Went for a mini vacay trip for my birthday. Spent just 1 night but it was such an awesome experience. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was nice and clean. Staff was sweet and jorge kept the all inclusive breakfast area clean and there was a wide variety of breakfast options! Close to reataurants, downtown venice and the beach! This place is a must!

No pool towels, family had to use room towels. I asked for extra room towels, they only gave me 1. Walls are super thin, you hear everything. Tv needs an update, only local tv. No netflix, disneyplus etc. The receptionist was nice, but constantly kept reminding us of the rules which was pretty annoying since were adults, not children. Breakfast was ok. Location is great.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Same items every day though. Outdoor pool was nice but we couldn't use it. Our trip was in mid-November. Staff stated pool was heated but the water was very cold. Couldn't even put our feet in it was so cold. We had a 5 night stay and kiddos wanted to swim!

Frande, who did our check in, was fast, friendly and and made the process easy. We were going to the beach and Holly at the front desk offered us free chairs and other items for the day. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to beaches, resterraunts and other things of interest. The parking was convenient and on the property. The breakfast was good, lots of variety. Overall, the whole staff was very welcoming.

Been a while since I had a nice stay at a reasonable priced hotel. Staff was able to give me an early check in (about 1 1/2 hour) pool was nice. Breakfast was better than most for the included in price. Staff friendly greating and departure. Will be back to this location again!

The pool is outside in a fenced area. Which is nice. They have designated smoking area. That are lit up and safe to be outside. Breakfast was good. Not just cereal and bagels. I wish they had a hot tub.

We stayed in September and loved it, stayed in June and some things were a little less than great. Hair on the bed and remote, broken tile in the shower, slow shower drain that was fixed by maintenance and then got slow again the next day. We still like the hotel, I just felt a little icky this time around. Also they pre-charge $50 in case you decide to use the market. Very strange. Still waiting for that refund.

I think construction has an opportunity to put more into building the structure to make it quieter. I heard nothing but foot steps which I should not hear every foot step around me. Everything else was perfect and the staff was the best! Thank you

Clean newer hotel. My only complaint is that its extremely loud. You can hear convesations and every footstep in nearby rooms. We were kept awake throughout the majority of the night due to this.

.The hotel is great we enjoy staying here this was our second time. But under staffed. Check in is 3:00PM we arrived just after 5:30 along with other guest and was told our rooms was not ready we could sit in lobby. Reception was friendly and calling supervisor trying to get the rooms ready. Room took another 40 minutes to get ready and other guest coming in experience the same issues. Staff was friendly great breakfast options beds are comfortable. Love the Dove products available in shower. My husband has no patience and was upset about waiting we had been up early to travel snd spent day at beach and was all tired and hungry wanted to check in and go eat. It was inconvenience. I would say definitely work on staffing. Rooms should be available at check in time. Definitely shouldn't wait until almost 6:30 for check in. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to waiting.

We had a room on the ground floor close to the gym, it was a little noisy cause we could hear the tv blasting and the machines working. The hotel is clean, rooms comfy and spacious. The breakfast is ok. The staff is however soooo friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Fandhy who checked us in last night, she was super kind and gracious. Lovely lady at the breakfast also helped me to get the pancakes maker working and brought me more hot water for my tea. These people really made our stay awesome!

The room was great and check in and check out were easy and the staff was friendly. They were very accommodating when on the morning we were supposed to check out we decided to add another night and they took care of us right away. The only issue I had was our room being called between 11pm- 12am by the front desk staff complaining about the noise coming from our room and how they could hear us stomping around as we were above them at the desk. We were dead asleep so obviously we weren’t stopping around. I’m just glad it didn’t wake my kids up.

The staff was better than fantastic. I was over booked by Expedia at another hotel . I had traveled all day, up at 4am. David and George were so kind in helping me get situated. The breakfast was fantastic. All the staff went out of their way. I would recommend staying there to everyone

Great location close to restaurants, beach down the street, Wawa next door, and plenty of parking. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great and staff is always helpful and friendly. Stayed here several times since it opened..looking forward to the next visit and Megalodon Shark tooth scuba diving trip.

The building appears to be relatively new and modern. Everything was great and I would highly recommend to anyone. We especially liked the proximity to Nokomis Beach (1 mi). We didn't appreciate Fox news in the cafe every morning. Try something geared more for families perhaps.

Very clean. Very friendly. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pancake station was not working. Had a nice egg white omelette. Nice way to start the day. Just in town one night for a wedding. But we did manage to stop by nearby Venice Beach. Went to Sharkys for appetizers and drinks. Very good.
