Le logement est très bien placé pour visiter et partir faire de la randonnée. Tout était très propre. Le jacuzzi est top avec la petite terrasse privative pour déjeuner ou prendre un repas. Liked: good parking space, away from the high traffic area of imerovigli but within 15 minutes walking distance to Fira, 24 hour convenience store within 5 minute walking. Rooms are clean, nice view of the valley. Fast Wi-Fi. 15 minutes drive from airport. Did not like: hotel is very old, need to use old fashioned room key, bathrooms are really small(I am a very thin guy and I found it very tight to manoever), you have to turn hot water heater on and wait for 15-20 minutes before you get hot water for shower, furniture in room is old. They bring the breakfast to your room every morning but it’s the exact same thing (corn flakes, mild, sort of warm coffee, white bread etc..), there is no microwave in the room. On the first morning , despite telling the reception that we wanted breakfast at 9am they didn’t deliver, we had to remind them twice. There is no phone in room to connect you to the lobby. Reception closes at 9pm. They pick you up and drop you off from port or airport for a fee which needs to be paid in cash which they reveal after the pick up or drop off is completed. Overall it was barely ok, not that impressive

The hotel location excellent. Very close to the walking path. Free parking is included which is a major plus!!! We stayed in suite #1. The king size bed was very hard (but we slept well)! The suite overlooked the morning sunrise. Personally, a microwave would be a great addition to this property.

We liked the independant rooms with exterior doors. The view was a great west looking overlook, to sse the sunset just had to cross the street and go up by the church. The included room service breakfast was great. We ate out fron on the little patio every morning. The hot tub was only so so, water was a little murky so we asked to have it changed and they did without question, but even then it seemed there was a lot of sandy debris in the tub. The cover was a little difficult to handle as well. Overall a great spot, we loved it.

You have an amazing view of the east coast (not Caldera) of Santorini but it is perfect to see the sunrise and they will bring breakfast to your room so you can enjoy it. Didn't feel like we missed anything not having the Caldera view as we would have never thought to be at our hotel for sunset. Perfect location to easily walk to everything. Just need to cross the street to get to the main walking path. Staff is great very friendly.

First i would have to say, i went at the wrong time of year. I also did not realize how far from town central, Fira, this property was. Yes, it had nice views way up the hill, but not convenient to any local needs. And taxis were 15e each trip into town, so 30e roundtrip. NOT worth it. Had a hot tub on patio, but covered for No use. No real heat, you use the AC at a high temp, the one in the bedroom area did not get warm. Would I stay again, probably not.

Bel Hôtel, où on a bien profité du jacuzzi nettoyé tous les matins, un service passable, il a fallu après une longue promenade demander de faire notre chambre à notre retour. Pas de café à disposition, pas de sucre, pas de couvert ni d'assiette (il faut tout demander...Je regrette la barrière de la langue car nous ne parlions pas beaucoup l'Anglais, merci google traduction. Dans l'ensemble Hotel propre, les agents de nettoyage, entretien et accueil sont supers

Very nice place to stay. The beach was nice to eat breakfast and dinner by. We traveled daily from there to explore the island. Parking was plentiful at room. The rooms were nice and clean.

Mario at reception was so friendly and welcoming. Helped with all our needs and sheets and towels were clean. Hot water in our room was fairly limited for 2 to shower and shower could have been a little cleaner but wasn't too bad. Would stay again, overall, had an amazing time. Views were so good as well at sunrise and night time

Property is over rated for the price. The bathroom is outdated, no ventilation, inconvenient shower, bathroom lock is so 1900s. After the first shower, the bathroom clogged and flooded the room, it took two visits the maintenance crew to fix it, all the while I've had to ensure the smell from the overflow drain. The ocean view is limited to rooms on the uphill of property. If you get the lower rooms, you need to get out of the room for a view. The pros are parking and the staff otherwise spend your money somewhere else. You can find better properties in oia for the same price.

It was a perfect spot for the vacation. It was just so calm and quiet and we were able to enjoy the scenery even while staying at the hotel. The staff was really professional and provided the best customer service. The room was cleaned every day and the washcloths and towels were being changed every day.

In my roo. There was no soap for washing hands we used the body shampoo, the wash room was smells bad since we in before even used it , the cleaning lady without nocking on the door opened it and she want to clean the room.

I love that privacy of this hotel. The staff very helpful. I felt like I was in another world. The morning sunrise was incredible. Breakfast was on point. I will love to revist in the near future. The rooms are very clean. They just need to update they TVs that the only thing missing.

Mario was the best he helped us checkin in and was available for all the questions we had, arranged pick and drop off to the airport as well, the rooms are big and clean, short walk down to Fira (20mins).

The main office/reception staff: Apostolos and Mario were great. Mario had many great recommendations for activities and places to see. Very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend for future travelers.

The lady was rude when we showed up. Like we were putting her out for having to talk to us. We booked the room because of the hot tubs and paid extra for a hot tub. But the hot tubs aren’t on in the off-season? Maybe you should state that. Who wants a hot tub in the summer. Tv didn’t work. Waste of

I can’t begin to describe how excited I was to be here in Santorini. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Marios went above and beyond to make sure our stays were comfortable, memorable. He showed a genuine care and interest in making sure that we’re safe and at home. I will definitely be back. I loved my suite and I’m glad I chose it.

Just before arrival, we were advised our room had plumbing issues and could not be checked in. But the staff was very helpful finding the alternative options for us. The stay was all good, the front desk is very helpful giving us dining suggestions, etc..

Beautiful sunrise. Quiet. Flexible. I recommend ordering Greek omelette with lots of local veggies and cheese. Delicious. It’s half price with free parking and we did all our excursions from here. It is on the other side. No caldera view and sunrise not sunset. When we arrived we had to wait for 25 minutes as she was working in a room. A note “will be back at xx:yy” would be nice.

Convenient location a short stroll from Thira. Has an Eastern aspect which results in lovely, shady afternoons. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Phaos provided a terrific place to spend our holiday. Giannis is an incredible host. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. The view doesn’t face the caldera but regardless it’s absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast is delivered to the room every morning so you can sit and eat at the table just outside your room enjoying the view. Giannis helps with terrific suggestions on what to do while on the island. We used ATVs to get around the island and this location was very easy to get to all the big sites from. Highly recommend this place!

The accommodation was stunning, with perfect views, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We couldn't say anything else – we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday. Located just up the hill, Ilios Bakery is open 24 hours and offers free delivery. You can order breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks and drinks by WhatsApp and pay in cash. Highly recommended.

The continential breakfast is bought to your room it is not good at all. You get one toast one croissant per person. We had 3. You get juice one piece of watermelon 2 melon pieces 3 pieces of meat that didn't taste good. And a few pieces of cheese. I had a little and it hurt my stomach. The room is nice . No ppol.
