Beautiful hotel. We loved the stay. The check-in was easy and the staff were very welcoming The rooms were spacious and very new. Even the bathrooms were spacious. The property itself is very nice with a decent sized pool, free laundromat and a gaming room. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Everything was fresh and delicious. The location was great as well. Lots of options for grocery and eating around. All in all, I would come back again, and certainly recommend the hotel.

Excellent clean, new hotel. Staff very welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. Convenient location. Exercise equipment up to date and maintained. The bar menu in the evening very good. Evening staff enjoyable, friendly, entertaining, helpful. One does not need to even leave the property to have an enjoyable visit.

Brand new, super clean facility. Outdoor barbeque and fireplace terrace, and complimentary 24hr coffee / drink station, 24hr use of the guest laundry room (with many brand new washers & dryers so no wait time), game and fitness rooms were bonus. All the other usual nice-to-haves were medium sized pool (great hours 7am-11pm), morning breakfast room, large open lobby area that winds into a comfy extended bar / restaurant space with large TVs and lots of comfy places to sit and chat - the place was hopping when I was there (a regular Wed night in mid September, so imagine it would be even more upbeat at other times of the year). Friendly staff, super room (King suite), quick check in/ out and convenient parking rounded out our great stay!

Cleanliness is exceptional. Staff is professional, friendly amd warm. full breakfast is of good quality - having mixed berries as part of breakfast is a plus. Common facilities are also great, especially free laundry machines for guest use. The one thing that would be really great to add in the future is a sauna and hot tub - that would bring it from a 9 to a 10 (out of 10).

Unexpected quality stay. Very nice facility tied to Staybridge in behind, share common lounge and amenities areas. Start with the cons which are few .... beds very firm, no microwave in brekkie area, pool a little small, no hot tub. Pros plentiful .... modern appealing decor. Lounge is very well done, tvs, eating areas, bar, light eats. Games room. Complimentary coffee. Plenty of food and variety for brekkie. Hot brekkie bacon, sausage, egg cheese crepes, excellent berries and fruit selection. Highly recommend the fish fillets at Wismers bar nearby.

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s usually great. However, this stay our room had a terrible strobe light located that was constant with the lights out that was on the in room fire alarm. Very much affected our rest and sleep quality.

The location is still close to the beach , the hotel is very clean modern and spacious room, the linen and everything was in good shape and working . The automatic blackout and sheer was a plus . The bathroom was outstanding , big and all the supplies were nice . I will come back anytime .

Great new place to stay while in Port Elgin. The common areas were generous and well laid out . The added bonus was great views of the famous Lake Huron sunsets from our room facing towards the lake. Breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything is great, except the one lady at the front desk. At check in I didn't experience the warm welcoming approach you usually find in hotels, and more like grocery store checkout. There was 5 of us ,so we needed 2 more towels, when I called the front desk, the same lady said come down here and get them. I've never experienced that in a hotel before. Beside that one staff member, Everything is else was excellent.

Staff is superb! Rooms are kept spotless! Complimentary coffee/teas in lobby area are appreciated after a long drive. Plenty of chairs and tables in lobby area to meet with family and friends at the end of the day to relax and unwind. Will definitely return!

Fantastic location, just a 5-minute drive to the beach, with restaurants and grocery stores close by. The heated pool was a lovely bonus, and the rooms were clean. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Breakfast was good. Overall, the experience felt more like a 4-star hotel. Would definitely stay here again!.

I didn't like the location. At the moment there isn't any restaurants that you can walk to from the hotel you have to drive down to port Elgins main street or to the next town South Hampton. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant of its own only a bar with bar food. Every other aspect of the stay was great.

Great place to stay , my teens enjoyed game room, played few rounds of billiards. The breakfast is incredible, beautiful fresh fruit salad , waffles, eggs, cereal and much more. Definitely will be back when next time in the area.

Good for a cookie cutter hotel. Front staff was very friendly but staff during breakfast were a bit bothered to help out. Maybe it was an off day. Clean rooms and for the most part, clean bathrooms. We needed an extra set of towels (4 guests, 3 sets of towels) and called for an extra set. We were told that we’d have to come pick it up if we wanted anymore which I found was inconvenient especially for the high price point of such a basic hotel. The area is also very quiet at night. Even the nearby neighbourhood of SouthHampton was a ghost town.
