The Element was a great hotel. The valets are super friendly and helpful as was the front desk staff. The room was spacious with a small kitchen, a bar for eating, and a sitting area. The bed was very comfortable with very cozy covers. The bathroom shower was roomy and had a powerful shower head. The free breakfast was delicious, and the pool and rooftop lounge area was very nice.

We liked there was a shuttle that could take us into downtown. Gym was good however should have been cooler as cardio equipment is in front of windows. There were only small towels by the pool for two days. These are minor deficiencies and overall the stay was excellent.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast pretty good. Customer service excelent. The only think I would say its that they do not have self parking in the hotel and the valet parking its expensive. In general the hotel is very good.

The property was great and had everything we needed. The valet service was prompt and efficient, which we really appreciated. However, our only complaint was the pool. The photos online were a bit misleading—it appeared much larger than it actually was. When more than five people were in the pool, there was barely any room to move. Our kids are water lovers and were really looking forward to a relaxing night swim after a long day, but were disappointed by how small and crowded the pool was.

Everything, staff were so nice, friendly and helpful, the breakfast was so nice and fresh, free shuttle service to the city centre or other areas. Bedroom was spacious and bed was so comfy. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location, the breakfast was fabulous The rooms were to a high standard They have a free shuttle bus, that drops you within a few miles of the hotel. The parking is the issue, as there is nowhere to park other than using the valet. Which isn’t cheap, it works out approx $42 a day with taxes and fees. So make sure you factor this in. Apart from that a wonderful hotel and location away from the bustle and noise of Downtown Nashville

We had a great stay. There was a little field that was super cute. Perfect to take the doggos. Awesome walking trails. Only complaint is that the pool is very small and located on the 2nd floor. Not on the rooftop like it seems to be pictured.

It was terrible. The room was obviously not cleaned. We were exhausted and slept there. We were really worried the sheets were not clean. The blinds were broken. Hair ties on floor that were not ours. Hair on bathroom floor and makeup in the cracks of the floor. Pink makeup. So gross. The comforter was so stained and im afraid it was just because it was not clean.

This is a beautiful, modern hotel. Unfortunately, our room was not clean--gross personal items were left in the closet and bathroom, the floors were obviously not swept, the mattress pad had a noticeable amount of hair strands on it, and a spilled mess had been left in the freezer. Extra linens for the fold-out bed were not in the room (neither were towels for our 3rd person), so when I went downstairs to ask for these, I mentioned the state of the room. The front desk staff was very friendly throughout our stay, and the particular employee I spoke with offered to have housekeeping return to the room, but we were tired after a day of driving and just wanted to go to bed. The TV in the living area would not connect to the cable TV channels, so was ultimately unusable; you could definitely hear the noise of the very nearby train and [from our room] a family at the pool, eating and swimming at 11:30pm (although the pool closes at 10). I was kind of shocked that at their breakfast, they offer shared jars of jellies and peanut butter, instead of individual packets, although the breakfast foods I had were good. If I hadn't experienced any of these issues, I'd be a returning customer, but after our one night there, I won't return and won't recommend.

Nice room. Great view. Very nice breakfast. Good AC. But the sofabed mattress was stained on top in several places and totally filthy underneath. We had to request our sheets to be sent up sent up from housekeeping and when we made the bed, we found it to be totally unacceptable. Our daughter had to close it back up and make up the top of the little sofa. The hotel staff keeps everything else nice but clearly does not check or clean or teplace the sofabed mattresses. Yuck.

This was my first stay at an Element Hotel, as I’ve been exploring alternatives to my usual go-to, the Residence Inn by Marriott, which I feel has declined in quality. Unfortunately, the Element didn’t meet my expectations either. While I appreciated the modern decor, there was noticeable wear and tear in both the hallways and my room. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the building and in my room, which reminded me of the same issue I’ve encountered recently at the Residence Inn. Most importantly, I found the overall cleanliness lacking, which made my stay uncomfortable.

Mybroom was not ready upon arrival and I arrived well after check in. Front desknstaff at this time was rude and sassy, very unprofessional head movements. Then upon checking into room, the room was dirty and not stocked with what is normally in the room. There was noticeable trash in the floor. I frequent this particular hotel. 2nd bad experience, unfortunately.

Great hotel! Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the shower water pressure, but that is likely by design considering the sustainability features of the hotel. I would 100% stay here again.

Loved our stay. Easy access to where we were going. Very clean and neat. Loved the patio area which we used nightly. The only issue we had was the bathroom sink had no water pressure and depending on when you took a shower, you could start out with great water pressure and even in the middle of the shower it could go to barely a drizzle from the shower head. We were on the 6th and top floor however that was disappointing during shower time.

Walls and floors are paper thin, can hear people walking above you and talking at a normal level next to you. Shuttle was nice, too bad it couldn’t take you to BNA airport. Jamell (sp?) was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Made me feel at ease as a solo traveler. Did not receive the correct room, should have had a sofa bed but instead had a small chair. At checkout I was told I should have asked for the sofa bed… doesn’t work like that. I paid for the sofa bed room! Clean hotel. Not much around unless you want to shuttle/uber everywhere.

The most important thing to me when staying at a hotel is cleanliness and Element hit the mark. I felt incredibly comfortable sitting in the chairs, sleeping in the bed, using the sinks. I appreciated having filtered water available to drink in my room. I even liked the shower - it was clean, wide, easy to use, and hot! Mostly, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk folks to those keeping the breakfast area clean & stocked, to the fantastic valet team, service is top-notch. A special shout-out to the valet team as I'm sure they might not get recognized much, but this team was professional, quick & efficient, and most of all, very friendly & welcoming. Each valet I interacted with was delightful. I will be recommending this hotel to our team for all our Nashville visits.

The property is beautiful with cute shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly however, valet parking was confusing and at times took a long time to retrieve the car. There is no self-parking option and you must valet (36.00) a night which adds up after a 7-day stay.

I honestly love this hotel, however, the lady that check us in this time was not pleasant, she looked me and my partner up and down. I had to greet her because she didn’t greet me. She then asked if I had been there before and I said yes, so she just gave me my key and sent me on my way. I was like, “um, could you remind me of the breakfast times, and where things are at, etc?” Her peer was so pleasant and kind to his guest, it made me feel not wanted for the first time.

Our stay at this hotel felt like a scam. We were told we had to valet or pay $55 to park across the street. We were charged 3x for one night of parking and then the valet company lost our car key. It took them 5 hours to find our key. They did not provide sheets or pillows for the pull out couch for 2.5 hours. We asked 4 times and received them at 10pm. We were overcharged by Marriott who told us to ask Hotels.com for a refund and hotels.com told us only Marriott could resolve the issue.

It was a great stay at a lovely location. The only downside is the mandatory Valet. It really should be optional as there are people who wouldn’t mind a short walk to their car. The breakfast was amazing! Probably one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Very close to Centennial Park (ten minute walk) and a short ride into Nashville.

The hotel itself is good. The room was very comfortable. The location is close to Vanderbilt and parks, so nice for walking; but limited dining options. It's quite a distance from Broadway, walkable (45 min) and they do have a shuttle with limited hours.

The area’s dining options are insanely expensive but it’s a cool part of town. Great launch pad for all things Nashville. There is a lot of construction so be prepared for the noise that accompanies that. Otherwise, it’s a great option.

Pros - -Great facilities at this hotel with clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. It was a relaxing environment to return to after a busy day, and the kitchenette in the room was useful. -Generally found the staff members to be very friendly and welcoming, -Location was peaceful with a great restaurant a couple of doors down (AVO) and ice cream shop and snack shop opposite. Minor Cons- -Location is a bit too far out from downtown if not driving but there is a bus stop right outside, and the hotel shuttle can be requested for short journeys. -Hotel was not the most helpful in accomodating a (not uncommon) dietary requirement on the breakfast front. On the whole, minor complaints, and would definintely return next time I visit Nashville.

Our stay at the Element was overall a pleasant one. Hotel rooms and common spaces were updated, clean and tidy. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed having the kitchen that was equipped with pretty much anything you would need to prepare a meal during your stay. The filtered water tap in the room was a great addition as well. The complimentary daily breakfast was a nice perk of staying here. The crew that ran the breakfast was very nice and accommodating. Just make sure you make it down in time for breakfast before they shut it down because they will literally cart everything away as you’re trying to grab something. We enjoyed their happy hour where your first glass of wine or beer are free. The bar food menu is limited to 5 items. The pizza and wings were surprisingly very good. The bar staff were super nice and we enjoyed our time chatting with them. The Element does provide a shuttle that will take you to a destination up to 3 miles during designated times. As for pick ups, one driver said he would pick us up and did while another driver said they don’t do that. So that seemed a bit unorganized.. There is a mini store with a few snacks and beverages for sale in the lobby. Very convenient but pricey. Valet is pricey at $38 a night. There are a few streets with homes across the way on Charlotte that you can park your car at if you don’t mind walking across the street. Our car was fine being parked over there during our stay. I would say the only part we were surpr
