Petit problème à l'arrivée car je n'avais pas reçu le code d'accès. Il a fallu que j'attende plus d'1h, le temps que le service client de Hôtels.com arrive à joindre les gérants. Le site annonce qu'il y a un parking hors ce n'est pas le cas. Plusieurs solutions s'offrent à nous. 1: se garer dans la rue gratuitement 2: 1 parking payant pour la journée (12€) 2: parking payant pour la nuit (12€) Vu l'état des parkings proposés (voitures abîmées/dépouillées ect...) nous avons préféré la garer dans la rue face à notre fenêtre de chambre (appartement) Appartement très propre, café thé et bouteilles d'eau offerts pour toute la famille. Très calme et confortable Les poubelles sont à sortir nous même le jour de notre départ (ou avant) . Ce n'est pas comme un hôtel classique.

Buena comunicación con el centro, coges el autobús 34 o 35 y la parada está a 10 minutos andando. El hotel es moderno y muy bonito, el apartamento que nos tocó era muy cómodo incluso para 4 personas. Además el edificio dispone de una terraza en la última planta en la que puedes cenar y pasar el rato que es muy agradable. Aparcar es fácil de encontrar plaza, es en la calle pero es gratis. Estuvimos super agusto.
Buena comunicación con el centro, coges el autobús 34 o 35 y la parada está a 10 minutos andando. El hotel es moderno y muy bonito, el apartamento que nos tocó era muy cómodo incluso para 4 personas. Check in was inconvenient as there is no reception, and the check in machine has a bug that I filled out info twice before it gave me the room key. The unit is clean and modern, albeit tiny. There is no condiments or cooking oil if you are planning to use the kitchen. It is good for single or double occupancy but too small for a family.

El sofá cama es muy duro. No se puede dar un alojamiento para cuatro cuando dos van a dormir en un sofá muy mejorable. Además el ruido del aire acondicionado y del ascensor durante toda la noche fue constante. La limpieza muy bien y la ubicación buena aunque los alrededores normales.

Very nice property but such a noisy location plus hear everyone else in other apartments. Loved the layout overall. Curtains too short in bedroom and falling off. Advertise the fact the tiles in bathroom are designer but other itemw seemed tatty and cheap. Great for links to metro tho and car was safe. Great distance for coffee in morning

Good hotel for our family stay. 10 min walk to metro and then 30 mins on metro to zoo and city centre. Hotel is clean and modern and digital check in works well. Room was spacious enough with modern shower, TV and kitchen area. Only negative was we were not told about pre booking parking so arrived to no spaces and had to park in more expensive parking a few streets over. General area is a ok and supermarket is 5 mins walk

We loved it. Clean rooms with great wifi. There’s a small kitchen area in the room with a nespresso machine. The surrounding area is suburbian but with nice cafes and restaurants. The subway is a five minute walk and then you’re downtown Madrid 15 minutes later.

El alojamiento está muy bien, y facilita mucho el hecho de poder hacer el check-in de manera automática. El pero que le pongo es que no hay nadie en recepción que pueda resolverte dudas al instante; la máquina del café se nos tragó el dinero y no pudimos reclamarle a nadie.

The hotel is very nice and modern. It was comfortable and clean. It was conveniently located a short distance from a Metro station. Entrance was via a door code given to you earlier in the day and a code was provided to acquire the room key from a machine. You’re required to authorize 100 euros on your credit card as a deposit against any damage to the room. No money was actually withdrawn from my account. They had lockers to store luggage if needed that required a coin, which was returned when you opened it with the key. Fortunately when we checked in there was someone at the desk to help me in my jet-lagged state to get the room key and deal with the luggage lockers. The two employees we dealt with were very helpful, but often there was no one there.

Cielo Madrid studios is a 3 star choice. The reception hours are limited so if you get there after hours, the staff will give you a code for the door. It is then up to you to electronically check in and be given your room card. We were initially confused about the process but then found the language tab to get the English version. We stayed 3 days and did not get room service. Would have been nice to get a change of towel. Not sure if this was a point we missed with having to put a sign on the door to do so but couldn’t find anything in the room. The rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom small but functional albeit the fan that continually turned on when you moved. This is not an upmarket area of Madrid. It is marketed as the SOHO of Madrid. We found some gorgeous places to eat about 5 mins away which weren’t the Hungry Jacks or commercial choices. Really good food with attentive staff.

It is a very modern hotel in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We really liked it. The second bathroom was definitely a bonus for us. The communication could have been better but that in no way takes away from our stay. The receptionist is also one of the housekeepers and so if you arrive before check-in you will need to ring the bell to get in. Our email stated that we would receive check in codes 24 hours prior to check-in time but we received them after check-in time. However, there are lockers on site to store your luggage if you arrive too early. Just know that they cost a refundable 1Euro. It was a holiday and banks were closed so we had a time trying to get coins. We finally used our card at the ATM, which charged an exorbitant price and then bought something from the corner store. We would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel for our family stay. 10 min walk to metro and then 30 mins on metro to zoo and city centre. Hotel is clean and modern and digital check in works well. Room was spacious enough with modern shower, TV and kitchen area. Only negative was we were not told about pre booking parking so arrived to no spaces and had to park in more expensive parking a few streets over. General area is a ok and supermarket is 5 mins walk

Buena comunicación con el centro, coges el autobús 34 o 35 y la parada está a 10 minutos andando. El hotel es moderno y muy bonito, el apartamento que nos tocó era muy cómodo incluso para 4 personas. Además el edificio dispone de una terraza en la última planta en la que puedes cenar y pasar el rato que es muy agradable. Aparcar es fácil de encontrar plaza, es en la calle pero es gratis. Estuvimos super agusto.

We loved it. Clean rooms with great wifi. There’s a small kitchen area in the room with a nespresso machine. The surrounding area is suburbian but with nice cafes and restaurants. The subway is a five minute walk and then you’re downtown Madrid 15 minutes later.

For those of you who want a room in the center of it all, this is not the place for you, but it was perfect for us because we like living among the locals and o not mind a short subway ride. I highly recommend CIELO Madrid Studios. The hotel is in a local blue-collar neighborhood with a terrific selection of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, barbershops, nail salons and friendly people. We stayed in the Cuzco room which comes with a kitchenette, ample closet space, a microwave, safe (albeit tiny) couch and comfortable bed. The only correction I would add is better check-in communication. We did NOT receive instructions twenty-four hours in advance as advertised and that made us uneasy. We were lucky enough to be allowed in by a guest and during our six-hour wait was able to use the rear area to work and relax as that area had desks, a bathroom and storage lockers. The hotel is absolutely stringent about prohibiting early check-ins so when we left early we made a point of communicating that we left at 7:00 am and recommended that our room be cleaned first so as to allow an early check-in for a subsequent guest. The hotel should consider allowing early arriving guests entrance to the first floor while they are waiting. All that said, this hotel will be first on our list for our future flights to Madrid.

It is a little bit far from downtown and in an average community. A lot of smell of garbage all around the street. Not far for a grocery store and subway station 45 min to the train station and about same for the air port. Easy acces. I feel secure staying there.

El alojamiento está muy bien, y facilita mucho el hecho de poder hacer el check-in de manera automática. El pero que le pongo es que no hay nadie en recepción que pueda resolverte dudas al instante; la máquina del café se nos tragó el dinero y no pudimos reclamarle a nadie.

Nos gustó mucho, el alojamiento estaba limpio, ordenado, nos dejaron café, té, manzanilla, azúcar. Hay platos, cubiertos, vasos y hasta copas. El frigo limpio, el microondas igual, para una estancia corta va genial. No escuchamos nada de bulla, confortables las camas. Volvería sin problemas.

Las facilidades son muy buenas y cómodas. La persona responsable en las facilidades fue muy amable y atenta. Recomendamos que en la ducha de la habitación A2 se coloque algo que contenga el agua de la ducha ya que. Se moja mucho el piso del cuarto.

Cielo Madrid studios is a 3 star choice. The reception hours are limited so if you get there after hours, the staff will give you a code for the door. It is then up to you to electronically check in and be given your room card. We were initially confused about the process but then found the language tab to get the English version. We stayed 3 days and did not get room service. Would have been nice to get a change of towel. Not sure if this was a point we missed with having to put a sign on the door to do so but couldn’t find anything in the room. The rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom small but functional albeit the fan that continually turned on when you moved. This is not an upmarket area of Madrid. It is marketed as the SOHO of Madrid. We found some gorgeous places to eat about 5 mins away which weren’t the Hungry Jacks or commercial choices. Really good food with attentive staff.

The room was very clean and modern, WiFi worked great, air conditioning/heat was perfect, it has a very nice shower (with shampoo and body wash), and the unit had many amenities like a nice kitchenette stocked with all the necessities (such as a Nespresso machine and capsules, and a hair dryer). The room layout was a little cramped and oddly shaped, but it was comfortable. It was pretty quiet aside from some street noise and some other guests I could hear from time to time, and when the cleaning staff was doing the other rooms they were a little loud. They even came into my room on accident but were very nice about it. The building felt safe (although there wasn't a safe/lockbox in the room that I found). You need a code to get in the building and a key to go up the elevator. The neighborhood felt a little iffy for me when I arrived alone at night, but I didn't have any negative experiences. There are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check in was slightly inconvenient- you have to type in one number to get in the building and then another to check in at a machine to get a key. I loved the rooftop during the day and at night - lots of chairs and tables up there (views aren't anything special but there's nice decor). Not sure I'd stay again but it is very convenient if you're going to a concert and it was only 20-30 by taxi to the airport (or about an hour by bus/metro). The metro into central Madrid took about 40 minutes and felt safe and generally convenient.
