simpáticas e prestativas e a localização para se deslocar eh pelo trem, fica perto da parte baixa da cidade.

The hotel is unique and overall leaves a great impression. The rooms on the streetside are quite noisy so I asked to switch rooms to one facing the back street. Unfortunately without the street noise it gets very quickly apparent that the walls are just not very good at blocking noise. I could hear music from a club as well as children crying.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Leaving the airport, we took a cab which turned out to be not regulated. We asked the driver if he took the card and he said yes when we arrived at the hotel, he advised us he only took cash. So we went inside to check in and to see where we could find an ATM. The driver told my husband he wanted €120. When I asked the lady at the counter, she told me that that was unacceptable and not to pay that amount. The staff actually came out with us to speak to the driver. They were able to talk him down to €30, Which is what bolt or reputable cab company would charge The staff really looked out for us and we appreciate this. They are so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, if you’re travelling to Portugal for the first time, be sure to take a cab with a logo or use the app called Bolt.

The hotel is very nice and clean, we really enjoyed the stay. The staff is amazing….Haydee, Mitchel, Pamela, Laura, Bruna and Pietra at the front desk are very friendly and helpful…..at the Bar Angelina and Caio are really good too. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The entire staff was warm and friendly. The bartender on the roof noticed I was from America and we spent time having him guess which state. Very warm and welcoming for my first time to Portugal

Boa localizacao. Limpeza perfeita. Arquitetura do predio muito criativa. Atendimento na recepcao da atendente portuguesa deixou muito a desejar. Mal humorada e nao sabe atender e compreender o cliente. Talvez esta precisando de melhor treinamento. No mais tudo perfeito. Obrigado

We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel has a secure luggage room also which we could keep our bags in until check-in/ they did offer for us to keep them after check-out too. The hotel has great public areas, I would definitely make use of the rooftop bar! We loved the decoration of the whole hotel and found everywhere to be really clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on their trip to Lisbon.

There are a lot of clubs nearby so it was hard to sleep a few evenings. The rooms are cute, but some inconveniences were annoying- like not having a TV in the room (not terrible, but is helpful with kids) and there aren't any refrigerators in the rooms. Hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, but the staff in the cabana area were young and quite unfriendly. They seemed like they didn't want to be there and almost annoyed when we would order from them.

Sehr gepflegtes, stylishes Hotel. Alle an der Receptions sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Gute Stimmung und alles, was man als Gast braucht findet man im Jam. Ich fand die Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, angenehme Temperatur und auf dem Gang in jedem Stock gibt es Trinkwasser (heiss/kalt) und Kaffee. Frühstück war auch gut.

Friendly staff, awesome location, just a Cool vibe at the hotel... I was playing ping pong, had a drink at the bar. The pool is not heated however no matter what they say... Can't stress enough the location felt safe... Loved it.

Clean and comforatable. Enjoyed the bar but not the pool both seemed well used and there was a good vibe in the bar area each night. Staff pleasant and helpful when engaged with. The hotel is not in th emost pictureque part of town but you can see the river from the terrace bar and my room. the walk into town was pleasant and about 30 minutes plenty of cafes on the way to stop off if needed. My only gripe was no tes or coffee in the room. Facilities are availbel near the lift but you have to ask reception for milk, which isa bit of a faff. The hotels eco vibe is interesting and quirky, whith bare walls and pipes on display. i had a good stay and would go back.

Tea/coffee is not provided in the room but is outside on the landing along with hot water tap. As a solo traveller, when I first arrived I thought I’d made a mistake as the hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from the nearest metro station (Cais do Sodre) due to a road closure where they are extending the metro line, and there’s not a lot going on in the area. However I never felt unsafe walking back, even late at night. Trains to Belem run from Santos which is 8-10 mins walk. The pool on the roof was an added bonus and great for relaxing after exploring the city.

Aquí los pros y los contras del hotel Ubicación: buena ya que estas cerca de los 2 barrios más populares fácil de caminar y tomar transporte un detalle es que esta cerca de antros y líneas del tren por lo que es un poco ruidoso. La alberca es fría fría yo estaba feliz de poder nadar pero estaba sucia ya que no la tapan y en la mañana tenia mucha tierra. El desayuno es amplio en panes pero en variedad de platillos siempre es el mismo huevo , salchichas jamón, hotcakes esta rico pero si te quedas varios días cansa. Tiene una gran zona para trabajar si eres nómada digital.

Excellent hotel let down by poorly managed breakfast system and service. Not enough staff, food simply not enough for the hotel numbers running out by 8am when breakfast goes on till 10am. Paying for breakfast system at reception first then the breakfast service still not seeing booking is deeply flawed system. Such a shame because otherwise it’s a great funky hotel with the best family style room with bunkbeds we have ever stayed in.

The design and layout were awesome. Would have preferred to have a TV and iron in the room. Also there was loud music that played pretty late. Otheewise really nice place and the restaurant waa superb.

Fun hotel with a very local, Portuguese flair! Would stay here again! Had tons of beds for all 5 of us and the roof top pool is awesome! The bar food (at rooftop) is nothing spectacular...nachos were plain chips with a side of cold cheese and pico. Was supposed to come with chili...which I asked for 3 times and it never arrived. I would recommended eating elsewhere. Theres also a restaurant downstairs but we didnt try it.

接客は丁寧で部屋も綺麗で、掃除も良く服をたたんでいてくれたのが嬉しかった。宿泊した期間中、朝食がキッチンの都合で提供できないとのことだった。近くのお店を教えていただき、徒歩5分にあるところで食べることができた。朝食が出なかった分の差額が返金されると初日に聞いた。早く戻ってきてほしい。

Went for 5 days with family including 2 grandkids, truly enjoyed our stay. Hotel well placed close to metro, bus, trams and trains to everywhere. Staff very plesant and helpful all the time. Family rooms that sleep 5 are great so we were all together. Rooms and hotel very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet had a little of everything for all tastes. Pool with the bar were great even if it is small the kids enjoyed it, especially with 30+ degrees. Only downside is being in Europe you are allowed to smoke wherever and with kids and non- smokers it can be bothersome. Another thing that was missing was a small fridge in the room, but it did have a safe. But I will repeat myself, our stay was great. Without saying Lisbon was a delight. Will go again when going back to Lisbon and will recommend too.

Great hotel, good location- staff were brilliant and knowledgeable- slightly out of main tourist drag( only a 20 mim walk though) but near to excellent loc al restuarants and bars. Only issue for me (as a short person) was everything such as hairdryer were out of reach!
