Everything was done professionally and was very easy. Great restaurant and bar on the roof rooftop.

No self parking.

I liked that everything was clean, the room was perfect, and the G7 Rooftop was the best

The only thing pool close at 6:00 pm 😩😩😩

The hotel overall was fine, and the shuttle to and from the Hard Rock across the street was a great service. I’m totally stunned that the hotel has no restaurant or bar open from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown due to Shabbat, which is an every weekend occurrence. Nowhere is that stated as a limitation. The pool was also disappointing as there were only 4 loungers. The plan had been to have drinks by the pool Saturday afternoon which was not possible.

Strange location of hotel, have to go thru McDonald parking lot to get to entrance. No self parking, valet was $38. Don’t really like other people driving my vehicle. Walking distance to Hard Rock Hollywood is best feature of hotel. Basic rooms no trills. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. Black marble bathroom newly renovated. No face cloths, strange. Breakfast is good, but only a hand full of tables so had to take my food back to room. Over all positive experience.

The location of Dulce at Wyndham can't be beat! Directly across from Hard Rock Seminole Casino and Concert Venue was so great. Their shuttle bus to Hard Rock runs every half hour and the driver couldn't have been more courteous. The roof top pool and small restaurant there looked like fun too, though we didn't partake this trip. Will definitely return again soon and highly recommend it!

Awesome Hotel with roof top restaurant and pool. You can see the Hard Rock guitar perfect since you are right across the street. You can walk to the casino easily. There is a charge of $35 + taxes for parking since it only Valet parking. You can park at the casino free if you don’t want the valet service. Great hotel will definitely stay there again.

Came in on Thursday thinking we were going to have dinner there only to find out the restaurant was closed for a private party. The next morning we went to the pool only to find it closed because of some issues from the party. When it finally opened we found a total of four lounge chairs and some strange plastic things to sit on. No bar tender to be found...Strange place...Restroom was clean...

The hotel was very clean and great staff.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by valet and front desk. We checked in and went to our room. The room it self was clean, but the balcony had cigarette butts everywhere, and the furniture had burn holes. We notified front desk and they noted the information, but never came to clean the area. The rest of the day was uneventful, but upon checking out, we were told "we have a problem with your vehicle. It was placed on a lift, and the lift will not come down. " They also stated well its sunday and we are trying to find someone to come repair it. They told us to uber home as their solution to the problem (1.5 hour commute if traffic is light). We asked who is covering the uber costs each way, they had no answer. We asked for a manager, no one was available, but promised the manager would call. Still waiting for that call 24 hours later. Finally the lift started working again 2 hours later and we were on our way. Poor recovery efforts for a hotel who markets themselves as an "Sophisticated, modern hotel!" We certainly do not lay blame on the hotel staff that was working. It was apparent they did the best they could, but management SHAME ON YOU! I hope your higher ups see this review, and reevaluate if YOU are the right fit for the hotels vision of customer satisfaction!

Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Valet staff were courteous, fast, and professional. The hotel staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We were there for a concert and the lobby was playing the artist’s music. There is a free shuttle to and from the Hard Rock (also playing the artist’s music). Hotel is clean and smells divine. The rooms are modern. Comfy beds. AMAZING shower. Breakfast was way beyond our expectations offering such a variety of food! It was a lovely experience altogether for my daughter and I!

Great place to stay always smells amazing and the decor is beautifully

Very CLEAN, lobby and common areas smell AMAZING. Very comfortable room. The only things we didn’t care for was that the shower water pressure was low and it took a long time for the hot water to come in. We noticed ants on the floor inside the balcony door the morning we checked out. The complementary shuttle was awesome.

We have stayed here several times with no issues but this time unfortunately was not as good. We checked in and went right out and came back late after a show across the street, and discovered that the sheets had not been changed from a previous stay. How did we know — hair and stains. Called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was locked up and could not be accessed for clean sheets. No real concern delivering that messages and they hung up quickly. Really unpleasant. We turned the sheets inside out but we were pretty grossed out. The next morning I noticed the drain of the shower was filled with hair, another sign that the room had not been cleaned. It really is a perfect spot for a less expensive stay than the Hard Rock but it will give me pause to stay again, or at least to thoroughly check the room upon arrival.

We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we ran away in the morning. The air conditioning was as loud as an 18 wheeler in the room, zero sleep. There was a huge clump of curly black hair on the carpet (i thought ir was a huge spider at first). Laid in bed and found a long black hair on the white sheet... Were the sheets changed? My wife birthday was ruined. We just left in the morning and will NEVER be back. We expected more for almost $500 per day (after all the fees).

Dolce is a great hotel located directly across the street from the Hard Rock. The hotel is new and the rooms are really nice. The rooftop restaurant and bar was also great. I would highly recommend it

Very comfortable bed, super soft sheets, love bathroom rob and sleepers, good coffee, great view from the balcony One of the best restaurant on the roof with open terrace, music and exclusive food menu

Balcony view was exceptional. Breakfast was very good.only criticism is the very uncomfortable balcony furniture. That is in need of a big change. the bartenders and managers of the rooftop bar and restaurant were the best I have seen in a long time. They’re service and pleasant demeanor was exceptional.

It was very clean. Valet only parking is not nice. The breakfast had a good variety. But the omelets and hot food was ice cold. The TV did not work and the front desk phoned back and said it must be weather. Sunshine in the morning but TV still did not work. For this level of a hotel you would think that they would do a little better.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff. My only issue was the showers. They have no doors on them and makes the bathroom very very slippery in full of water.

Don't stay on top 6th floor if DJ is playing on the rooftop that night. They play until 5 am & you will hear the banging of the bass all night long above you. It ruined a beautiful hotel experience.

The property itself is nice and has a modern aesthetic. The location directly across the street from the Hard Rock is excellent. They offer free shuttle service to the hard rock (guitar hotel) until late into the night. The only real issue is that the Air Conditioners need serious work/maintenance. The rooms were cool, that was not the issue, but the noise level inside the rooms is a serious problem. We were transferred to 3 different rooms on 3 different floors, each in different locations of the hotel. Each room had the same issue…LOUD constant Air Conditioning Noise. They are obviously aware of the problem because they have provided complimentary earplugs for guests on each desk in every room. The manager responded to our request to change rooms quickly, but unfortunately each room had the same issue. If noise doesn’t present a problem for you, then this hotel may be a good option for you.

Great view... comfortable rooms.

I reserved a room for 2 double beds and balcony because i had 3 people staying in one room. When we checked in the hotel was oversold with zero available rooms and had us in a one king bed room. Due to be oversold they were unbale to move us. We asked for a roll away bed (they didn't have any). We asked for extra blankets to make a bed on the hardwood floor, it took 4 hours and 3 requests to receive the extra blankets. The front desk then offered us a late checkout of 1pm. The next day we kept getting knocks on the door by housekeeping, each time we told them we had a late checkout. At noon, we received a call from the front desk telling us if we weren't out of the room in 15 minutes we would be charged $100. We let her know that due to the room fiasco the night before we were given a late check out. She said that is NOT True, i checked you in and did not authorize a late check out. When we came downstairs, she realized she did not check us in, still no apology, she said the person here last night was not authorized to offer you a late check out. In the end we paid $600 for a room that we did not receive, no late checkout, no offer of compensation, definitely not a good start to our vacation.

Emilio at the front desk was always happy to help and smiling! Eddy the shuttle driver was amazing and also very friendly and accommodating!! He was ready to go when we were which was super convenient. Even house keeping was super pleasant. Great hotel and would def recommend!! 5 stars for sure!! Thank you!

Waited an hour past check-in for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping staff members screaming at each other 20 feet from front desk. TV didn’t work. No manager on site. Front desk unattended for 10-15 minutes at a time all afternoon. Very strange experience. Property is decent but horrible service.

A little confusing to find the entrance. Had to drive around the back of McDonalds to find it. Valet only parking unless you wanted to park across the street. The shuttle service to the Hard Rock casino was great. Carlos our driver was excellent. Even gave us his number to call for pick up

The customer service at this hotel needs help. The front desk agent was unfamiliar with the area, even the shopping center next door and the hotel/casino across the street. When I asked about what’s in the area as far as restaurants, she told me to Google it. There were huge safety concerns when it came to personal information. There system was down and so they collected credit card numbers on a sheet of paper visible to everyone. There was no apology for the inconvenience, in fact they made the customers feel as if they were the problem. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the property is a great alternative to the much pricier Hard Rock and the shuttle is very convenient.

The valet and entrance gentlemen were great and very accommodating. Front desk staff mostly helpful one female very rude. The facility was very clean. The food on Saturday breakfast limited due to Jewish Friday to Saturday observation of Shabbat, restaurant closed. I respect this religious observation for their faith but not to be put on guest staying at a business. Pool very nice. Th area was loud and sketchy.

Staff is wonderful, especially the valet and drivers; they offer shuttle service to the Hard Rock, included in the resort fee. Hotel rooms and pool area, along with rooftop restaurant are beautiful.

The hotel was excellent! The location is quite busy, as there is a McDonald’s in front of the hotel. It is convenient to the Hard Rock! The hotel and casino are across the street within walking distance.

This was a great hotel, for the price and location. Small boutique hotel but very clean, affordable, and so convenient to hop over to the Hard rock for gambling and dining without having to break the bank! The city view room doesn’t really have the best view, and apparently it gets a little loud in the evening with the club rooftop. (We didn’t experience much noise aside from the humming of the AC unit). They have ear plugs in the room but they weren’t necessary thankfully. Definitely worth the money, will probably be back for another staycation! Highly recommend!!

I liked this hotel and enjoyed the ability to walk across the street to Seminole Hard Rock. The hotel is attractive and easy to access. Bit of a weird location being tucked behind a McDonalds, but once you are out on the street it’s easy to walk or drive. The breakfast is nice, omelets and more offered. The room was comfortable and clean. On the 4th floor I was able to hear the bass notes from the rooftop, but it did not bother me.

Great location if you have a car.....Central to Florida hotspots.....right next to Hard Rock Guitar hotel....walk over for a great time.

Perfect location for our hard rock concert, loved that there was a shuttle and breakfast in the morning. Only downfall was there was no food available until 1030pm by the pool. Would have been nice to have some snack options. All in all we will stay again

Overall our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, especially because of the convenient location for our visit to the hard rock casino for a concert. But there was three things that spoilt our experience, and they are as follows. The bar and restaurant was closed for the majority of our stay. The breakfast was awful, everything was cold, even the coffee. The 5 breakfast tables with 2 seats at each, are set up in the main lobby hallway, which is ridiculous, when you line up to get your food you are in everyone's way, people checking out, cleaning staff etc. On our second morning we went to McDonalds for breakfast, which is directly in front of the main hotel entrance, which seems a bit weird to say the least, you don't expect to see one directly in front of your hotel. And the final thing that really annoyed us was a $30 additional charge per person. When we questioned this the girl at the check out desk told us this was for the free shuttle??? the included breakfast??? and for the complimentary $20 coupon for food/drink at the bar/restaurant, which we never received, when I brought that up I was told that's because you checked in on Friday??? and we were not the only ones to complain about this. We wont be staying there again that's for sure, we felt ripped off.

DOLCE is where it’s at! Very much impressed with the beauty, exceptional staff, spacious room, and gorgeous views of the Guitar 😊 Felt like a VIP with the Benz Van that drops you off at the Hard Rock & picks you up on demand until 2am! Only minor complaint is that some of the breakfast items were stale. However, they offered fresh omelletes, bagels, coffee. Thank you DOLCE! I’ll be back soon ❤️

Amenities listed are wrong. Breakfast is until 10AM. Could not find a coffee shop. The last 2 days we did n't have room service. Also, we were told by the staff that the hotel was Kosher. No bacon, sausage. Very small area for breakfast. The only thing good at this hotel was the valet people. Hotel is horrible. Wanted to check out on 2nd day, but my husband wanted to stick it out. Also, I booked a private balcony and got the balcony for the floor.

The restaurant/bar at this propery is not open on Friday nights or during the day on Saturday. TV also didnt wirk.
