The Hotel is very nice . The views from the rooms are to die for . Huge bathrooms with tons of space . Fully stocked bar with all the drinks , liquors and snacks you could imagine. The restaurants are not very good at all . The Steak house was horrible and all I can say is they have lot of work to do . The 25th floor pool and bar is the best thing g about the Hotel . The young Bartenders and waitresses do a very good job making you feel special. Excellent valet service and overnight clerk does great job as well . Only complaint was the supposed fine dining on the property. I expected so much more from an upscale Hotel .

It was amazing! The amenities were 5 star. The heated pool really made the difference and the amazing fitness facility that had a sauna and steam bath! I got up early to enjoy everything.

Such an amazing experience, if you are in Dallas you need to stay at this hotel. The ambiance is incredible, they have several restaurants on site so you never have to leave. The gym is top of the line and the rooftop has the most amazing pool and bar. Every detail is accounted for you will be blown away. Stay at the SWEXAN

Don’t let the modest lobby fool you this hotel is all service! From the front desk to the valet’s we were taken care of at every turn. The rooms a spacious bathroom well appointed and the swimming pool is small but luxurious. Very walkable to American Airlines center and shopping at The Crescent Court. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed the bar on the ground floor, the speakeasy in the basement, and the pool area. The only issue is pulling out of the property. It forces you to go right, which is highly inconvenient. We had another slight inconvenience, but they did the right thing when they were made aware of it.

Lovely hotel…beautifully decorated lobby areas, restaurants and rooms. My room had a gorgeous view of downtown Dallas at night. Rooftop is super hip. Restaurants are delicious. Staff is very respectful and attentive. I was in town visiting my daughter and will stay again for my next visit! Cheers!

My stay was so nice I ended up extending my trip. Everyone is welcoming and makes sure you feel at home, specially housekeeping..they deserve 10 stars for I have not seen this level of greatness since five stat hotels in the 90s, this hotel truly reminded me of what I thought had been lost in hotels. My room was quiet, and everything was comfortable. Thank You and I will see you soon!!!!

Loved everything about the hotel/ beautiful rooms and lovely product in the bathrooms. Really well designed. Only issue is the walls are paper thin and the person next to me had a dog that barked a lot .

The customer service is bar none. For example, I mentioned in passing that I was running my first marathon as I was checking in. At turn down service I was provided a bowl of fruit, water, and two handwritten notes of encouragement. Following the race I received congratulations notes at turndown.
