Hotel is right on the Mississippi River. Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and patio area. Room was clean. Only negative is the parking was terrible because the hotel shares the lot with the Casino.

The casino tied to the hotel makes it very smoky in the lobby of the hotel very loud just not a place to stay if you're overnight traveling if you're going to gamble go great place cheap. Safe

The room was nice but access to the patio was locked all the time, there is no gym and the parking is something on friday and Saturday. Hotel patrons should have there own parking area, the walk is something.

The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had a coffee maker. That was nice. There was a microwave in the lobby that we used. It was clean too. Bed was nice. Good pillows. We were on the main floor. Would of had to go through the main lobby to get to the pool. No access from our room. Cigarette smoking is allowed in the casino. Drinks in the casino were free. Liked the music from DJ 2 Tall. Impressed with the quality of the sound system in the casino. Nice little town. Would go back.

My room wasn’t well cleaned and the facilities need some serious love. My floor had debris on it on the bathroom and main room. The sink clogged, and had stains around the counter. My bedsheets appeared clean, but were visibly stained.

Property conveniently located. Room was roomy and nice but could use some additional cleaning such as dusting. Base boards, tv stand, air filter vents, night stand very dusty. Floor was dusty as well I dusted them with my socks.

The room was updated with LVP flooring. The jacuzzi and bathtub were filthy. It was noisy and some pipes that rattled all night long. We have no desire to stay again.

Room was very clean, excellent check in customer service, rooms temperature was great, and casino a bonus. After the previous not so great hotel experience, this made our trip so much better! Onsite restaurant had great food also, so we did not have to drive anywhere upon checking in . The view of the Mississippi River was amazing! This will definitely be our stopping point on our next trip from Florida to Texas.

So disappointed by black funk in tub, even on ironing board (hello, first impressions?), and what looked like food or puke chunks on the bathroom wall and door nearest the itty-bitty trash can. It just grossed me out and I knew I couldn't shower there. Restaurant reviews were scary so I ended up getting back in the car, in the rain, to find a driver thru. In the morning I just wanted a cup of coffee and to get on the road. The in room coffe was HORRIBLE. The lobby was passable. Not a coffee snob, I don't do starbucks, but Cops wouldn't drink that. I opted not for Riverview/Pool in case kids were enjoying their vacay out there, so instead I had a parking lot view ... and I could hear every announcement the casino made all night, All in all NOT a nightmare, if that's what $90 get us these days- at least I was safe. I do want to say the staff were WONDERFUL. Common areas were clean.

I paid for a Waterview room; the staff attempted to give me a different room than I paid for. ALL OF THE ROOMS were DIRTY. the floors, tub, sheets, pillows were ALL dirty hair on the towels, in the beds and in the tubs. This was a terrible stay! I had to change rooms several times. Bed sagging

Would not recommend staying here. The WiFi is terrible. When we asked the staff about it, response was “we know, sorry”. Our room was on the first floor, where we could hear everything in the lobby. We decided to sit on the patio to watch the sunset, but it is next to the pool. The toilet was loose. It was not a good experience.

Great balcony view. The hotel is nice. Didn't have any problems. It was missing some basic amenities that are standard. Didn't have a closet, clothes hangers, hand lotion or hair conditioner. I would stay there again.

Check-in was easy but person wasn't very welcoming. The room was near the elevators and it sounded like someone was rolling something super heavy back and forth above us all night long. The mini fridge would shake and make rattle noises all night. The beds sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress very good, exposing the bare mattress and it made wobbly noises and clanks when you got on the bed. Not the ideal place to book if you need a good night sleep.

The hotel was updated and clean and was a good option for an overnight stay on our road trip. The heat didn’t seem to be working properly in our room, so it was a bit cooler sleeping than we would have liked but not terrible. The shower was very “short” Fine for me (5’1”), but the water hit my husband in the chest, he’s 6’1”. All in all, I would recommend it, especially for the price we paid. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was quick and seamless and staff was friendly. Room was nice -spacious and updated like the pics EXCEPT the bathroom. No pics of it because it’s not updated. Decently clean but I did find random hairs in the bathroom which wasn’t pleasant. And lots of noise. I could hear my neighbor snore. People coming and going late and doors are loud. Overall for a quick overnight stay it was what I needed but I wouldn’t choose for a long week.

The hotel was very nice, clean, well maintained. The view from the balcony was wonderful. However, there was no closet to hang clothes. And navigating to the parking lot was kind of challenging. Overall, a very pleasant getaway.

Ethel at the front desk was very helpful. We told her we were passing through to see the eclipse in Little Rock and she went above and beyond to print out the eclipse times. She had it out under our door with a sweet note wishing us a “totally” great time.

I made reservation in July to make sure we could get 2 rooms side by side with River view and also called casino hotel in August to make sure reservations would be as requested. When we checked in the desk clerk said he would have to put us on two diffferent floors and I tried to explain that we wanted them side by side. He was not customer service oriented at all and was very rude. He then told us he could give us two rooms on the first floor but did not know the rooms were on opposite ends of the building. When I called Expedia, Joe was very courteous and transferred me to customer service rep who said they would have to call the hotel to see what went wrong. They called me back to say they couldn’t reach anyone at hotel . I ask that she send my complaint to upper management for a better resolution and that I would not be using Expedia again.

Huge room at a great price during a weekday. Heater kicked off within seconds, so check yours out quickly. Plenty of free parking available. We are not gamblers, so didn't even visit the casino, but did make the 5 minute drive into downtown. I would not hesitate to stay here again

We went in and looked at the two dining choices in the building adjacent to the hotel. Menu prices average; heavy smoke and loud atmosphere so bad that we went off property for dinner

Our room was gorgeous! We had a balcony room that looked over the Mississippi so we could watch the ships going up and down the river. And then the best part was that the bathroom had a jacuzzi in it that was made for 2. What a treat for my husband and myself! The beds were very comfy. We slept great! The food at the restaurant was delicious as well! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! **FYI** The hotel is smoke free but the casino is not so you may want to take that into consideration. The elevator and common areas did smell like smoke because of this.

The room was spacious with a great view over the Mississippi River. The reception desk was fine and helpful. The in-house dining was atrocious and as the property was way out of town it required a three mile drive to find food.

Always a great place. But we went straight to the restaurant at 9:45 and they were already closed. . Supposed to close at 10:00. Had to get back in the car and drive to Waffle House.
