Everything was up to standard. The hotel was clean, it was safe and quiet. There is a collection of manga that you can read in the lobby. If the owners are reading this please add BLEACH manga to the collection :)

Check was easy! Also I appreciate the bag storage! That was a life saver when I arrived in town a bit early . I was able to go out and explore until check in time. Laundry was also available onsite. Enjoyed my stay. Would book again if I decide to come back again

チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預けが車の立体駐車場みたいな感じで効率的、交通系ICカードで簡単にできるのが便利でした。ロッカーは数が少ないのですぐにいっぱいでした。設備はミニマムですが、必要なものは大体揃ってます。また人気の漫画が貸出されててたくさん読めます。

Once in the room, we found the floor had not been properly cleaned (debris, food residue on the carpet). The hotel responded quickly to have the floor cleaned. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet, nice view of Nara from the top floor. Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous, and despite no front desk staff, someone was available when needed. Breakfast was tasty with selections from Japanese and western cuisine, just not as extensive as other hotels we stayed in throughout Japan. The hotel is literally a few minutes from Nara Station making it a very convenient location to Nara Park, temples, gardens, restaurants and shopping, either on foot or by bus or train.

Our view out of the window was a wall in around 1-2m distance. The carpet was quite dirty and at the ceiling was something that looked like a survialance camera from Panasonic. We asked to leave the hotel earlier but there was no response at all to our repeated question in the app (there is no personal at the lobby - fully automated). So we sticked to the hotel. On the bright side - it is close to the park.

The location is fantastic and the room was really spacious (we booked a family room). We came by car and there was a big parking nearby. Breakfast was limited but it was good. The only bad point was that the carpet in the room was dirty, there was some stain and big lump of hair.

この価格帯のホテルとしては、客室は十分な広さがあったと思う。残念な点が2点。一つは収納スペースが全くないこと。部屋の空間スペースとの兼ね合いだとは思うが、収納が全くないと1泊なら我慢もできるが、複数伯の場合はやはり不便だ。二つ目は（これはとても許しがたい！）ベッドのヘッドボード（照明が埋め込まれている）上のカーテンで隠れる部分に使用済みのティッシュペーパーが丸めて放置してあったこと！カーテンで隠れていて気が付きにくい部分ではあるが、ルームクリーニングの質が悪いと言わざるを得ない。

We had the 4 twin bed room. It has its own bathroom, shower room, and a large U-shaped lounge area. Overall the room was fantastic, spacious and clean. The location was great too, close to (one of the two) train station and the start of the Nara park. Would definitely stay there again

Good basic hotel room. The location is great, close to the train station. I really didn't like the check-in process. There are NO people - just a stupid projection of a ninja or a T-Rex that bark at you in Japanese. It's totally automated. I'm not sure if you could do a walk-in with out a reservation.

The location was good, it located near to Nara Station and the attractions. All services provided were automatic. We checked in, checked out, stored our luggage all by ourselves. I have called the hotline via the phone in the reception to inquire about luggage storage and the staff quickly answered my call.

Check in was a bit problematic as the checking card readers would not accept my credit card but there is a phone on the desk to summon staff who turned up within a minute to rectify the problem. The room was a bit tight but we managed and had a very enjoyable 4 days stay. The hotel does offer a breakfast which we also enjoyed. We found that we were only ten minutes walk to the nearby shopping precinct and al 20 minutes walk to Nara Park and the Bowing Deers. Overall we had a very good time.

チェックインなどのフロント業務は全てタッチ画面で行いますが、とても簡単でした。滞在前後の荷物預かりも機械式で、こちらも説明の必要が無いほど簡単。朝食はレストランから部屋への持ち帰りも出来、自分のペースで滞在出来たのが良かったです。近鉄奈良駅からも歩いてすぐ、近くに商店街もあって買い物や食事の選択肢が多いのも良かったです。

This is a wonderful hotel for a sight-seeing stay in Nara! The location is perfect and close to all main attractions. The restaurant on the ground floor also provided the best hotel breakfast we had while in Japan. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Nara.

距離近鐡車站幾分鐘路程, 3點前可以先自助寄存行李, 房間有足夠空間, 曾經需要借用熨斗都可以很容易找到職員! 很滿意!, 下次去奈良會再入住! 唯早餐食品種類不多, 不建議加購早餐!
