There just needs to be water in the workout space, and lobby areas. There just wasn’t an easy way to fill up water bottles. As well, the WiFi wasn’t working in the workout room or the TVs in that space. They ran out of breakfast on one of the mornings we were there. We appreciated the kind staff, it was clean and quiet.

Underground parking and secured elevators were nice. Beds were great! Service in the breakfast was mediocre. Breakfast bar was not stocked very well. Had to ask for forks. Good location to where we wanted to go. Although it was odd having houses across the street

Never again. Hotel was ok but the parking is awful. Our car and 4 others had windows smashed and packages stolen. No cameras. Manager was helpful but seems like it happens often as she readily had tape & plastic to cover up missing window.

I chose this hotel because it was new and had a nice gym. There was no air-conditioning in the gym and no cold water. The lightbulbs in the room were absolutely awful with a very bluish unfriendly feeling.

the best part was checkin. i was able to get in early and the top floor request was honored. The woman at the front desk was amazing. the hotel itself was in good shape. the room was fine, a few rogue hairs around. the hot tub was out of order which is my biggest disappointment. the brekkie was fine. the tea selection was nice. so while not amazing, it was a very good stay.

We went to Oregon for a stressful situation and I told my family I would get a room so we can relax, maybe soak in a hot tub and get some zen back. The hot tub was not working, their was turds in the pool. They had no feminine hygiene products (in case of an emergency) . The room was freezing: There were no pool towels, the pool bathroom was a mess.

Everything would have been 5 stars if the hot tub was working and we had breakfast. One of the perks of the room is the breakfast you offer and this morning at 7 am (when breakfast starts at 6) nothing was done and took 45 mins for one pan of uncooked potatoes to come out.. kind of ridiculous.

Most chaotic check-in I have ever experienced. Card keys were not working at the time of our check-in. I felt badly for the guy working at the front desk. He was obviously frazzled and gave his resignation before the end of the night. We had to download the app to use our phones to unlock the door to our room. The other option was to have frazzled front desk guy walk us up and unlock it himself. Spent 20 minutes setting app up with front desk, go up to room and door still does not unlock. Dude had to come unlock it for us anyway. Room seemed reasonably clean. Slept fine. Came home with what appear to be bedbug bites. Ten or so. Thanks for a great experience Hampton Inn. Won't be staying again.

The staff was nice. There was makeup all over our hotel room. The bathroom light switch was covered in lipstick and same with the peep hole on the door, which the cover had been bent to stay open. Make up sponges were left on the floor under the sink area and it looked as though the room hadn’t been vacuumed. The breakfast was not good. We saw a woman acting very strange outside the building in front of the breakfast window. We could only assume it was due to drugs or mental condition. Gave us the feel it was not a great neighborhood.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom didn’t look as clean: the shower had hair on the floor, the mirror had splashes on it, the sheets were very loose with wrinkles which made me wonder if they were even changed. The breakfast was ok but the use of paper plates and plastic utensils didn’t meet the eco friendly status.

There was human feces on the wall in a bathroom, hair and dirt and corn on the floor in the bathroom and closet. We requested adjoining rooms which we did get. They moved us to new rooms which was still dirty with hair and dirt and stuff on the carpet but were not adjoining. A gentleman named Cameron went way above and beyond to take care of us! He went around until he found us adjoining rooms and helped us move and really went to bat for us with the administration but didn’t get anywhere trying to compensate us. The woman named Solar said they didn’t have adjoining rooms at all and wasn’t about to try and help us with compensation. She said”We moved you to new rooms that’s all we can do.” With a snotty attitude. When we took the towels with bugs to her she just grabbed them and gave us new towels. No I’m so sorry, nothing. Not a word. As I am sitting here we heard a crash in the bathroom and one of the mounted bottles of soap or shampoo in the shower fell off the wall! I will get and we have more pictures if you want.

The hotel serves its purpose, however location is less than desirable in that the residential homes an apartments surrounding the hotel were not well kept. Bathroom floor could use a good scrub. Other than those things it was just okay.

Was OK. Cleanliness was the big issue, there were dust cobwebs in the corners of our room, and they were perpetually out of towels. However, the staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful aa they were able. Locations is pretty nice, within walking distance of several restaurants.

Check in should have been smoother. The key card didn’t work initially. Also, the bathroom shower door didn’t stay closed. Lastly, there wasn’t much of a fruit selection at breakfast and the juice machine was not working with no other options except milk, water and coffee.

Tracy was great at taking care of a situation when checking into my original room. She was quick to upgrade my room and went above and beyond. However Rm# 437 is incredibly loud inside the room from what I assume is the hvac system. It sounds like a train is outside the room.

My wife and I had a fairly good experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Tigard. The premises are clean, the associate at the counter was very friendly and made the check-in was fast. The room was clean and cozy. Love the bathroom but not a fan of the barn door. We both loved the coffee, but the only issue with me was that the breakfast on our first morning was a little cold.

Did not have a room as I booked, look like a system error. I booked 2-queen room but the hotel assigned me a 1-king. Because the hotel is fully booked, not even possible to change at hotel. Hotel is clean, staffs are helpful. They tried to help out btw.

Very disappointing to see lobby construction with no note of apology or "coming soon" announcement. Construction debris was stacked by the outside entrance. Fortunately Lisa at the front desk gave her usual welcome.

Nice common area and pantry (if you can find someone to ring your desired purchases). Otherwise, average Hampton. Thin walls, understaffed, underwhelming. Staff was very nice, but I surmise they need more help. I’ve found other area options that offer a more comfortable and hospitable stay, at a lower price. Please double check with front desk staff (likely the only staff working) if you booked an ADA accesible room to ensure it suits your needs. I was a Hilton honors diamond member for years, but this might be the end of our decades old love affair.

The staff provided excellent custom service. The building inside and out was very clean and well maintained. The room felt cozy and was very clean. Breakfast was both tasty and filling. The entire experience was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel itself was very good. Our check in process was not. We arrived very late due to flight delays and, even though we called the hotel 3 times to alert them of our late arrival, no one was there to check us in when we arrived. We waited more than an hour to find someone to check us into a room.

Arrived later in the evening & tired from being on the road all day. Customer service was not at her desk; two other guests also waiting. Upon return, she began to assist me but then started talking to another guest half way thru & on the phone. Not professional. Not great first impression. Did not give any info until I asked (& I had to ask where's the elevator; breakfast & pool hours & wifi). Hotel is in residential area; close to the 5 fwy. Clean & new. Small parking; not enough to accommodate summer high traveling. Breakfast is average.

The breakfast was open 7:00 - 10:00; however, when we arrived at 9:30 am, there was hardly anything but waffles and cereal left. My daughter and I got the last small scoops of potatoes, and the eggs were gone. There were no meats. I am vegetarian; however, the only fruit was whole apples, and there were no vegetables. Only white and wheat bread with no bagels or variety of muffins or pastries. For such a nice hotel, I would've expected a much more robust breakfast buffet including a variety of fruits and vegetables for the healthy-conscious eater.
