Great hotel, walking distance to food, and State St. Not sure where else to park but in valet, at $30/night. Or walk a couple blocks with your luggage. Shower head had good water pressure, i know this can be a problem for me with thick hair, so i like to review it. Rooms are nice!

Also irritating that they insisted on valet parking for an extra $35 a night, plus tips, when the lot is right beside the hotel and easy to get into and out of. Soundproofing of rooms was also not great, and they had added a white noise machine to compensate

Our room was lovely, clean, great air-conditioning, beautifully decorated, A small hotel no pool or gym. Limited choices at the cafe. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to State street and if you can walk, close to the pier. We drove there and enjoyed dinner at the pier.

Shower leaked into the bathroom, rooms were paper thin and very loud, they had water damage near the stairwell, no true restaurant. Staff was super friendly and nice, hotel location is very convenient to everything. Overall coat was pricey for what the actual hotel property was. Without the staff and location, I would not have stayed

Came here for two nights in January with the wife and newborn. Great location (half block from State street), reasonably priced, friendly staff, and clean room. Also offer free day passes to a fitness center a few blocks away. Would stay here again!

Cute boutique hotel with friendly staff but the rooms are sooooo tiny and overall wet and moldy. Bathroom had mold in all the corners and in the shower and the room had condensation on all surfaces. The room had a funky smell and was damp. The towels never dried- shower water spilled onto the floor. We had family staying there too and their room was the same. For the price, very much not worth it. Staff was nice but doesn’t make up for damp moldy rooms.

Cute hotel our room was nice it was on the smaller side though but the bathroom was a decent size. It’s located in a great location! Walking distance to many restaurants/bars and shops. Valet is $30 a night if you can’t find street parking. Our room was also ground level and we heard everyone walking by and talking the walls are also paper thin you can hear everything in the hotel. I kept waking up to noises all night. The pillows were also flat & to end the trip we had an employee accidentally come into our room (the wrong room) at 7:30 am he didn’t even bother knocking just used a key and opened our door luckily I had just gotten dressed. All I got was a “sorry we went to the wrong room” when I told the front desk. I’ve never had that happen in the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed in. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Hotel is nice and very close to state street. My only complaint is the walls are very thin and the neighbors above me were running back and fourth and it sounded like people were dropping weights in a gym. If you’re going to stay here ask for the highest level. I called to complain at 1:30am but the noise continued till 2:30am

Cute hotel our room was nice it was on the smaller side though but the bathroom was a decent size. It’s located in a great location! Walking distance to many restaurants/bars and shops. Valet is $30 a night if you can’t find street parking. Our room was also ground level and we heard everyone walking by and talking the walls are also paper thin you can hear everything in the hotel. I kept waking up to noises all night. The pillows were also flat & to end the trip we had an employee accidentally come into our room (the wrong room) at 7:30 am he didn’t even bother knocking just used a key and opened our door luckily I had just gotten dressed. All I got was a “sorry we went to the wrong room” when I told the front desk. I’ve never had that happen in the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed in. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Virginia Santa Barbara, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The location was fantastic, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room was cozy, and I absolutely LOVED the bathroom—it was a standout feature! The only downside was that the front desk could have been more responsive. Overall, a great stay, and I’d consider returning.

I have stayed in several areas in SB but this time I wanted to experience the walkable downtown area. The location of the hotel is great-Comfortable bed but the heater was very loud. The front desk manager was not pleasant AT ALL. She seemed to be bothered and wasn’t very nice.

We had stayed at this hotel before and absolutely loved it as we were in the main building. I had called ahead at about 2:30 to see if an earlier check in was possible and then we would go straight to the hotel, but the person who I spoke to on the phone wouldn’t tell me if the room was available. She kept saying that she didn’t know if it would be available when we arrived and to just come to the hotel and check. I explained that it was fine if it wasn’t ready yet and we could go elsewhere before checking in, but just wanted to drop off our stuff if it was ready and she seemed frustrated by my question. She later said it wasn’t ready yet, which was fine, so we went and met up with family and came to check into the hotel after 4 pm. We were placed in a street-level room that was off to the side of the entrance. Although the room itself was clean and fine, it was extremely noisy with all of the cars and pedestrian street traffic (due to 4th of July). I think if we hadn’t stayed there before (as we were previously on the second floor of the main building), then the noise would’ve been less annoying, but because we had such a lovely stay the first time and the noise difference was significant then the experience was a bit disappointing. That being said, the room itself was lovely!

Very cute hotel with nice rooms and beds and in a great location. You can walk anywhere in a short time. Our first night we had some noise issues, cause room was close to elevators. We talked to receptionist next morning and we could move into another room with no noise interruption. That was excellent service. I recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms and bathrooms. Location is good, close to restaurants and shops in State street and walking distance to the beach. A nice terrace for common use in the second floor. We didn’t have any meals in the hotel but they did sell some breakfast items.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und super gelegen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und so wie auf den Bildern. Es war sehr gut eingerichtet und das Bett klasse. Das Frühstück fand ich etwas zu teuer aber ansonsten hat alles passt. Würde gerne wieder hingehen!
