Overall the complex was unclean. Room wasn't clean. Layers of dust on ledges, drink ring stains on outside balkaustrade. Dust on headboard. Generally uninviting.

Well located, staff were good, but the condition of the rooms and facilities were very poor, showers looked as if hadnt been cleaned properly the whole place needs to be repainted, very dark lighting throughout, TV remote was just working asked for 2 seperate beds and all that was done was the king bed was split into two and made into two singles beds jammed right next to each other.

The room we had was very quiet and clean. It sounds trivial, but the shower was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The hotel itself is within walking distance to Chadstone Shopping Centre. All in all would stay again.

Lovely place to stay while visiting son at uni, modern, very clean, great bathroom, total soundproof and light proof with windows shut which was fab for a sleep in. All amenities like mini fridge microwave etc. Close to chadstone shopping centre. King bed free wifi. Will definitely stay again.

The only plus to this apartment was that it was close to the location of the party we were going to. The room had a terrible layout - you could not watch the tv unless you were leaning against the kitchen bench or moved the (incredibly stained and smelly) couch in front of the kitchen bench. The room was huge, but just not a good layout. It would have made more sense to have the TV on the huge blank wall in front of the bed, not in the awkward position it was. The balcony was great, but unfortunately the view of nothing but metallic ducts and the rear of other properties didn't really motivate you to sit out there. The overall cleanliness was poor, with the couch being very dirty, stains on the bedside tables, etc.

I liked the modern bathroom and the room didnt feel cramped. Had a good tv with apps installed for you to use your login, room had a shared entry door with the room beside it before individual doors so a double sound protection from coridor noise. Has fast food outlets KFC next door, Burger King across the road and a service station next door. So if you are stuck you have options.

Unfortunately my recent visit at the Oros Hotel was ghastly to say the least. Upon checking in we were greeted by a lovely receptionists, however after entering our room we were greeted by a mucky and grubby room, which held traces of mould and smears over most surfaces. Yet, we decided to endure… until our door handle fell off. This was very unsafe. We inquired with the receptionist who connected us to the rude manager, who only claimed “it wasn’t unreasonable” for the door handle to come off. As a family of women we felt uncomfortable staying in the room, and were informed there were no other rooms available for us to transfer into. Therefore we tried to get refunded, but ultimately failed as the manager claimed it wasn’t an issue and the business would lose money as the room couldn’t be rebooked. Causing us to have to drive 4 hours home. The booking agent were great, and were more than happy to refund, the Oros manager however did not agree and as a result we received no compensation. I wish I had read past reviews before booking, and encourage future visitors to do the same.

Curfew for visitors at 9pm - what??? Billed as 5-star hotel but in reality, a long way from the top level. You are given an apartment. It's OK. No cleaning services which is OK. Adequate, but 4 stars at most. Staff are friendly, but often not there. Felt like I was on the sub-continent, not Australia. A case where the advertising and the reality are not matched.
