Meliá Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort

​1. Location The hotel is located near the airport, away from the city center. While it offers a quiet atmosphere, the downside is that traveling to the main city area is quite time-consuming and inconvenient. ​2. Room Condition The overall room condition was acceptable, but there was a recurring issue with ants. Ants kept crawling in through the gap under the door, forcing me to clean the floor myself several times. ​3. Major Issues with Service and Maintenance I experienced significant trouble with the room door lock from the very first day. Despite reporting it, the issue wasn't resolved until the next morning after multiple follow-ups. Frustratingly, the exact same problem occurred again on the 5th day. Furthermore, during my late checkout, the reception was completely unreachable by phone starting from 3 PM. I couldn't even call a buggy, so I had to wait with my luggage for 40 minutes until a staff member finally passed by. The lack of communication was unacceptable. ​4. Breakfast and Facilities (The Level Benefits) I had "The Level" benefits, which allowed dining at various locations, but the food quality was disappointing except for dinner. Because I checked in late (around 11:50 PM), the staff did not provide any detailed explanation of the facilities or a map. Unlike many other guests, I wasn't assigned a dedicated staff member for KakaoTalk support, so I had to find all the information on my own. The Bungalow was great. The beds were fantastic. Everything was very clean. Great place to relax for a couple of days.

We had a wonderful stay at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh. The resort is stunning, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. What really stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. As vegetarians, we found the buffet options a bit limited, but the team went above and beyond to cater to us almost every night, which made us feel really cared for. It’s that kind of thoughtful service that made our stay so memorable. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!
